Clean room and good breakfast

I thought it was really poor for them not to have towels at the pool and when went to ask for one they told me the just put them to wash I mean a hotel tjat size and chain should never run out of clean towels in my opinion. And in the morning I needed an extra towel since they only put 2 in our room it was the same story

It was nice I need a receipt for the stay and they said they can’t give me one because I used booking.com and I can’t figure out how to get one from booking.com last time I stayed booking.com sent me one. But not this time I need a receipt for billing

The main reason we went there was for the pool and the hot tub, but the pool was so overrun with people and the hot tub we barely got into and we were in there for five minutes and they came and shut it down and it smelled like dirty diapers. It was very disgusting.

They don't let us to use the pool just for the other's kids guests they make a mess and the hotel just closed the pool for all i think it's unfair because we always tell our kids to be respectful to an other's guests and just for some random kids we can't use the service we paid for our kids enjoy

Only bad thing that happened while my husband was taking a shower and I was getting ready fixing my hair with curler/dryer smoke alarm went off and scare us. We though there was a fire in building Ofher than that staff is really nice and helpful .

Prepaid for a week stay for work, was delayed checking in by 2 days due to weather. They don’t have a number listed to contact the property. Tried several times without any luck. They marked me as a no shoe and made me rebook a second week when I arrived $1300 for 3 nights. Several guests (co-workers) had issues also. Received key to room that was occupied, dirty towels, lights not working, keys not working at all. Will not stay here again!!!

The staff were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel if I’m going through El Paso again that’s where I’m gonna stay.

Everything was fine. Didn't rate the food, as we left too early for breakfast. Wished they had opened at 6 am

I was pleasantly surprised; the location was perfect, it was off the highway, there were multiple restaurants and stores near by, the breakfast was great. The sheets and comforter and towels were white, just the way I like it, the only reason I gave a 4 is the grout in the shower were stained.

I had trouble with my key card and the staff couldn’t make it work I had to go down 3 times before it finally worked . Very disappointing.

Had to stay over night due to an overnight repair at my home. I had a great stay! Everything went well. From the cleanliness of the room to the continental breakfast. Zero complaints.

Do not park against the back wall in the parking lot. There is overspray from the sprinkler system that will cover your car overnight.

Overall experience was nice, good breakfast, great staff only the shower was a little bit dirty it has some yellow stains and some dirtiness on the walls.

After a long 9 hour road trip, this was the perfect half way stop to our trip. The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious for a family of four and the staff accommodated us with extra linen for our pull out sofa bed. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. We will definitely be staying there again.

I love everything, the cleanliness of the hotel, my room, breakfasts was delicious. The only thing that I really missed was the jacuzzi I was amable to get in due to repair issues.

The hotel smells great in the hallways but as soon as you get in your room it smells like old and wet carpet. For the price of the hotel I think you’d be better off at the newly built La Quinta’s. But honestly every hotel in El Paso is pretty darn bad. So I’d say this one is OKAY.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful - the other staff were great too. I did use the gym 2 days and that was fine - although I can never figure out out to use the TV/remotes! That was likely my problem. Only disappointment was no drinkable water other than bottled water. That might be a Texas thing, but a good source of filtered water other than plastic-filled bottles would be great. The pool/spa were down for maintenance but staff accommodated that and we look forward to that improvement when completed. Overall great. Thanks

The rooms were relatively clean and the housekeeping staff were great. I waited for over 10 minutes to check in as nobody was at the front desk upon arrival. Our room did. It have towels or toilet paper (weird)Naomi went to the front desk and was told housekeeping would bring them. Housekeeping never came, I ended up having to request 3 times before we got towels and toilet paper.

Comfortable hotel with everything we needed. Tons of restaurants all around.

It was a wonderful stay with the staff being so friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the room key cards but it did not deter from a lovely stay and experience as a first time visitor to El Paso.

Great stop over point on our way through Texas. Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Good space to share with our grown son. Appreciate the microwave and mini fridge and "out of the way" space for our bags and hooks for jackets or bags. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, safe, walkable to many food options

The staff was rude. Marissa particularly made the experience awful. It took us 2 hours to check in. We had booked through hotels.com and there was some type of issue with the credit card matching what they had on file. She told us she didn't have time for this and she had things to do. I contacted hotels.com and they were very helpful. Marissa hung up on 2 different agents before the situation was resolved. This was the absolute worst customer service and experience we've ever had, and we travel regularly.

Room was very comfortable. Water pressure was the best I’ve ever had in a Hotel and the water heated up very quickly. Very pleased with staff, room and breakfast was better than I expected. 10/10 recommend!

extremely unhappy with the situation, my wife called before booking to make sure the pool and hot tub were functioning and was told yes that IS the only reason we booked there, due to medical issues we needed access to the hot tub, feel like we wasted our money

My husband stayed on his own here and the windows wouldn’t lock ! He said someone could have broken into his room on the first floor .

This property was not located conveniently for me. Also the room was dirty. It looked like it had been inadequately cleaned or by inexperienced staff. We were also disappointed that some of the facility was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. There are better hotels in the area that I have used and will use in the future.

However, several things didn't work. The vent in the bathroom was the major issue. Showers were extremely humid, and going nr. 2 ended up stinking the place up. I stayed 3 days and it was never fixed. The room phone also didnt work, and that made extra work getting a hold of the staff to report and coordinate the repairs.

My family is biracial. We kept getting dirty looks by the staff.

We stayed on The 4th floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Also from 1am-3am someone was running down the halls and then people were laughing loudly in the halls.
