Very good customer service and friendly staff.

There is no free coffee you have to buy from Starbucks which is real expensive. The breakfast also is sold from Starbucks. No free breakfast.

Room was clean. The hotel is a bit old. Our room was very noisy from the old AC unit and from the highway under our window. We couldn’t sleep.

Everything was 5/5. Bar and kitchen had very limited hours. No free breakfast but a decent menu to order something in the morning that was fresh and hot. Beautiful outdoor areas and indoor lobby.

It was my first time staying at an hotel. Erika was very friendly and kind. I personally only spoke to 3 people there, she outstand the most with how generous and kind she was helping us out in understand some situations we were confuse on. The other person was a male young guy in front of the desk on my second day there didn't really caught his name but he was helpful when I forgot my card key inside the room?. Lastly it was a Sir also don't know his name but he was in front of the desk when we first arrived there, he was very kind in suggesting us were we can go out and eat...he really have good taste in restaurants. Thank you to you three

We were there for one night but everything was very good. The only drawback is that it is right next to I-10 and the traffic noise is bad all night long. But they do furnish earplugs which help. Good job.

Our room was #104 near the stairs. We could not sleep as the noise coming from the stairway was extremely loud all hours of the night. This may be a constant issue because our room had noise cancellation ear plugs and a white noise machine. This particular room should come with a warning and a discount for the inconvenience. Not a good experience.

Fantastic. Comfortable rooms. Loved the modern furnishings. Had a nice updated vibe to it rather than feeling like every other tired corporate hotel out there. Room was very clean, had excellent pillows and the perfect accessible power outlets. Everything was great.

Location and everything else was great

This is the only place I stay when traveling for business in the area. Safe, convenient to airport, shopping, so many restaurant options. The food and coffee are excellent for just chilling in your room also. Amazing service and caring staff always!!

Hotel room was clean and updated. Half of the hotel faces the freeway so if you like it quiet for sleeping ask for a room on the side that doesn’t face the freeway. Gym was good, just a bit warm. Lobby has a cafe and they made a good parfait for me, it is pricey. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, staff was amazing. Only thing i would change is the Bistro was crazy expensive, at the price of the hotel they should at least offer a voucher or discount. $15 for basic breakfast was too much.

The property is undergoing some renovations, but it looks like most of it is cosmetic and there was never any noise issues from it. The safe was friendly and helpful and the location was super covenient for the wedding we were attending. The area was nice and it felt super safe since there were Highway Patrol cars parked in the parking lot every night we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

The entire hotel is under a remodel or renovation. The floor I stayed on had the fresh smell of paint and blue tape still on everything. The electrical receptacles in the hall way has no covers on them. The staff informed me the entire hotel was this way.

The TV in my room did not work. I mentioned it to the front desk staff, and they made no effort to fix or do anything about it.

Safes were in the lobby. There was no trash bags in restroom. Not hygienic at all. A room for 4 people with a dresser with two drawers is not enough. Telephone in room was not working. Staff was extremely helpful.

The property was beautiful and modern. The staff were difficult to work with and the food available for breakfast was terrible! No coins were available for the laundry facilities

The staff I guess Marriott considers this an upscale brand. So you pay more and get less. No refrigerator when all other brands have them and no breakfast included. On top of that breakfast was expensive and so bad! Room was tired but serviceable.

I found bedbugs in my room as I was getting ready to leave and check out. They didn’t want to pay for dry cleaning my items and told me they would call me back with the report from the pest control so just to be safe I tossed absolutely everything. I’ve never dealt with bedbugs before and it was extremely stressful knowing I had 4 trashbags, that they threw my stuff into, full of possibly infested clothes and blankets and bags

This was our best hotel stay yet on this 9 day trip-so happy with the Courtyard by Marriott. The newer facility, design and service decisions have won our support. Paying a little more gave us quality food, snacks and bar service. The spa was hot and clean-without people dunking their toddlers in it to wash them-ugh.

I liked the convenience the staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean but forgot we need to request the room to be cleaned i came back and found the beds not made and trash not taken out. I also did not care for the very thin walls you could hear everything worse in the restroom.

Was disappointed that I booked a king bed but they were sold out when I checked in at 6:30pm. Weird. But overall nice and clean property. It’s as quiet as you can get by a freeway but I do like that they have a noise machine.

Great place to stop. First time thru it smelled like bacon even in my room. 2nd time thru someone spilled their perfume in the room. But the rooms are really nice. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for the Tesla Charger!

Staff was friendly, room clean and well appointed. My only tiny issue was the thermostat-turned it up slightly as it was cold outside and then wow! Way too hot and wall thermostat didn't respond to lowering the temp or shutting it off entirely just to cool down the room. Had to turn it off at the unit itself which was fine, just uncomfortable for a bit. Good dining options close by and friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Would stay again.

Stay was great. Most of the trip was great. My only complaint was how dirty the shower was when we checked in. Soap scum on the horizontal areas. Pubes and hair on walls. Needless to say, my ocd kicked on and cleaned up the mess prior to letting my youngins bathe.

We stayed four nights for the Thanksgiving weekend. Staff was wonderful and Rob the bartender was amazing! We would definitely stay here again when we go back to El Paso. Thanks for the hospitality. You all are doing great.

Expensive stay! They do not offer dining options not even a express breakfast and included with your fees like most hotels do. I had to pay for a coffee and bread from the Starbucks inside the premises, but too way expensive !! I give 3 stars to this hotel.

I liked that the property was easily accessible from I-10. Being a female, I felt safe at the hotel. The property was clean and new. The front desk staff was friendly. There were a lot of food options around the hotel and down the street. I would recommend this hotel.

The property has quick access to the main highway. Staff was hardly ever at the front desk. AC unit seemed to be low on Freon charge and room smelled like animals have been in the room.

Don't have the check-in staff ask what brings people to the property-- obviously, we need a place to sleep. The staff people were very nice.

It's El Paso - needed a clean, safe place to stay and this filled the bill. The major bonus was the grill ... Didn't have to go out for dinner. Breakfast great too. Best of all was the super friendly staff.

The room smelled like crap, poor customer service. I actually got charged for a frozen food and a drink, when I never even got one. Lowest quality court yard I’ve ever been at

People at check in were nice and very helpful. I had reserved a room separately and they allowed me to “connect them” and keep the same room without issue.
