OK Hotel definitely in need of updates…. Patient was very good within distance of the mall and other shop.

Brand new hotel with all essentials- decent space, comfortable beds and quiet. Location is good near restaurants and a shopping plaza. Breakfast was just ok and was “no frills”. They had breads, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt and juice with fruit and hard boiled eggs. They also offered coffee and apple/orange juice. For the price, it was decent.

The swimming pool area was clean and nice. Would ideally like a better variety for breakfast.
-
Very friendly and staff, clean rooms, and quiet stay. Breakfast area small and simple, very few options for breakfast items.

Updated and clean. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again. My only complaints are very minor... Limited continental breakfast and the toilet paper holder was facing in such a way that the toilet paper kept falling off into the trash can.

This was a good hotel but we expected more for the price. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room didn't have a microwave or coffee maker, and the breakfast was very limited especially for my husband who has celiac disease and cannot have wheat.

This is a nice hotel, but I expected more amenities for the price. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The breakfast is very limited especially for my husband who has celiac disease and can't have gluten. We did enjoy the young man at the front desk.

Breakfast was very good for a lower priced hotel. Bed linens were scratchy, but the bed and pillows were nice.
-
Comfortable beds, great shower.

Registration was super fast, friendly staff!

Everything was great! No microwave in room but I made it work. I don’t like going out to eat and would rather make popcorn or heat something small.
-
Good place to stay. They could add a hot item for breakfast.
-
With a friendly greeting, a clean room and a nice lite breakfast the stay was nice!
-
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was okay but less options than other hotels.
-
The room was cramped and the bathroom super short on surface lavatory or shelf space... like none. Breakfast was pretty skimmpy but what they had was good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

As 3 women traveling alone together our interaction with the man checking us in was horrible. I had called a few days prior (I called ten days before our trip) letting them know we might be taking 3 people not 2, and that we would need a cot, if available. I asked if there was any additional fees or if it was allowed at all. The man on the phone said it was fine, they didn’t have a cot available but to have us ask for extra bedding and pillows when we got there. We did when we checked in and the man who was checking us in got VERY passive aggressive and tried to tell me I was lying about what I was told on the phone he tells me there is a charge. He then tells me he charged my card for the extra person already when we were discussing this, but he didn’t tell me he was going to do that and was NOT authorized to do so by me at that point. He then tells me that actually we’re not allowed to have a third person, making us women feel very unsafe in the fact that after traveling all day that we might have to find another hotel after already paying for the hotel room there. Then he tells me he’ll just allow it. We ask if we can have extra bedding or a pillow or two then and he says no!!! So after all that ordeal and being charged another $40 unexpectedly we have to go to Walmart at 10pm and buy blankets just for my sister to sleep on the damn floor!!! We used to stay here all the time when it was the Best Western but we will NEVER be staying here again!!

If you stay i would stay on the 3rd floor i could hear the people above us pretty clearly! Breakfast was alright but bagels and cereal type of breakfast! It was very clean and always had fresh towels put in everyday!

Nice continental breakfast. I enjoyed the yogurt machine and condiments to customize. Very tasty.
