The refrigerator in room did not work. There was a water leak by the air conditioner and the carpet was all wet. Would not stay here again.

Both managers on duty were polite, courteous and helpful. The property was clean, we even observed a manager cleaning up the parking lot one morning. It was extremely busy with many families staying for sports tournaments and they were able to keep up on keeping breakfast stocked and the pool area clean. I enjoyed the courtyard and it was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again for the price paid.

The room was clean and comfortable & the staff was good. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The omelets tasted like rubber, the bacon was greasy and super thinly sliced. No fresh fruit. Nothing heathy to eat. Also, the breakfast didn’t open until 7:00 am.

Didn’t expect to wait for a refrigerator as long as I did. My food went bad that was ment to be kept in a refrigerator. I also had to wait till the next day for a microwave. Maybe you should pay attention to your customers when they ask for something so things don’t get spoiled or have to walk to the lobby to heat something up or make popcorn

Very large and comfortable modern lobby. Plenty of room for families or friends to hang out, order in food and eat in that area. Plenty of space for the continental breakfast. Clean and large hotel with a nice enclosed outdoor sitting area(courtyard). The man who checked us in was nice but not overly welcoming. When we got to our room there were only large bath towels, no hand towel’s or washcloths and no liners in the trash cans. Nice cold AC and comfortable beds

the check in was easy and the staff was friendly and informative; the room was ready and a good size and very clean. My only comment was to put in ADA toilets

The breakfast was great and the entire lobby area was comfortable and useful. We played games at one of the booths. The close proximity to eating, shopping and movie theater as well as the well maintained pool made this the perfect place for us to enjoy a getaway with our granddaughters.

Our room smelled so badly like mildew and urine. It was very musty. We only slept there and flew left at 3:00 am, so we were not able to speak to management. Will not stay again unfortunately.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Some review stated it was dated and need to be updated, but I felt like it was fine. Breakfast was solid. Walls were a little thin, but not terrible. Did not use the pool. Fitness center was basic, but got the job done.
