Hot tub was out of service, they didn't;t mention that until after we checked in. Hotel room seemed clean and staff was quite nice. Property difficult to find, driveway not marked and shared with other properties.

I had an issue with my shower. The assistant manager was very communicative and took care of the issue. Overall, everything about the stay was good and with the help of the assistant manager, I liked my stay. Shower to have been repaired before I stayed in the hotel.

Hot tub out of order. Was promised adjoining rooms for our 3 night stay. This was not granted for any of our stay. Was granted a refund for 1 room for 2 of 3 nights but not the 3rd night even though a second room was not used. Ruined our anniversary weekend.

The staff was really attentive and on top of things. Had a really good time at the hotel,while the hot tub was closed which was a bummer!
