Everything good

Location to old town We need more humanity not less of it. No one to help you at all not a fan of this robot age. I like interacting with humans. Will never support a place like this again

No internet no place to walk your dog if you have one and the room was very expensive and it was hard to try to register online and get the code and then when you pay they say oh will you still owe this amount of money so they take two times the amount of money that you're supposed to pay for

Rooms have a connecting door to the room next door. You can really hear the neighbors.

Was not able to stay at this beautiful place as, I had reservation problems. Owner handled

Clean rooms!

My room smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke I could barely stand it. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. When I texted management they offered to 1. Cancel my stay or 2. Get a more expensive room but I’d have to pay the difference. The 3rd option was to bring in some machine to clean the smell but I’ve had that before and it does nothing.

I appreciated the low cost. The highway was pretty loud.

Ive given my feed back several times already with no satisfaction. We had no tv,microwave coffee maker or refrigerator. Called the on site worker with mo help. The restroom was slso dirty. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

Put a peephole on door #10. Convenient location but the walk around the building to #10 needs paving and a flood light. I doubt whether women would feel comfortable back there!

This is a very basic room. Older hotel, nothing fancy but has everything you need for good nights rest after a long day of traveling. YOU CAN NOT BEAT THE PRICE for the Durango area. Very reasonable. Everything is done via e mail. New experience for me but the manager was quick to respond and very helpful. I had a personal issue with my CC and they were extremly patient until I got it worked out. The one site person I met was a very kind and helpful lady. She made us feel welcome. If you just want a basic, clean room at a good price, i recommend this hotel.

Nice stay, clean room

Great beds. No staff interactions since no front desk. Had some issues with checking in and getting door codes. That was frustrating but got it solved before we got to Durango. Traffic noise is pretty bad. A new door would help cut that down. Not a bad place for the price.

It is close to downtown Durango.

It was a great stay. We travel with an infant and the set up and microwave worked great for us. My only feedback is that it smelled so strong of cleaner that it made all our clothes smell like it.

The location was great! Nice and close to downtown. The setup of the room was just not ideal. This is a small thing, but the TV was not positioned to be watched while in bed. Just putting it on an adjustable arm would do the trick. And it was just a bit run down overall. It was clean, but underwhelming.
