Everything was great and nice location outside of downtown Durango. The elevator wasn’t working at time of our stay but staff was helpful and accommodating as much as they could.

Listen we love Durango and everything about it. The staff at the hotel are all fantastic. Nice comfy room, water pressure was lacking a bit but I prepared By bringing a leave in conditioner for my hair. Coffee all day long is a big time plus for me. Got my steps in bc the elevator was broke. No biggie. The nice front desk guy offered to help with bags but I have 2 guys to help me already. Thanks for the wonderful time in Durango !

The staff were very helpful and treated us very good. The rooms were clean and very quiet and the breakfast was great! This was our second time to stay here and will be our home away from home every time we visit Durango! Thank you Sleep Inn Durango!!

When in Durango, this is one of our “go to” places to stay - clean rooms, great breakfast options and our granddaughter always enjoys the pool/hot tub. This visit also included a lot of interaction with an employee named Iris, who went out of her way to make sure that we had accommodations after a change in our plans added an extra night to our stay in Durango. Iris was so very helpful and friendly and is definitely a wonderful asset to your team! Lovely people like her make us look forward to our next stay!

Staff was great. Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Like most hotels, everyone is offering the same things. Maybe change up what's offered?

Very clean. Outside of Durango but we actually liked that. Less congested and quiet. Affordable and very nice. Shower wasn't the greatest as hardly any water pressure and VERY slick floor. But a really, really nice hotel.

This property is in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. Good location, close to good food and not too close to downtown, which is a plus for me. I would not hesitate to stay here at all. I was surprised how good it was. Easy equivalent to a Marriott Fairfield.

Was a nice and clean hotel. We had last minute change with our dog sitter and had to bring her along, they were very accommodating. Would definitely book with them again.
