Arrived to find that they had no elevators, despite advertising them, and wheelchair access. They quickly changed all their sites after I pointed it out and contacted the ADA, but not until after arguing with me while smelling like weed and cigarettes, saying that I should have called and made a special request for a first floor unit. They magically had one room left on the ground floor, but when I went to look at it, it was insecure with the door propped open, and the room smelled of baked on smoke, and the carpets had giant stains on them. Embarrassing!!

Staff was great! Just an older hotel but it was a great price for the night

The door handle to the unit we stayed in was broken, and the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. The whole property smelled musty. There were mud or blood splatters on the wall and hairs on the toilet. It really feels more like an extended stay hotel where people live long term than a hotel in a nice part of town. I should have done more research and not stayed here.

Good parking, could park close enough to your room where I was staying. The staff was nice enough when I asked for a different room. I had room 212 at the beginning and walked in and it was awful. Stains everywhere the shower was a mess and had what looked like a white film on it. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The place is also not kept ever well sidewalks had mud puddles and smelled like old trash. The hallway smelled funny but when got into room cleared up.

Room was clean but could use an update.

We arrived at approximately 10:00 PM and found no one at the front desk. After calling the posted phone number, we were informed that the hotel was closed. After a significant delay, someone finally arrived to assist us. While waiting in the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming and created a very unprofessional atmosphere, especially considering I was hosting customers. To make matters worse, when I finally reached my room, I found the door standing open. This immediately raised concerns about the security and condition of the room. Upon entering, it became clear that the rooms were in unacceptable condition. The odor in the rooms was overwhelming, and the cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard. The situation was so bad that my customers and I made the decision to leave immediately rather than stay the night. We spent approximately $500 on three rooms and were on the property for less than five minutes before determining that we could not stay. I had never heard of your hotel before, but with all other hotels in the area booked, we decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the experience was one of the worst I have encountered while traveling for business. Between the lack of staff, the marijuana odor throughout the lobby, the open room door, and the condition of the rooms.

Staff never really at the desk. The rooms are smelly with weird stains on carpet and in bed. We left a day early because it was just so gross.

Carpet looked like it was 50 years old. soap and conditioner were out. not enough towels for the time I was there. Almost left to go to anther hotel but didn"t have time. To bad I had to pay for that. Won't do it again.

Location was great. A few of the cabinets weren’t clean and the sheets were slightly stained but it was a very busy weekend so I was trying not to hold it against them.

Clean rooms, location, amenities. Checkout, i would have liked to see a person not a drop box.

I like the location of the place and the room was CLEAN that was the selling point. Over all I like it. The Front desk was horrible they had me waiting for 15 mins and I was the next person, they were dealing with an issue but no one said please wait and I was standing right there. The Computer for some reason wasn't working or the printer they took my DL picture on a phone. I said I hope thats going to be deleted she said its a company phone I wasn't pleased about that !!!. I decided to take the steps to my room oh gosh the steps was dirty looks like it haven't been cleaned in a while that should be addressed also the door leading outside from the steps didn't look secured enough for protection that's a red flag ..Then checking out no one was at the desk and the time was about 10:30 I sign was there with a number I did call left a VM and got no call back..If you leave a phone number at the front desk someone should pickup what if it was an emergency it just went to VM NOT HAPPY.

The hotel could use some updates, but the rooms are spacious. The rates are reasonable. Most of the staff could benefit from more training in the area of professionalism!
