Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - Dublin

Sound pollution, the floor vibrated all night. People opening, closing and knocking on doors. Doors, opened. Children running through the hallway. No place to pull in smart devices. Very noisy, parking lot gathering. Front desk, inner area was filthy.

Need some renovation. Some lights didn't work. The breakfast wasn't much at all.

Quiet and clean, smelled very good in the room Nothing, it was great.

Hotel was decent and clean. Staff weren't rude but they weren't exactly friendly either. Phone didn't work in the room and our room type wasn't available upon check in. We changed room types it's was just unfortunate. Overall an ok place to lay your head for a budget friendly price point. We did not utilize there breakfast but I was told it was just a basic continental with granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee.

The staff was friendly.

Door lock not operational me and my wife felt very unsafe,front desk refused to chage room

I booked 8 nights at Extended Stay America (450 Metro Place North, Dublin, OH) through Hotels.com and had the money ready for the full stay. When I arrived, they charged me less than the total and told me I “must’ve gotten a discount.” Then out of nowhere, they tried to charge my card again for an extra $74, claiming I only paid for 7 nights. When I called the front desk, the woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even Hotels.com was on the phone trying to help, and the woman hung up on both of us. Later, the hotel tried to bill me for 8 nights after forcing me to leave on the 7th day. I had to leave work to get there, and when I explained that my bus wouldn’t arrive until 11 (which is checkout time), the woman at the desk told me, “It’s after 11, I don’t care, you still have to pay.” I’m two months pregnant and had to clean and carry all of my belongings out by myself because my boyfriend was at work. The manager and staff showed no compassion or understanding of my situation. I also complained several times about the noise from the guests upstairs, and nothing was done about it. The room itself was clean, but the door barely worked—it took several tries just to open it. Corporate only decided to remove the extra charge after I called and complained, which says a lot. This location is unprofessional, careless, and completely lacks empathy. Never again.
