Clean property! Elevator little slow, wasn't happy no continental breakfast. No one told me thst I have to pay gor breakfast!

Very clean upscale place. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Checked in very late after a concert. Night shift manager was extremely helpful when an unexpected personal situation arrived early. Many thanks again.

The check in was fast. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We were not in our room or at the hotel much. Our room could have been a bit cleaner. There was dirt and cobwebs under the bathroom sink and hair in the shower. Other than that, our stay was great!

Very clean room, easy access to room with parking almost all the way around the whole hotel. Main lounge area is very open and inviting.

I love the location making it easy to access different locations whether it be a Kroger or restaurant. The property overall was fine. I wish the rooms had their own microwave, though

staff were all great The bed and room were fine. The location is awful unless you are there to do business in the Hi Tech development in which the hotel and 4 others and 2 banks are located. And the noise from the nearby highway is intense if you try to sit outside to read or work or eat, in order to avoid the pestiferous musak inside the hotel everywhere on the main floor. The room was fine. But that Muszak in the lobby and restrooms and bar dinning area and the multitude of huge tv screens were AWFUL. The dinner meal I had was ok, and the breakfast was likewise just ok, nothing more. The staff were all great.....Too bad the hotel is subpar. PLease do not give my name with this review.

The restaurant was a nice surprise after a long day. We got dinner and they made a great martini. When we went up to the room it wasn’t ready. While Hilton has been upgrading their properties you can see there were some upkeep missteps/shortcuts. The bathroom was where it was most noticeable.

For dryer the whole wood piece fell off and hit my foot almost breaking my toe- it wasn’t attached well as I hardly touched it- just an fyi
