We definitely will stay here again! The hotel is in a nice location downtown. The room was clean and well lit. The bedding was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the room was a little humid. We couldn't seem to get the humidity out of the air. It wasn't uncomfortable enough to complain, but we would probably ask about it next time.

The hotel was everything a person could ask for: very helpful staff and a clean environment. The only thing I can say, which the hotel cannot help, is that the walls are so thin. You can hear other doors opening and closing across the hallway. The people above us were very loud on our first night, but the second night was nice and quiet. I would stay at a Holiday Inn in the future.

The staff were excellent! Shuttle bus service at this location is an awesome perk…it’s not only for the airport. Continental breakfast was perfect. Facility was clean Room was comfortable. My only complaint, a minor one, is the grout around shower was dirty (maybe some mold?) This is so common in hotel bathrooms but it always bugs me.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. This was a pet friendly hotel and they were very welcoming to our dog. They even gave her a special treat.

The Holiday Inn served breakfast and had a small pool. The rooms were okay. The heating and cooling was not working. You couldn’t get even a fan setting to work. Temperature in the room made it difficult to sleep.

The cleanliness of the room, the size and bathroom amenities. The AC was a little confusing and the room at times felt warmer but I got the air conditioning figured out and the rest of my stay was comfortable.
