I love the sincerity and friendly mess of the manager and staff. This is one of the best places to stay in Denton, it is not fancy, however, the kindness that is given is worth the time and money spent.

The bedding was dated and the room did not look anything like pictured online. The AC never got below 71F even though it was set to 68F for two days.
-
La calidad de las sabanas no es buena.
-
There was a used condom in between the wall and bed the manager was so rude and the TV didn't work. I will never get a room there again.

I had a really disappointing stay at this motel. The AC was not working at all, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Even after changing rooms twice, the issue was never fixed. On top of that, the amenities were terrible and not up to basic standards. Overall, a very frustrating experience — I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Easy parking friendly staff as well nice n quiet ! It’s post they have breakfast but they don’t

Horrible, sale et très vétuste.

It advertised breakfast but had nothing not even coffee! It was extremely noisy. Got very little sleep. Even the beds were noisy with metal bases!! Sounded like we were at a drag race because of vehicle noise. Nothing!!

This property is newly managed, they do not allow pets, the property is run down, and the rooms I saw were dirty. I did not stay, as a solo traveler, even with my dog I did not feel safe.

The staff was friendly.

Good firm bed Decent pillows I never felt unsafe Large refrigerator Negatives: Towels and hand towels thin and cheat No washcloths provided Light comes on through door big enough for bugs...but I never saw a bug The doors, light switches and wall in and around the bathroom door were just gross The shower head did not really work. Very weak water flow as it all went down the tub faucet No maid service No phone. There was an old phone on the night stand with the old name of the hotel, but their were no cords, so I guess they were to pretty up the room. I went to the office twice to get a roll of needed toilet paper as there was no spare in the room. Got it finally on the 3rd try.

Room was ad old and bare as it comes. Rules on back of door for the shelter overflow housed there
-
I had to switch rooms 3 times to find one that wasn’t dirty , water leaking from the ceiling, or toilet that flushed.
-
it was great

I did not have a trash can. The shower did not work. Only the bath. The room was 91 degrees when I walked in and the air was off.
-
Room was too sparse; no working tv, no radio or clock, no wash towels, no hooks to hang clothes on, not even a trash can!
-
It was a nice room but upon arrival there were cops and people getting arrested and taken away ...and the banging on the doors and just being abnoxious all night
-
They rushed me out everyday. Even before check out. Annoying housekeepers!
