The staff, the facilities, and the amenities were outstanding. The breakfast was really good and filling. I would definitely stay here every time.

The beds/general space were clean and the staff was helpful, but honestly that's all I can say was good about the place. The bathtub was covered in stains and the paint was chipped, along with a ripped shower curtain and broken top light. No hot water *at all,* so everyone in the room had to shower cold. There were drinks left in the fridge and the sheets smelled strongly of mildew to the point where it was unbearable to sleep on without spraying scents repeatedly. There was a weird gum/sticky residue and a sticky note covering the peephole. Overall I'm not satisfied at all about this experience.

There is no pool table as advertised. The elevator is broken. The pool and hot tub are completely drained permanently.

The Wi-Fi was trash and is super slow and kept kicking me out every few minutes! Elevators did not work the entire time either.

The staff was fabulous. Especially the front desk clerk. I think her name was Noellia. Very friendly and was willing to help us with booking our accommodations as we just walked in, and was very informative. Spoke to some of the cleaning staff who were also very friendly. The room was very neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was OK, but sausage and eggs weren’t very appealing. Orange juice wasn’t cold. Just room temperature. Overall good stay. Will stay again.

the air-condition was running good. The only thing I did not like was my tv. I was not able to watch anything on the tv.

The hotel itself is run down. The room carpet felt horrible and dirty. There was a booger stuck on the bathroom door. The toilet seat was barely hanging on. The toilet flush handle was barely working. The back door entrance to the hotel didn’t lock, so no key was needed to get in. This property just overall needs a lot of work done.

The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The TV didn't work. The first night, I registered late. The front desk staff tried to fix it...but no luck. They told me it would be repaired the next day while I was at the office, but it was not. I asked for another room. They were booked. I was told my rate would be adjusted, but no it wasn't. Simply not enough staff to handle normal issues that come up! I will not be back!

Service was good. Hotel was not in great shape. Large chunks of flooring missing in elevator. Overall in poor maintenance. Room had a heavy smell of mildew.

Front desk checked us in under the wrong name and credit card number (i only questioned it because she said our visa had already been charged and my hotel account only has 2 MASTERCARDS on it so we said we didn’t think it was right. But we got checked in. Things were good. Their site says hair dryer in each room so I didn’t bring one from home. No hair dryer in our room it had been ripped out of the wall - so I asked them to bring us one. They said yes but never brought one. I called again and said They don’t have one that worked so she let me use the one in a vacant room next door. Only problem was it didn’t work either. So maintenance brought us one that was so ragged and beat up and said well you have to hold the button down the whole time bc it’s broken. Well ok it’s 10pm so whatever. After about 15 seconds IT CAUGHT ON FIRE - room filled with smoke almost caught my hair on fire. I took it to the front desk told her it caught on fire and she said “oh yeah I was afraid that might happen” WHAT?!?! We switched rooms bc of the smoke and finally went to sleep. Next morning our keys don’t work. Pretty much the worst stay ever

The room was mostly ok but the bathtub had rust on it. The hot tub which they advertised on hotels.com was broken. The continental breakfast didn't have great options.

Don’t stay here! Not a good experience. Pool was filthy. Dead bugs and even a dead frog floating around. Picnic table was so dirty. Trash was overflowing. We told the front desk and they handed us a trash bag instead of taking it out themselves. My grandson stepped in a hole that was covered with plastic. Plastic broke and his little leg went all the way in. His leg was badly scraped and bruised. He was looking forward to swimming and was not able to.

Room 124 smelled mildewy and the floors werre damp all night and the next day. There was a roach on the wall. The pool and hot tub were filthy. And lastly there was mold in my AC vent and arpund the AC and the neighbors said their AC didnt even work the entire night.

Our room again smelled terrible and wasnt cleaned properly. Bathroom smelled like a black and mild cigar. Trash including chips, vape cartridge (my kids found), tags from toys were found. No soap for the sink, mildew in shower. Hot tub was out of order and gross. People smoking cigarettes at the pool to the point it wasnt enjoyable. Walls are paper thin as well.

Location was convenient to the area I was working.

I got this hotel because it said it had a jacuzzi, but it was green and full of dead bugs. Pool was also dirty, elevator stopped working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Ice machine was also not working on the 3rd floor we had to go to the 1st floor to get ice very inconvenient!!! We also had to disconnect our TV for 10 sec so the remote would work. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

The staff was great. My complaint is that we were booked in the wrong room. This was immediately corrected. The hot tub was not working. I traveled from Chicago to TX so was looking forward to the warm weather and using the pool/hot tub. The hair dryer in our room did not work, this was inconvenient as we were in town for a party and needed it, they did however open the room next to us so we could use the one in that room. The washer and dryer were out of order.

The pool and hot tub are broken which was 1 of the main reasons we stayed. I had to have them clean my room because it was dirty. The only good thing i can say is they had enough room

Hotel everything was fine but the area was not good due to its right next to the Energy company and getting lots of smell which is not good for health and pollution is very bad.

This property was a great value! The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast area is beautiful and the food was really good. Lots of options hot breakfast. Our room was clean and very nice. There’s a few places on the property that need maintenance, just small things but overall, we would definitely come back here and the staff was amazing.

Walk in to a full slummer party in lobby and rude greeting. The smell was horrible like feet I asked about on site vending machine and was shown a display of things to buy that had maybe two bags of potato chips completely empty. Worse $112 I ever spent

Everything was exactly how I expected with the exception of the pool being out of service. My children were looking forward to playing in the pool. The pool was very green, it looked unhealthy to go in.

We then went through Expedia to try to get a refund and they told them the same thing. As I was on hold, we saw a cockroach that my husband promptly killed on the alarm clock. We had no option but to stay. The only saving grace is that there were not bed bugs. When my husband went to get bedding for the pullout couch, they said they accidentally locked the cabinet with bedding and gave him a random assortment of sheets. The pool was filthy so my kids were disappointed that I told them we wouldn’t be swimming this trip. The entire hotel was in disrepair. The hotel was missing tiles and the lights on the buttons didn’t even work. The whole hotel smelled like mildew and there were fire ants all around the back of the building. When we got to breakfast hours before it was over, everything was empty and they took a long time to refill it. The sausage was undercooked and the whole stay was subpar. I want my money back. I will never be staying here again.

Awful customer service. Person checking us in looked like he just got off the streets. They sold our room that we RESERVED to another party so we had ppl sleep on the floor! Toilet had poop in it, pillows were a hard square. Told me they could provide a discount and then retracted it because I booked with a third party. Needless to say, we will not be returning

We ended up not staying and having to go to another hotel. The facility and room were dirty our sheet had not been changed. The front desk clerk even confirmed that it looked like they had not been changed. We left, they told us we would have to go through Expedia to get a refund, we still have not gotten a refund.

The pool water was pea green. The elevator had a mystery substance on the wall and missing floor tiles. Dead roaches on the floor in the lobby. The bathtub had no stopper and had random caulk where there shouldn’t be caulk. The hallway had a very unappealing smell. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The door to our room took multiple tries to get the handle to latch close. That being said the staff was kind. The sheets and room was clean. I would not stay here again, but the facilities matched the discounted price. You get what you pay for.

Had to make a last minute reservation due to storm and they were very accomadating.

Smells like cigarette smoke really bad stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, stains on the bathtub rusty looking. But breakfast was good.

I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, service, and cleanliness. It is a bargain for the area, especially with the breakfast included. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the property has seen better days, but the other benefits of the place make up for it.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Very clean. There were no drinks or snacks to buy, had to leave and go to a store for drinks and snacks. The breakfast was ehh. Ham was tough, eggs were wet, and the sausage could have used a few more minutes cooking. Everything else was good ?

ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Went to check in and no one was at the desk. Waited.....and waited for about 25 mins and no one came to the desk. We called the hotel phone but no answer so we left and came back. We checked in later and she gave us non activated keys so we had to walk with our luggage from the dark back lot to the front and got keys that worked. Went to our room turned on the lights in the bathroom and water bugs scattered!! it was GROSS but we were exhausted and didn't see any in the bedroom so we just kept our bags off the floor and went to sleep. A/C worked minimally but we were only staying one night. Every time we got up to use the bathroom there were roaches running! Not just water bugs - ROACHES!! UGH... it was terrible - property not well maintained - uncomfortable beds - skeleton staff and dirty. Will never stay here again

This location had some convenient retail stores around it but other than that, the cleanliness was poor. There was pubic hair in the bathtub area and a cockroach roaming around.

The rooms were comfortable, location good, the hotel overall was nice with a couple of exceptions that should be taken care of. The breakfast was nicely done 1, The a/c unit had a lot of dirt and mold on the coils, allergy breeding. 2. The elevator on the third floor the button is broken with just this wire hanging out that you touch to call the elevator. that looks to be hazzard. How hard it that to fix?? 3. Vending area was virtually empty, very few items to pick from.

Very unclean hotel the first room we were given was dirty as if someone just left the beds were messed up with a used condom wrapper on one also trash everywhere was given another room it had dead bugs and the ac leaked as well as the shower squeaks very loudly

We ended up leaving, our room was hot when we checked in. My husband and son also have allergies, so whatever animal was in the room set his allergies off. Normally we dont have that problem. We have stayed in pet friendly hotels before. The pool is lovely.

Stayed for a few nights while evacuating from a major hurricane. Rooms were clean, halls and lobby were well maintained. My son enjoyed the pool area.

So then the tv worked but the cable box didn’t Also the continental breakfast was northing as they advertised in the pictures They had cold biscuits yogurt apple juice orange juice and some heat and serve sausages and eggs So over all the property was ok it was clean and when we asked for blankets and pillows for the pullout bed in our room they didn’t have any only sheets so that was not good as well

The only issue was the breakfast it wasn’t really a breakfast. No fruit or cereal or a variety of things just granola bars, muffins (packaged) yogurt, and some biscuits that didn’t look all too appetizing.

Everything was very good except for the lock to the back door. This door led you to the parking area. Sometimes you could get back in through the door with your key and other times your key wouldn't work. When that happened you had to walk around the building to get into the hotel

We got a big room with a pullout couch as we have 5 kids with us. Got there at 10:00pm. Get to our rooms. Our children were exhausted so we look for sheets for pullout and there was none. So I went down and asked. They said the housekeeper left and we were their last family checking in and they ran out of pullout sheets. They called the manager to get ahold of housekeeping. Said they would call me. 30min later my husband goes down. They said it would be atleast another hours!! My husband made them unlock another room for us to get sheets. Then our toilet was leaking from the tank all over the bathroom floor

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

This was a horrible experience. Dirty hallway all 3 days. The so called "breakfast bar" was never refilled. I mean I realize they may have a skeleton crew but really. Our hallway was near the lobby and it was never vacumed. The floors and tables in the breakfast area were filthy with food and trash. The showers were rusty and some areas were in desperate need of repair. Next time...no next time. I would rather sleep in my car.

The breakfast was the best ever for hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Could have been a little better kept and a littler more cleaner. Beds were excellent.

I specifically picked this hotel because the pictures show big in-room bathtubs. I was displeased to find there was not a relaxing bath tub in my room but instead a standard hotel bathroom with the bottom rusting. The side even had about a dime size hole rusted out. Fine for the refinery guys they stay there, I suppose, but I was disappointed.

Our room smelt awful like cigarettes and was dirty. Staff at breakfast was rude and there wasn’t food or juices availabe during breakfast time. Room service was rude. We asked for new towels and they never brought them.

They charge my card over 50 times even though we put a different card on file.

Close to highway , hotel close to restaurants and staff was very helpful.

The bathroom had slim on left side of toilet, the tub was rusted and the finish was peeling off. This is a danger and health issue Aas it could lead to a cut infection requiring a tetanus shot that would be for starters. The carpet was dirty. Lobby had a musty smell and the furnishing were worn. There were people directly upstairs stomping, running screaming banging the the floor until 4am.There were at the last 80 people at the pool, yelling, throwing beer cans.These were adults with small children until 4am. I was surprised at the deterioration over the pass year. I stayed at this Comfort Suites approximately 4 times. Owner/management should take some pride in the the Hospitality business you have much competition in that immediate area you might wanna get on the ball.

The service was amazing but the room had a really strong musty odor.i could smell it even on the sheets.In my pabbtottrents room the odor was as strong as in our room and their tv didn’t work

The AC was so loud that I had to turn it off while I sleep, eventhough it was a hot night in June. The lights in the bathroom took forever to be on. It's a newly remodeled hotel, but the fixtures seem cheap and not functioning well. I will not return.

Hotel itself was ok, I asked 5 times for a roll up bed and never got one on either night I was there. The hotel had three Coke machines and none of them worked. There were no towels in pool area and hall ways were dirty. Other than that, the stay was ok

We got to the hotel at 5pm. The room was not ready. After dropping our stuff off, we got back to the room around 9:30pm. It had a very bad odor. The lady that was working did offer to move us or reimburse me. Unfortunately because of my kids ages we could not split into two rooms. I will not be staying at Comfort Suites in Deer Park for future visits.

One of our rooms was dirty but the blonde woman doing the graveyard shift took very good care of us! She was very friendly and made sure we taken care of!! Keep up the great work!

The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work, and the light in the bathroom flickered until you flipped the light switch two or three times. Otherwise, the rest of the room was well-kept. I'd stay there again.

The room was clean but no towels was there for us to take showers . I called to the front office and requested towel. They told me that they couldn’t bring me any towels and will later. Well we used the little hand towels to dry off after a shower. We went out again and when we came back around 9pm , the towels were still not in room... Thx...
