Great value for the money, close to Whole Foods and many eateries

Rooms was clean .( we do UV light test / air quality tests ) both came back acceptable. Sheets and bedding was clean, no crazy stains. Friendly staff. Close parking. Nice decor . Over all and for the price I’d personally give 5/5 for our stay

325, bath was very nice, 3-way mirror, shelving unique, nice vanity surface. footrest, however, making entry to the closet cupboard, and desk chair, were shabby, to say the least. The chair didn't fit under the table. Other than those distractions, the room was very nice.

Breakfast was good. Could have offered more fruit options and perhaps cold cereal. Our room was dirty. The cabinet under the sink was very dusty and had women’s hair on it. You could not take a bath because the drain looked like it had been eaten up by acid. Our bedspreads had something dirty on them and was very easy to see.

Good

The rooms were clean. Hotel was well maintained even though it was a little older. Good parking. Most of all, great staff.

Breakfast was great, impressed by the fancy coffee machine! Clean abs decent sized bathroom. Not the most comfortable bed, red stain on the carpet in the room.

Exceptional

Ill start by saying that I thought The Hotel was going to be of very VERY poor quality. Im glad to say that Im pleasantly surprised! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and not run down. The cost was incredibly low. They knocked it out of the park and im happy to report that i will likely stay there again in the foreseeable future. The only thing that I can nit pick them over is that the pool wasnt indoors. Which is literally nothing to complain about. Just the 1 singular thing I wish that they would change.

Breakfast is a joke - Eggs overcooked, sausage and hashbrowns overcooked with no flavor at all, coffee pump was old and outdated (it took 20 pumps to fill a small coffee cup that they didn't have lids for). Pillows on the King size bed were small and hard - not comfortable at all. No TV channel guide offered. The toilet is so old and short that my private parts touched the water - NASTY.

Everything was excellent

We've stayed here quite a few times, and really like the staff.. This trip, we smelled cigarette and pot smoke through out the whole hotel, even while we were at the pool someone was smoking pot.. The smoke was coming from under the door, from the next room.. we had to cover with a towel the whole time... The staff Needs to Control that issue BETTER..! Other then that, our stay was OK..

Exceptional

Price (great value!), location, cleanliness, morning breakfast, hotel staff readiness and availability, abundant parking, everything in the room was neat, clean, and in good working order, hallways were relatively quiet, comfortable confines, some shopping just a quick (90 seconds) drive away. Hotel was far enough from the main road that traffic noise was no issue. The breakfast service area (continental breakfast) could be arranged/designed better - a lot of motion needed to avoid other guests while walking from one breakfast item (food, drinks, plates, utensils) to the next. Also, the vending machines were not accepting bills for use.

Room was very clean, bead was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

This is not a complaint or necessarily negative feedback. The building is obviously an older facility and could use some updating. It was fairly clean, but our king mattress was very old and in need of replacing. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well attended to and clean.

It was good

None of the walls were very soundproof. It sounded like the awful crying screaming kids next door were sitting next to me. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Bad overall experience
