We always stay at this hotel while visiting family in Dayton. Staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean, only downfall is the last 2 visits the pool has been closed both times so the kids were disappointed. Other than that it’s always been a great experiences

Great breakfast offering, liked the breakfast time line. Outside, nicely done, welcoming as you drive up. Need comes up again, that would be my # 1 place to stay.

Property needs some maintenance and updating. Housekeeping/maintenance was not available when we had an issue with toilet. Breakfast is very good. Thank you!

They were swamped with a bus load of soccer girls and a ham radio convention. We arrived at 3 but could not get into our room till 4.

Very quiet and comfortable. Close proximity to many restaurants. Neil at front desk was very helpful in fixing my online booking date error Breakfast ends at 9am

Don’t stay in Room 123. I don’t know that we got the same quality of stay as the others who gave such high reviews. I believe if we had a different room I would be giving a different review. Unfortunately, we were given what we were told upon arrival was the last room available. I had reserved a week or so in advance and we arrived at the hotel at approximately 830 or 900 pm. It didn’t seem like we were arriving so late as to get the last room, but we went with it and were stuck with our room for the night. My complaint is that it had a terrible smell. I have never smelled such an odor in a hotel before. I would just advise if you are ever assigned Room 123 go to a different hotel. Unless your nose doesn't work and then you’ll be fine. The hotel in general and our room appeared to be clean other than that. I would like to note that I am generally very intentional to take time to give great reviews when we go places and I try to be optimistic when things don’t always go as planned. We were going to go ahead and stay there again on our next trip coming back through town. But decided breakfast was also not our favorite and went with a different hotel. The staff was very nice when I explained our situation the next morning and she blocked a room ahead of time for us upstairs for our next stay. But we decided to go with only slightly more expensive hotel instead.

Room was excellent like being home!! Bathroom EXTREMELY clean!! Loved it! Elevator was an absolute bonus!! AAAAAAAA±++++++++!!!!!!! Couldn't find anything wrong!!

Bed was hard but the breakfast was a disappointment. Very few hot selections. One morning was out of eggs and another out of oatmeal. There also was no syrup or other things for diabetics.

Everyone was terrific. The only issue was they had not yet upgraded their mattress and the ones we slept on was waft.

The staff is GREAT. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The window had a crack from top to bottom, not dangerous but not good, either. The $3 parking fee seems petty and annoying. Oh, did I mention the terrific staff!

The room was clean and well-appointed; all was in working condition. The breakfast is reliably good with a modest selection of hot and continental choices. The property is attractively decorated and generally in good condition; I noted a little wear & tear in the dining area chairs. The area is safe and within walking distance of many dining and retail establishments, though it is also a high-traffic area. I've stayed here many times when I come into town to help an elderly family member.
