If you like sleeping on a bed that feels like it came from Dollar general then this is the place for you. Came completely complain though it was last minute and you get what you pay for.

Found cockroach in room and also had a funky smell. Staff wasn't even shocked or denied when they were told about the cockroaches

Only had a double bed instead of two beds. The room smelled so bad of Lysol it made me sick. I talked to other guest and they said the same thing.

YES! Parking was safe and secure. There are plenty of places to go shopping and lots of restaurants nearby to conquer your every tastebud. In the center of town (Miamisburg), there are many quaint and charming shops and eateries as well as historical sites to visit.

The place caters to people who live long-term in hotels. This is a growing trend among the lower-tier places and the clientele is (wow). I won't tell you what I saw during my stay as they would likely censor my review. The rooms are EXTREMELY Spartan. A thin bed mattress on a metal platform (no box unit) was very uncomfortable. Only a basic plastic chair to sit in (like a cheap deck chair). The TV was only 27". The room did have a refrigerator, and a very small cook element. However, there was no cookware or related, so unless you bring your own frying pan it's mostly for show. Would I stay here again? No. Have I stayed in worse? Yes.

Do not even risk it. I arrived after a 9 hour drive, to find the reception (wouldnt even call it that) was closed. 915pm i arrived. It said they closed at 10pm but to pick up the phone on the wall and call them to check in. There were 5 other people standing in what felt like a back hallway (not to mention the sketchy driveway leading you to the place with no lights. ) a couple had been waiting for 30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Absolutely ridiculous, I would never book there again.

After that, things still didn’t improve. I didn’t receive any housekeeping services the entire time I was there. My room was never cleaned, and I also have pictures to show that. It just felt like I wasn’t being taken care of as a guest at all. Then on top of everything, my key card stopped working because my reservation was ended early without anyone telling me. My stay wasn’t supposed to end until today, so being locked out and having to go get access again was really frustrating. Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had at Extended Stay America, and I don’t feel like the service matched what I paid for. I would really like to request a refund because of everything that happened.

Bed was broke down. Shower was broke. No ice machine or coffee TV had a white light and was going out very dark. Hard chairs in room

The price was low and you get what you pay for. This is a very basic hotel, which was fine for our needs. No lobby - the check-in area is a window (like a bank teller) with limited hours. My elderly parents thought the mattresses were too thin and uncomfortable. Rooms are basic but they're not run down nor smelly. Walls are on the thin side, but for the price it was fine.
