Was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in of my life they were dead roaches above the bed lamps. There were holes in the wall. There were showers that did not work. The toilets didn’t work bathroom light didn’t work. There was six different rooms. I had to check before I decided to stay in one of them and even Still that room wasn’t up to even 50% stable. It was a horrible experience and if this helped anyone I would not stay there for you. I got no sleep because I didn’t feel the room was clean enough to fall asleep in. I would rather slept in my car..

The room was dirty, there were flies, and the room smelled strongly of cat urine and cat litter. There was white powder on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. We left a message with the front desk but never received a call back. Would not recommend.

Bed felt like sleeping on rocks. Every once in awhile you should invest in pillows. I had to go home and get mine because the hotel pillows was so flat and used. Tv was clinging on for dear life by one screw. Dirt and dust all over on the lamps above bed.

I wasn't expecting something fancy for the price I paid but these premises need a lot of maintenance, I would have slept there if there was no humidity but the smell of it was unbearable even tho we swapped room 3 times .. I think this was my only time here .

This has to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The room actually smelled so bad it smelled like something died in the room and was sprayed with some ungodly stinking spray that didn’t go away. The toilet had to be flushed by lifting lid and pulling up on valve. Front door was literally coming apart from rust. Toilet also was NOT bolted to floor. TV had to be turned off and on by buttons on tv and volume had to be done same way. Remote only worked channel change which seemed to be only about 6 channels. Absolutely no internet services except in office. AC heat fan sounded just like a jet engine starting up with a siren mixed in. Police patrolling property so you know what that means. People stomping on floors above and screaming all night long sheets and towels that should be white were dingy colors with stains all over them. Soap was a silver dollar size piece of something that would not lather. Shampoo I have no clue what was in the bottle but after using my hair was like WIRE!! I could go on and on about this place. Under no circumstances do you book this place. I have had 2 total losses on hotel.com in last 2 months so from what I see now is stay away from this site. Can’t be trusted anymore!! This Motel should be condemned and certainly should be removed from Hotels,com!!!!

The front desk door was locked when we got there at 12:30AM. The attendant, when he unlocked the door, was surly and spoke poor English. We had reserved a room with a king bed, and were given (and charged extra for) a room with 2 double beds.The first room we were given didn't have working heat, and no phone, so we couldn't call the front desk to comlain.We had to go around the outside of the building with our 2 dogs in 25° temperatures to get to the next room, and the heat barely worked. The second room had no phone, we had bugs, there were stains on one of the bedspreads, the TV remote wouldn't operate the TV in the room, there was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone punched it, something had been removed from the wall and not painted or had the holes repaired. Despite the horrible experience we had, the only concession we asked for at checkout was a refund on the pet fee as compensation for the horrible night we had, which they refused to do.
