Currently under partial renovation. The work done is beautiful. I will be back when the pool, roof top restaurant and remaining guest rooms are finished.

The beds, pillows, and blankets were comfortable, and we had no issues with noise during our stay. Overall, I think this hotel has a lot of potential once renovations are complete. The lack of a traditional front desk is a drawback for me, but despite the issues, I would stay again.

The location was great and the modern style was cool. Free breakfast would be great. Check in without fees before 4 pm would be good.

Well there was zero air movement in the lobby, so it was hot and humid. One elevator was working, the other two did not move. The bathtub in my room is narrow and had a slick bottom, need to be extremely careful getting in and out. The breakfast if that is what you want to call it was very poor. One warming dish with some food in it, a toaster with nothing to toast, all set up in a 9th floor conference room. The staff at this place is the only good thing I can say about it.

Self check-in did not work, and it was a lengthy process for the attendant to help. Only one elevator worked so we spent a lot of time waiting, as we didn’t want to climb 9 flights of stairs repeatedly. The breakfast that was included was pathetic. The futon was quite uncomfortable, and no linens were provided for it so we had to request them. The location was perfect for an event at the convention center, but that’s about the only positive from our stay.

Parking lot security was top notch! Checked on us when our QR code didn’t work, then again when I was pacing the lot on my phone. Really appreciate the feeling that people are around and helping out! Nothing like digital check-in—including a selfie and a photo of my gov ID—QR key cards that don’t work, cement floors, and absent staff to remind you that we’re living in late-stage capitalist hellscape! Not to mention trash and laundry in the hallways, and bonus standing water. Especially enjoyed that the luggage rack we needed on our floor was gone in the morning, but the trash and laundry were not!

I didn’t actually end up staying here because no one could help me get through the check in service. No links were sent to me until I contacted them via text message. It was 1:30 in the morning and I was beyond tired and so were my kids and wife. The whole process was the most terrible thing I’ve ever experienced with booking hotels. And I was issued a refund just waiting on that return.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and polite. Gym was decent. Breakfast was lacking. Only fruit available were apples which looked like they had been there a while. There were egg and bacon rolls or just egg for vegetarians, cereal bars, tea, coffee, juice and water and that was it. I found it odd that there was a toaster but no bread - though it may have been finished by the time we got there. Only one lift was working but hotel was not busy so not a problem.

Clean and quiet enough. Convenient to downtown and convention center. Breakfast included. 1 elevator working of 3, pool out, no bar. Can't call the hotel, only text message. Small strange shower/tub. Pay to park, pay for early check-in.

The only thing I liked was the proximity to the convention center No front desk. Very minimal staff. The walls were paper thin. The doors didn’t seem thick or secure. There was like an inch below the door so every sound came in.

I pre-paid for parking and the QR code did not work. So, I paid for parking twice. Continental breakfast was included, but no clarification as to where it was located. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Neighboring guests arrived at 3am, repeatedly slamming doors, yelling and laughing until 5am. For the price, I expected better!

The most inconvenient hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. Location is decent but you will have to drive 5-10 minutes for something as simple as a water or snacks. I will say the staff was kind and friendly. However - I will never be staying here again.
