I gave a lower score because the Check-in staff could do a little better with letting guest know about the crazy garage that you park your car in. When we entered the hotel after parking the car I mentioned the parking and the response from staff was yes it’s crazy, well a little heads up would have been appreciated in advance at check in.

The physical plant is well designed and modern. The biggest weakness I experienced was food preparation. Little things like heavily salting eggs over easy. Note to staff, no don't salt by default. The Foundry $55 steak was well done not medium. The Delco parking solution is a disaster. Preface, I am a software engineer and it took me a while to figure out the "app" as the staff erroneously called it. You basically get a web page that you have to enter a 6 digit code sent to your phone. So several problems. You need to retain the link in your phone text message. You need to validate the parking assignment before you attempt to actually park. The staff gave a blank look about this step. The parking web page has a serious glitch. It will sometimes ask you to add another vehicle. This covers up the page where you would normally just click to open the gate. You must be savvy enough to know how to delete that page to get back to the main page.

Conflicting info everywhere. Website says free breakfast and check out at 11. Breakfast is 18$ and the door to the hotel room states checkout is 12

I love this property. It started prior to my arrival, Lauren and Lindsay (front desk) were hospitable via phone and placed notes on my account for my arrival. Abigail (front desk) was professional, hospitable and welcoming upon my check-in. She gave info about the property and parking across the street, it was very helpful. Brandon (front desk) was also very helpful. A reliable front desk team. There was a minor issue with the safe, Brian (engineer) arrived instantly and fixed it, he is inspector gadget as far as I’m concerned. Last but not least Ali was very helpful with my rental car, anticipated when I’d use it and brought it to the lower level of the parking lot for a quick exit whenever necessary. This was an incredible stay. This is my hotel whenever I’m in town. Hopefully next time I can catch a Dayton Dragons game.

We didn’t eat any meals here, but the space is so inviting, the room was spacious and quiet, and the rooftop bar is fantastic
