The beds were hard, rooms overall very disgusting. The bathroom door was broken almost completely in half. Boogers on the walls. Ac didn't work well. The flood to the second floor felt like it was going to fall through in spots. The railing in front of the room was broken and a hazard. No free breakfast

Staff was friendly enough. The pot leaf ash tray matched the cigarette burned sheets! The prevalent smell of weed and condom wrapper in the stairwell was a nice touch! The fact they never returned my license at check in. I didn't notice until the next day. Could never get an answer from hotel staff on telephone after checking out to see if I had left it there. One of my friends also left his fan in his room. We ended up stopping back by on out way home several days later due to the listed phone number just going to a "reservation center" They did keep my license by evidently housekeeping had already claimed my friends fan.

Due to uninhabitable and life-threatening conditions, I was forced to sleep in my vehicle in the parking lot as the room presented a severe health and safety risk. The property fails to meet basic habitability standards based on the following documented evidence: Electrical Hazard: Exposed high-voltage wiring at the wall switch (Fire/Electrocution risk). Biohazards: Extensive black mold on ceilings and human waste left in the toilet upon arrival. Structural Neglect: Deteriorating concrete walkways and broken entry locks. Sanitation: Pest infestation (stink bugs) and stained linens. Booking.com failed to provide a safe alternative or any support during this emergency. I demand a full refund immediately. I have documented these violations with photographs and am reporting this property to the local Public Health Department and the Fire Marshal in Dayton, Ohio. The curtains were dirty, torn, and looked like they hadn't been washed in a decade. Breakfast was included in the offer—but that was a complete lie!! All I got was a green banana and a 50-cent snack bar. The coffee was undrinkable—it tasted like pig slop!! Stay away from this stinking hotel!!! It’s a filthy pigsty!!! A filthy hotel! Location Everything, not much clean, cigarette burn on the sheets and blankets,.lights not working, cabinet door broke, TV remote you have to go by the TV for the remote to work, curtains ripped, ac and heating unit very dirty. Their breakfast paper bag of small banana and gondola bar, coffee it doesn't taste good.

The place was so rundown in a lot of disrepair. It didn’t even have a hair dryer. I would not even stay for breakfast. I will never stay at any place owned by you company. I didn’t feel safe. Both motels didn’t even have a toaster at breakfast. I will let people we know about our experience. I realize that it was very reasonable price. But I expect it not to be disgustingly unsafe. We only stayed a few hours then left after driving 10 hours on the road.
