Room was not cleaned when I arrived, started cleaning some of it myself until I found used feminine products in one of the trash cans. Had multiple rooms and they changed one without informing me only found out when checking in. Still haven't received a clear answer on what is being done to rectify the issue.

Nika I’m not sure how Yu spell her name but she was so caring and understanding and helpful with me and my stay after being in a house fire and coming to stay here was warm feeling, breakfast is good as well great friendly staff all around!! Wish it had a pool

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful throughout my stay. She made my stay feel like home. Breakfast was delightful. Hotel is clean and also close to airport!

Spacious. Very clean and inviting. If I had to comment about anything it would be that the water took a long time to get hot and the hot was more like warm.

Breakfast was great!! The staff was great . Beds slept comfortably. Love the area!! We didn’t have no hot water the entire stay and it was 5 of us. We couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi on the tv.

In spite of the hotel undergoing renovation, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were very comfortable and the five of us had lots of room with everything we needed. The staff apologized for the state of the hotel and were very accommodating and kind. Since the hotel was under renovation, the option of breakfast was not available. We were told there would be to go options, but there weren't any. We understood about the renovation, but we were hoping to have some breakfast options.

Major renovations taking place so very dusty and messy. And our room was over booked so we had to downgrade. Not ideal.

The remodeling made it inconvenient for parking and navigating the hotel. TVs kept needing to be restarted.
