They had kids baseball team staying there. And they were running, and loud very late at night. They were just running ramped all the time. One guest told me even got ran into by them. I expected quite after 10, but that was Not the case. Very disappointed with the stay.

I was not able to stay because of a 500.00 deposit for being a local that I was not informed of at the time of making the reservation, I was told of the deposit when I was checking in. I really feel that it was because of my race because the person at the counter got the sign from under the counter after he found out that I lived here in Davenport. That’s why it wasn’t posted on the reservation site because it didn’t pertain to all guest. My wife is white and she went in the next day to get a room and she is local and she was not asked to deposit 500.00. We did not stay in the hotel just wanted to see if she would be asked to post a 500.00 deposit. We never stay in this hotel ever again and will let others know not to stay they

We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn again due to this and will likely not look through Expedia for hotels due to hidden extra fee information. We will just go straight to the hotel to rent. Very unsatisfied with this.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Limited items in the breakfast bar, no waffle mix even available. No bread for toast, no other breads act. No fruit, etc

The room was clean and convenient for our Christmas dinner. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast had everything but a breaker tripped and food was cold. It did have a lot of options though.

The room we had was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Well appointed and modern. The only downside was that we weren’t made aware that the lobby and front common spaces were under renovation, so it felt like a construction zone when entering.
