This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was hairs all over the bed. There were hairs in the towels. Stains on the bedding. The AC wouldn't work. A lot of shady people staying here who were loud and obnoxious. Stay away from this place.

I called the property to see if they had a room on the main level as I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do stairs. The person who stated that they were infact in the Davenport hotel said that they had 1 room left on the main floor. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes later and booked a room through Expedia. I go inside and had to call for the attendant to come to the front desk--it was 10 pm and we were exhausted. The guy asked me what I wanted and I said I had a reservation. He said that there was nothing on the main floor and I told him that I talked to someone from the hotel less than 30 minutes ago and was told that there was a room. He said "I don't know who you talked to but they don't know nothing " so I asked if I could get refunded and he never answered me. And NOT ONCE did he look at me. He looked at the floor or anywhere else. I will not be staying at this place ever again!!

I slept ontop of the blankets because I tore the sheets back and hair and crumbs were all over. I dont think they cared to change or wash the bedding. Spots of something on pillowcase

The room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and only 2 pillows for a king size bed is crazy to me. The room was non-smoking but as soon as you opened the door to the hallway all you could smell was cigarette smoke. It was very very run down. The remote only changed the channels but didn’t control the tv or the volume.

It was 4 walls with a door. Sheets were stained, covered in hair, pillows were grey from dirt. I had the pleasure of 3 different addicts knocking looking for whomever.

Most of the staff was very nice accepted for second shift guy that works the front desk. When I reported an issue with bugs in my room I wasn't taken seriously by the second shift guy.

The room was not clean .the bedding and towels were all stained ..it was disgusting .I had to go buy towels and bedding at dollar general..a dirty towel was still hanging on the bathroom door..the counters had not been wiped down...and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming..I was in a non smoking room...but everyone around me must not have been... I'll probably not be using hotel.com again...
