Other than having to transact business thru the window, giving the impression there must be alot of vagrants or tweakers in the vicinity, it was fine

Smelled like sewer, had to go buy my own cleaning supplies and clean..couldnt watch TV unless every light was off(we ate in the dark)..police banged on door at 4a.am. looking for drugs. Desk attendant told us nothing was their issue. Then ignored us.

Always enjoy my stay here. This is my favorite go to place for peace of mind and rest. If I have an issue they're always on top of my needs and that's important for my peace of mind. I sleep very well here at this location.

The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind and over accommodating! He even checked the room before he let me go there to ensure it was up to standard. Nothing! I haven’t stayed in such a completely perfect place in a very long time!!

The only good thing about this location was the staff. extremely friendly and helpful staff. The general atmosphere and cleanliness were horrible. We were put next to a room that had guests coming in and out all night. they kept mistaking my room for theirs and would knock on my door throughout the night.

It was very clean inside and outside. Has to ask more than once for new towels. Eventually had to go get them myself.

The maintenance and the housekeeping were magnificent. The front desk guy from India was visibly irritated. He needs to take some customer relations courses. I could be a real bitch and tell everything but I will show mercy. When Tennille worked the front desk years ago it was a warm and pleasant atmosphere. I will never return after dealing with the grinch.

Not much They didn't honor my reservation, and I had to pay again (I’m not sure if it was a Booking.com error). Housekeeping wasn't done unless I specifically asked for it; the staff wasn't very helpful, and the towels were tiny and limited.

A very good value for Dallas. The area around the motel is pretty sketchy with lots of homeless people and drug addicts, but if you stay on property you’ll be fine.

It was clean, in good shape, and there seem to not be any problem people. They allowed pets for free, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and clean. I just wise the had better parking and maybe a bigger area for dogs to use the restroom. I did not like that you could not come into the lobby, you had to talk to them, anytime of day or night, through the night window.

I stayed here for almost 2 months due to my work travel. At first, the room I was put in was infested with roaches. I told management of this issue a couple of times. When I arrived I had me and my daughter and I had to cart everything to my room while carrying my daughter and I asked if they had something that could assist me like a cart they said no and proceeded to let me struggle and not even ask if they could help.I called the office to let them know the fridge wasn’t working and nobody ever came to check on it. The bathroom door had a crack on the bottom of it so it would make a loud noise when opening. The thermostat was extremely loud and made weird noise when going on and off.

It was good except the overflow of garbage downstairs, I don’t think they have someone who can maintain that. I think they should put a big dumpster outside in the lot close to rooms, that way their is no need to worry about overflowing trash throughout the day, it looks tacky and stinks.

This was a good transit point for a larger and more complex stay in the area. The room was basic, clean, and comfortable. It came with a full kitchen so extended stays would have been manageable. The staff was friendly and informative and when my plans changed unexpectedly they helped me meet my new needs. I would gladly stay here again.

A infestation of roaches on headboard, bathroom, walls, doors, everywhere. Room air quality was super stuffy, comforter was bumpy and icky feeling. Was switched to a different room with roaches present as well. Property is very poorly kept.

As soon as we walked in the room we were greeted by several cockroaches covering the kitchen floor. We had to sleep with all the lights on so the bugs wouldn't come back out. We will definitely not stay at this location again.

Motel 6 is right beside it and it is very confusing. Studio 6 is on stemmons right past the motel 6. Anyway the hotel is fine if you feel safe in dangerous areas, but don't suggest for family.

Stay was comfortable enough - room was tiny but modern and clean, and with a full kitchen (though no dishes or cutlery). Saw a couple cockroaches during my stay, and my key card de-magnetized each day, but staff were very quick to fix the key card (though I would've been much more annoyed if my room was a decent walk from the office). There are questionable characters who loiter just outside of the gates of the property, and though I never felt unsafe, its not ideal.

I am a Uber & Lyft driver in Tyler Tx. When I have a 2 hour trip from Tyler to DFW I stay in Dallas over night so I can do some runs at DFW AND Love Field. I have stayed at several inexpensive hotels and always found something that would disappoint me. NOT HERE!!! My stay was extremely perfect. Room was clean and comfortable, no odd smells (it was a smoking room) no bugs, bed AND PILLOWS were comfortable. I slept amazingly. Thank you for the great stay. Next time I will add pictures..

There was nothing to like. There were roaches in the fridge & all over the sink where we kept our toothbrushes. The smoke detector & other vents were dangling from the roof & lastly the worse part, the AC was on a timer, where it was turning off every 5 minutes to conserve energy im assuming but it would remain off for a long time, getting really hot in this Houston summer heat. We cancelled our second night & had to move to another hotel.

The placed had a heavy smoke smell, sheets were not cleaned properly, towels were dirty, found cockroaches in the room. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but a cheap stay, regardless cleanliness is the least you should get. When asked for a refund or some sort of compensation at check out. They said they would speak to the manager to send a refund, of course that refund never came.

Room key worked after 7 or more tries. Had to get a new room key. Only thing is that they left the gathered trash in the walking path instead of taking it to the dumpster.

I paid for a room but when I got there, staff tells me there is no such room as the one I booked. They blamed Expedia for a random listing. Then asked me how much I paid and said it was not even possible to get a room with 2 beds for what I paid. Expedia was no help either! I spent almost 3 hours on the phone (6 phone calls since I kept getting disconnected) without resolution. I was stranded 3 hours from home with no hotel room and no reasonable solution! I still don’t even know if I get my money back! According to Expedia CSR, they will send me an email (still haven’t got) and I have to supply them with the name and job title of the person who declined to provide me with a room. Then if the hotel agrees, Expedia will process my refund. WHAT? Mind you, GPS took me to the wrong property, who directed me to a different property, which was the wrong one and and they directed me to a different location that turned out to be the right one. After telling CSR this, the Expedia CSR provided me with a phone number to call the property. With him on speaker phone, we used a different cell phone on speaker phone to call the number he provided us that was supposed to be the number to the property. This number was not even a working number!!!! CSR had no explanation nor solution. Just kept telling me this was required and had to be provided by me for Expedia to consider giving me a refund! It’s now 4 days later and I still haven’t heard anything back from Expedia or got my money back!

I did not like this nasty hotel at all, i mean it was so many roaches and fruit flies everywhere. The roaches where in the tub as well as in the toilet. The pots and skillets all had old food and mold in them. This was not only a nasty place to stay, but it also is riddling with drugs and prostitution. I went to the front desk with my complaints, all they could say was "I'm sorry" no refund no discount etc. i would never ever recommend this hotel to a dog, its so nasty.

This property ask for a 100 dollar deposit for what it barely had coffee pot in room saying that it was broken 1 set of towels and roaches every where i have stayed at this place 2 years ago it uses to be nice now dirty and really bad

I liked that we had a fridge&freezer, coffee maker, microwave, two burner stove, pots/pans/utensils. Everything was clean, saw no bugs. sheets had burn holes in non smoking room. The heater was only throwing cold air.they said we had to let it warm up. Hours later.A man came, he was very polite but he did not wear a mask.he couldnt fix it.a mexican went also did not wear a mask.he "reset" it. it never got warm.electric got cut off at 11:30PM. for the 6 hours we were inside the room we had no heat. It didnt restore until the next day at 12:30ish. We called A hour later he went and he fixed it.I called&man kept cutting me off.Got upset that I asked what, if anything, could they do for that issue of heater not working. He kept saying that they gave me a disclaimer when I checked in saying they wont give money back if power goes back out.(not true) man was on the phone while attending me.& said I should have told them I wanted to check out so they could give me another room. I tried to reason with him&tell him I was trying to be patient.Next day my husband called, also respectfully asked the same (without knowing I had called)&got told same thing from man who also cut him off.When our reservation was up I called &asked to rent another day, they said no. He said go to the office&he will tell me why. I went & he said bc I tried to get a free night. I said no I didnt, I would've been fine with a discount, not bc of no power, but bc of no heat. He got an attitude, raised his voice.&m

The hotel itself isn’t terrible you can tell there has been some remodeling done to it. The hotel did have cockroaches. I only saw one big cockroach and two baby cockroaches durning my three day stay, and they only made their marvelous appearance The night before I checked so idk.

First off i got to the room late so i didnt see the roaches at nite but baby when the sun came up.....Those roaches started walking like they stayed in the room......DONT NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

Front desk wasn't too friendly. Wouldn't even make eye contact. The room had a big burn hole in the comforter that went clean thru the matress. I found a used serenge and spoon with what seemed to be drugs on it. And a tile missing from the floor in which I cut my foot open on. SMH... Nice stay to add my vacation.
