Very clean room. Efficient staff and one of the cleaning ladies has the best smile and energy and turned my morning around with just a short interaction.

My wife and I could have been mugged as we raced into the Hotel door our last night. We like BW but we are going to have to re-think our future planning. We will be soon staying in Henderson NV Oct 2nd at a BW and we pray it will be better.

This property advertises a hot tub and there isn't one. Although the person at the front desk gave us pool towels, the pool was closed. There was hair on the soap holder and towels. There was an opossum in the hotel by the pool exit. The free breakfast ended at 8:30 which is kinda early for people on vacation. Some good things are: the owners were generally nice and attentive, other staff around the hotel were radiant, there was a waffle house 3 minutes away and the parking was free.

We were definitely price shopping on a very busy event filled weekend. Just across the street at the office park there was smorgasbord of scantly clad women apparently available for speed dating. No problems really just interesting that this seemed like the acceptable spot for such activities. The room and staff were great.

When I looked for a room I specifically wanted a hot tub got there and nothing I asked the clerk for a different accommodation he said no bc I didn’t call them first I was let to believe I was going to get in a hot tub very very disappointed

I will start by saying I loved the Hot tub being in the room. The water stayed hot which was a super plus to me. I loved that the room and the hot tub was nicely cleaned when we returned. The reason why I can’t give them 5 stars is because the bed was not made when we checked in. Also the bed and bedding was super out dated. The bed was very springy which I have not experienced since I was a kid. I left that hotel with a bad back. The blankets were just as old and hard as the bed. I was very disappointed with that. Overall though everything else was good.

Got there late from airport. Took forever to check in. The system was slow and he kept stopping to go open the front door for people. Room key didn't work and I had to go back for another and instead of giving me a new key he made me wait for him to walk over and open the door himself. It wasn't a horrible hotel but service was slow and it was over priced for what it was.

Bed was a little "worn" but not terribly uncomfortable. The pillows were small. Doable with some adaptation, but larger pillows would have certainly made it a bit more comfortable.

It was clean and in pretty good condition. You can tell it was an older building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was the smell of weed and it was in an unsafe area. Im not familiar with Dallas so I wasn't sure of location when I booked it. Other than that its a decent place to stay when on a budget.

In the breakfast area, there was some guy laying on the floor asleep. But hanging out of his shorts. I don’t know how long he was there but he was startled when I got coffee. Definitely glad the kids weren’t with me to see him. This was at about 8:45 am. I probably won’t stay here again. I do travel to Dallas a few times a year. We only stayed here because we were laid over at the airport and our connecting flight was early and this place was close to the airport (Love Field).

The guest service was excellent. Tight space in parking lot. Not suggested for travel trailers.

The room was big enough to fit a king size bed and couch and table. Do however inspect you room so that you can mention any thing unusual to front desk. Not a big deal in my room just an iron mark on the carpet.

There were street walkers everywhere! They were walking in and out of the hotel and trolling the parking lot. And they walked up and down the hallway all night. It didnt feel save and was obviously no kid friendly.

I am allergic to smoke and I chose a non smoking room. But unfortunately was next to a smoking room and my allergies flared up badly. The smoke came through the vents.

Honestly other the fan in the bathroom not working we had no complaints. But the fan didn't affect our stay in any way.

It was ok but not so great. Lots of smoking going on and you can smell it as soon as you walk in. It’s all throughout all the hallways.

Very impressed for the price and location. Desk Rep. cordial,assistive, pleasant. I really liked hos customer service skills. He even had a cork screw for our wine bottles to open. Very clean and comfortable bed and “spacious room.” Very happy customer!

I didn't have cash for vending machines, but offered me bottle water to go with my meal, in which i forgot to order a drink. I got a room with a jacuzzi, it was very clean. My stay was very comfortable, peaceful and quiet, got some good deserved rest. Highly recommend it. Definitely coming back.

Went for a romantic weekend getaway. Was a little unsure at first. But after we got into the room and settled it was wonderful. Although there was some bumping and stomping from the room above it stopped rather quickly. The jacuzzi suite was amazing!! We will be back.

What I was really impressed about was the management stepped up to the plate and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of when there was an issue with a vending machine. The only one complaint is that if you are checking in after-hours there is no call button to let them know someone is at the front. It may take a couple of minutes to come let you in. They probably have a motion detector to let them know of customers entering - but having a call button will at least allow the customer to know that someone is coming
