I like that it was close to the airport and downtown. The staff was nice. The property was gated which made me feel safe. The AC was cold, the sheets and pillows were soft, and the shower had hot water.

Property has a musty smell. You can tell that the property was remodeled but the quality of work is lacking and can easily be seen The rats are humongous and plentiful out at the dumpster area which is 75 feet from the pool area. The staff is amazing!

The transportation to the Hospital was very convenient.

The rooms were clean and close together as requested. I had requested a crib in one of the rooms and it was not there when we arrived and there were none available. The air conditioner was broken in that room as well. The person that was on duty at the front desk was not helpful at all and not very nice about our predicament. The shuttle service stops at 11:00 pm and our flight was delayed due to weather so we did not arrive until after 1:00 am and were forced to take an uber with 7 people (including a baby) and luggage.

Space was big, pool was small but good for the kids. Breakfast wasn't the best but still offered the basic variety (cereal, OJ, fruit, bagels, coffee). Nice stay.

I loved that it was gated. It was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. They offer a small but nice selection of breakfast and coffee options. Ice and water available on the first floor. Rooms are cleaned every other day at this location unless you specifically request otherwise. I would have liked to have access to ice and water on the second floor.

We have stayed here twice and it is a simple hotel but clean, great staff, and convenient to UTSW.

The staff is amazing. Having the shuttle was great. Shuttle driver so fun. Hotel is extremely clean. Continental breakfast was nice. Great security lot for parking. I’ll stay here from now on when traveling to Love Field Airport.

The room was HUGE firstly. Secondly I love the fact this location was gated. I drove from Houston to Dallas for a concert & felt comfortable enough to leave my truck at the hotel (again gated property) the room was set up with a tv that welcomed me (made it feel very personalized)

Quick check in and check out. The room was clean and spacious. We got the twin queen beds.

Overall it was great ! Just the bathroom amenities were pretty much empty, should have them filled at least halfway in my opinion.

Looked like an older hotel that has been renovated. i specifically liked that it was a gated property. the room was nice, bed was comfortable, and had a relaxing pool. it was only a few minutes drive from downtown.

Stayed on 2nd floor and could hear every footstep from the people above us and could hear the cars from the the major highway and light comes on from the lights and orbiting from outside. Had a hard time sleeping

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family. Spacious rooms and while there’s no such thing a a super comfortable hotel bed, this hotel’s beds weren’t terrible. They front staff was very friendly. My husband and I forgot our toothbrushes and they gave us some with toothpaste for free. It’s close to a gas station and near the airport and the price was great. We’ll be back!

We would stay there again because it is 3 minutes from my doctor’s office and is very basic and nice for the price. With changes to the three things I mentioned (chair in room, mattress replaced, and hallway carpets cleaned), I would gladly increase my rating.

This was a convenient place to stay while my husband was in UTSW hospital. Very quiet and spacious rooms.

Nothing Kinothing Booking.com booked 14-18th paid online uber dropped ny son off w luggages in tow raining cold 1030pm to find no rooms available lost n a city w no hotels due to valentines for almost 34hours no family has his wallet stolen phone crashed trying to carry everything lost 1 suitcase included 1 suit and $1700 pair of LV shes toiletries no wallet no id or cards ri even get food almost got loitering charge for falling asleep at a gas store while trying to get out rain for a moment 4r5 uber charges to find no rooms no where yet this was the second booking the first was 13th- 18th both paid for online but no rooms i need a refund id all c Harges this is the most horrible event knowing me his dad n family are here in Wisconsin couldnt help him phone got lost or taken almost mugged 2xs so we dudnt even have contact w his after 24hrs this is mote thank just unsatisfactory this is unquestionable

The rooms are very old and linens not great. The constant smell of someone smoking weed comes through the AC vents and at times smelled in hallways. Very dark and dreary.

The STAFF….it was a short Hispanic man who working night shift Monday March 23 he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL we weren’t able to get in our room he did nothing to help us! He made us go up & down to our room 6x to retry a key that wasn’t working at all this was my first time at this hotel I’ll NEVER GO BACK AGAIN ☹️

The room lacked an armchair or couch and carpets but I didn't mind the hard floor and sat on the bed the little time I was in the room. 98.5% of hotel rooms are dark but they seem to have solved that puzzle here: the room was well lit. The desk and the bedside table both had great charging stations: USB A, USB C, Qi wireless, and a couple of 120v outlets! The desk was roomy and there was a spare HDMI on the TV next to it. I didn't take advantage of it but it seems likely you could use the TV for an external display for your computer while working at the desk. (The TV is a little high for that but you could make it work.) Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

It was okay,Staff was friendly but Breakfast was not good at all, they only had bagels muffins fruits boiled eggs and oatmeal and we were on 1st floor and it was very loud like the walls are thin so we heard all kinds of banging and noises waking us up.Due to that I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked it, it’s a good option if you’re staying for a short time. The only thing is that the lowest volume of the TV in our room was 50, we couldn’t lower the volume from 50.

Staff was great & helpful and shuttle drivers were awesome & navigate Dallas traffic perfectly.! Breakfast and shuttle are my most coveted amenities and Spark had both. Rooms have been updated to a clean modern spacious style. Bathroom amenity’s were plentiful & high quality. Property is secure with gate and parking is plentiful if needed. For the cost this hotel is above and beyond in hospitality.

The hotel is clean, and the breakfast and coffee are good. I don't recommend it for families or tourists because it's far from the city center. The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends. The bathroom was nice, but the dark blue color of the rooms made it feel very closed in.

I want my $50 refunded, and I'm never staying here again! I have Stage 3 Invasive Carcinoma so I will be staying close to. UTSW for Radiation treatments but NOT HERE or any other Hilton for that matter. I'm gravely disappointed and expected much much more from a Hilton!

Enjoyed 2 nights there. Room was big and clean. Would stay again if in Dallas.

This property is not in a good/decent neighborhood. I chose this property for the price point and convenience to Dallas Love Airport. There is an option to leave your vehicle there (I’m sure for a fee) and use their shuttle service, but we just did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there for several days while we were gone.

It was good definitely not bad but nowhere high scale enough to be excellent. I received what I paid for and would highly recommend this place!!!

Comfort

I was very pleased with my stay here in July, 2025. My daughter and I spent 4 days in Dallas. This hotel is an easy distance from many downtown venues and events. In less than 10 minutes we got to our destinations: American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, & Dallas World Aquarium. It was very clean and our room was spacious. No carpet in our room which I LOVED. The staff was so nice and courteous. Breakfast was basic but it was fresh. They even had oat milk as an option. The pool was on the smaller side but clean and always had plenty of towels available. The parking lot is gated so you have to use your room key to get in. That was a nice safety feature. There are plenty of dining options close by. This is a great and affordable option for your stay in Dallas. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very large room size! Breakfast was cereal, toast, and yogurt.

Stayed at this property one night to be close to Love Field for an early flight the next morning. People arguing, yelling, running up and down the hallway almost all night. Attempted to call the front desk multiple times, no answer! Hard to believe Hilton sponsors this property. Will not return.

Our room 2 queen & sofa bed was very spacious, it can fit one more queen bed in it. Hotel was very clean & great amenities for a smaller hotel (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, hand soap, face soap, make up remover, standing full length mirror, closet with hangers and towels enough for everyone). Hotel provided shuttle service to and from the airport. Easy to get to downtown with continental breakfast. Hotel gate can only access using a guest card. The busy freeway is in front of the hotel so it might be an issue t night if you are not a deep sleeper. I would recommend & will come back.

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows comfy. Continental breakfast was okay. Needed a few more options. Property is gated so you need to use your key card to get into the property which was a bit annoying at times.

Excellent stay, hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. $25 for early check in is worth it if you arrive really early. Location was great, pool is small but clean. I’d stay here again.

They have limited airport shuttle hours. We landed outside the window. I called, spoke to reception, and came for us. We had 5 bags and they reused the tip. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Up to date fully furnushed

The room was very spacious and clean. The location is near the highway so it’s close to get to most places. Free parking which is a rare commodity for hotels near this location.

Outside looks like it’s going to be ugiy inside. But once you go inside it’s nice. The rooms are big. They could do better for breakfast. They sell alcohol inside so that’s a plus if you trying to keep the party going lol

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I hadn’t heard of it before and was sorta weary but it really exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, giving my kids plenty of space to play without jumping in the beds. It was clean and modern. The staff was really nice. We didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but we got a little welcome bag with water and a snack which was nice after our drive. They also have other snacks and refreshments available for purchase.

It deserves 5 stars. The service was very fast in the check-in process from the receptionist and he was smiling.. I don't know his name but it was 6 pm on a Saturday.. The cleanliness of the rooms is good as well as the breakfast and it is close to Downtown.. Thanks to all the staff

The hotel room was big. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast did not offer any hot options. We were there for 4 nights and called for housekeeping 2 days in a row and never received it.

The place was exactly like it was described, there weren’t any surprises. We received what was expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is not included as they say. Unless you call a few wrapped muffins you could find in a vending machine breakfast. Outside of property and hallways are an older building and feel secluded from everything needs better lighting to feel safer. Check-in process was ridiculous. Would not let us check in with our normal Expedia check in process. The room itself was clean and nice but expect to get breakfast somewhere else.

Very nice and quiet location

The strength of this hotel are the huge rooms. It has everything on would expect from a reasonable hotel, and rooms twice as large as the usual hotel rooms. Especially in our situation, a family with three children, having much space is really appreciated. I recommend this hotel especially for families.

The floors were a bit sticky in my room, and didn't feel super clean. The lighting felt very harsh on the room as well. Also the highway noise made it difficult to sleep.

I would suggest getting rooms top floor only as the stomps from above are pretty intense and if you're near the lobby be aware you can hear everything going on out there. There was a really rowdy and loud group of ppl screaming and banging tables around 1030 pm which woke me up. The bed had someone's earring in it which was kind of off putting and the floors were slimy or sticky idk what they are using to clean the floors. It wasn't that great of a bargain for the hotel imo.

I’m not happy about the information on the website. They claim to have an airport shuttle but once we got to the airport we called and found out from a recording that their shuttle only runs Monday to Friday 6 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 10 pm. How can they justify those times for every guest to be flying on different airlines. If you are planning a trip make sure it’s Monday to Friday or you will be paying for a ride to the airport.

Our room was perfect for our family with a lot of space. The room, linens, and towels were all clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent.

Good clean and close to the city

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Unlike other Spark Hotels, this is a converted hotel space. It was clean and adequate but still showed its age with the makeover of paint.

Area Personal Size of the room

Hotel had a terrible makeover. It was clean but whoever did the makeover and painting should give the Hilton their monies back.

Beds were comfortable but make sure you stay in the back of the hotel, otherwise it is too noisy. It is NOT a breakfast bar it is a bagel bar. Nothing but bagels or boiled eggs.

The hallways were so highly scented I had to hold my breath. Dead bugs on bathroom floor.

Great place to stay in the DFW area. Excellent customer service took care of all our requests.

In my opinion, the front desk was less-than-friendly and nit-picky and a “pet friendly” hotel wouldn’t charge an additional $75 +tax as a pet fee

The property has large rooms I liked that. There were a couple of hairs in the shower & the fridge was turned way down & until we found the temperature knob we thought it might be broke. But overall it was an enjoyable stay

After a long day of delays at the airport and two canceled flights, I needed a last minute hotel and selected Spark by Hilton. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, empathetic to my long day and provided a complimentary water. The hotel was very clean. The king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Although I was only at the hotel for eight hours, it was the brightest part of my day.

For the nightly rates, the continental breakfast didn’t have many options!

The stay was great. I didn’t like having to pay to check in early despite the hotel having hotels ready. The room was clean however it did have a smoke smell when initially entered. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful

Business trip at this hotel was sub par at best. Problems at check in and my room was right next to the freeway so didnt have a goodnights rest. No office center for working away from home. Staff was helpful and gym where nice though. Breakfast was lacking as well. Honestly they could've done better for having the tittle of Hilton. Would not come here for a family stay. Would not recommend.

The rooms are always clean and the kitchen with all the amenities makes for an easy long business trip.

Super convenient for work and close to DFW. Staff super friendly and I can't help but love the new design of hotels rooms that are clearly designed to make cleaning easy, peace of mind for me, but also staying so practical.
