This was my second time at this location, was greeted with an extremely helpful and very pleasant staff,upon arriving in my room it was very well maintained and clean and allowed me plenty of room. I throughly enjoyed my short stay and highly recommend this location

The rooms are clean and beds are comfy! Breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the waffles! I liked that you could only get in with room key at any entrance adding an extra level of security. The pool is outdoors so if it's cold out, you won't be able to enjoy it. Ice maker on our floor wasn't working but 1st floor was.

A great place to stay and the cleaning staff is AMAZING! I know people warned that the highway could be heard from the rooms, but I had a room facing Pegasus Park and it was always quiet! The minor thing I’d comment on would be the fact that my room was connected to another and I didn’t find out until I got up to my room. Personally, it didn’t affect me too bad so I didn’t complain but I can see this being an issue and wanted to share this!

The property is very convenient to Love Field and within walking distance of the Community Bar, which offers food, drinks, and mocktails. Dog and child friendly. The hotel was easy to get to every place we wanted to visit, since it was right off the freeway. We did not hear highway noises. Will stay again Nothing all was great

This place is no good for sound proof . You can hear everything from out side next door upstairs downstairs. You can hear everything. And there is no plug for the tup . So we couldn't take a bath.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The breakfast was great. The complimentary cookies and bathroom items if you forgot something. The Tea, Coffee, And Hot chocolate offering is sweet. The upper level rooms are very humid. Almost as if there’s a leak or the ac isn’t working in the hallway floors or something.

Very clean room, sheets smelled and looked so clean. Room smells good when you walk in. Breakfast is from 6-10 am very cleanany options. Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal waffle machines. Really enjoy the room. A personalized welcome video on the TV screen.

First impression was sketch. They keep the front door locked so dirty Mike and the Boys don’t wander in. Customers literally have to be buzzed in like a jail. DO NOT Leaving anything in your car. It will probably get the windows smashed and stolen if you do. Hairballs in my room (probably fell out of the vacuum). Front desk girl was nice. The manager can go eat a bowl of (you know what). Elevator had a weird smell! Walls are thin.

The hotel is new and has a beautiful lobby area. The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I have no complaints about the condition of the room, we love Hampton Inns. BUT this location was a hop and a skip off the highway. You could hear the traffic as if it was in the room. Out room was on highway side so maybe on the other side of the hall would have been better. My husband had a surgery at UT Southwestern the next morning, so we came in town the night before, so we could get a good nights rest. That did not happen. The room was equipped with earplugs, and a sound machine. They are aware of the noise and did their best to compensate. We slept with the noise machine, and the TV on, and it was still not enough to drown out the loud noise of the highway.

Would not recommend. Room was not very clean, no house keeping on duty after check in. There was Hair on one of the pillows and also a stain on one of the bed sheets. I suspect they hadn’t changed the linen. Staff was not very great with resolving the issue. Also both times I visited the front desk I had to wait several minutes from somebody to come to the front desk. Only plus of this hotel was the location.

My car got hit in the parking lot by a door, i received no help fro. The hotel to contact the person. When i called the police they told me to file on line. My daughter tripped in the hall way hurting her kbee. The rug is unglued in the walk way and all they did way push it back down. Thr beds slept great Location was great, the staff was great.

Nice staff clean room

The toilet pipe was spewing out water, and it was disgusting. The breakfast was tolerable, but not the greatest selection. The room was fairly clean, but the shower head was lax, and ultimately, the stay was tolerable but not the best experience.

With the challenge I had with Celeste @ 8:30 in the morning was insane which had me very worried about staying here. But the AGM I spoke with was amazing at understanding and actually listening to my concern. The issue was that I booked my reservation through Expedia and because I booked my reservation through Expedia and pay when I get to the hotel the night audit ran and it tried to pre-authorize my account for the first night room in text which I completely understood but at that time, the pre-authorization had marked fraud on my card and it was too late for me to acknowledge that it was me so the conversation I had this morning really had me over the edge because I’m waking up to my car being marked as fraud and the front desk person I spoke with was giving me a very hard time. It was not allowing me to voice my concern and for her to find a resolution I asked to speak to a manager and instead of giving me a time I had to try it out with asking what time will the manager get there? It almost completely ruined my day but because I do have a God, I was able to speak to the manager and she did reassure that my reservation was going to be OK as long as I communicated with them which I did I have worked in hospitality for over eight years so I know what it feels like to be at a desk, especially when you’re so high in occupancy for a weekend event. It was just upsetting because the interaction I had at 8:30 this morning was not what I expected to wake up to overall great hotel!

Our room was so loud with the highway right next to it. We tried to use the fan on the A.C. but it would only work on auto instead of the fan running. Didn't get much sleep

The hotel walls are thin and I can hear other people yelling and stomping at 1am. The staff is extremely rude. Terrible place, would never stay here ever again.

Moment we we greeted at the entrance and even better when we walked in to the super Clean room. Temperature controls television, wifi, hot water—everything was great. Hubby was having surgery at 5am and this hotel was 5 minutes feom the hospital.

Everything about this property seemed new, fresh, and clean.Even the air that was coming out of the air conditioning smelled fresh and clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced away from home. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Great room for price, convenient and clean. Staff is great. Workout room has 2 treafmills, elliptical, bike, weights although no bench. Only complaint is no restaurant on site and nothing within walking distance.

Have stayed here many times with great experience. This trip all the plugs or outlets were worn out and chargers and etc would not stay plugged in. Also the air conditioner made a roaring noise from time to time. In general room was not near as clean as in the past. Guess hotel is finally showing wear and tear. Time for an update or remodel. Overall still a great place to stay for price. Beds are very comfortable .

Checking in was horrible the lady in the front had an attitude and was very rude. I called and spoke with her to let her know I was going to be running late if there was going to be an issue and she said no that’s fine I got there and she told me, “Do you know what time it is, I already did my report for the night.” I told her I spoke to you earlier to see if this was going to be an issue and if it was she could have said it. I have stayed in this hotel before never had an issue with anything this was the first time very disappointing.

Security on the premisis overnight. Got in at 1am and felt safe! Bummer is that the workers won't remake more waffle batter 30 minutes prior to end of breakfast. Fair amount of breakfast options.

The customer service was exceptional and the hotel was very nice and clean! Room was very comfortable and spacious! Breakfast was good too! Liked the fact that distance to car rental and airport was very close. Distance to center of town and museums wasn’t bad either! Would stay here again next time in Dallas!

I would say the bed right tv in front of the window with direct sunlight in your face would help if you provided a sleep mask also along with the ear plugs. Also the outlets only work for 3 prongs which is not useful for most things. Over 4 stars out of 5

Our room was real nice for an overnight stay. The only thing keepin’ it from a 5-star is the location. Getting there off the interstate was a bit tricky. Plus, being on the third floor, we could really hear the hard footsteps from the folks above us.

Great location! Easily accessible to Stemmons Freeway and downtown! The room was very spacious as was the restroom and shower! Will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Room seemed a bit small, but everyhing else was great.

The hotel itself was good. The parking is tight and small. There were 8 of us and we drove a chevy suburban. Trying to maneuver in the parking spaces was a challenge and our truck stuck out further. There is not much attraction in the area its in.

Staying here as a breeze! I was concerned about seeing so many pups but the floor I was on was completely pet odor free, the room even gave the fresh hotel smell, iykyk. Breakfast was good and fresh. The person that checked me in even looked just like SGA, and I’m from OKC so… GO THUNDER! Even tho I know that wasn’t SGA behind the counter, it still helped with the rating. It was a good stay, very local and close to both airports. I’d definitely stay again

Kind of a nice touch…earplugs and a noise machine were in my room. Likely because the hotel is next to the interstate. I had to leave early the next morning and saw that there was a manned security patrol in the parking lot. Gave me added security. Not a bad place for the price.

Verna was so welcoming once I arrived. The rooms are huge. I didn't expect that much space in them. The beds are comfortable also & parking is not an issue either. It's located right off of the freeway which is also a plus.

If I could give this property zero stars I would. The hotel and specifically manager have no regard to the safety of your animals. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS. My less than 20 pound dog was attacked over Easter by a very big aggressive dog. The hotel manager on duty refused to file an incident report that night. It wasn’t until three days later he decided to send us a report after again requesting one. My dog needed emergency vet care. We have asked numerous times for risk management or insurance information on behalf of the hotel and we were sent an email from the general manager that they will no longer be answering correspondence from us. This is truly alarming as our dog was attacked on hotel property completely unprovoked. This hotel does not care about guest or animal safety.

LOVED our stay here! Welcomed with bottles of water, offered a choice of creek side or highway side (we went creek side, and never heard anything from the highway at all, didn't even wake up from a bad thunderstorm one night), room had earplugs & a noise machine just in case. Wow! Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly, felt very safe & secure the whole time. This will absolutely be our go-to hotel when we need to be in this part of Dallas from now on.

The next door neighbors were loud and I could hear there conversations and music but the ear plugs provided helped.

Even though the room faced the highway, earplugs and sound machine were provided. We didn't need either one, on the fourth floor. The morning breakfast was excellent, with western omelet, bacon, waffles, pastries, cereals, oranges, apples, etc... The only bad feature was the phone ringing twice after 11pm, and three times near 5:30am. No one was on the line. Selection was made due to close proximity to UTSW hospitals.

Overall our stay was good. There were a few ants in the room. Being next to elevator you hear an annoying ding a lot.

Did NOT like: No to limited parking which felt unsafe, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, ants in the bathroom, TV was not working, loud from the freeway which is to be expected however the guest were also loud with stomping, slamming of doors and banging at all hours of the day and night.

Bed's were less than comfortable and the pillows are in name only. The heat selection on thermostat is defective and does not stay on.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean but the toilet was clogged when we got there. We were just offered to get a plunger from the front desk. The plunger helped but toilet still did not flush well. Too much water conservation to properly flush the toilet and the stream of water coming from the shower was on the weak side. Road noise is loud being right off the highway. Overall it was comfortable, had inconveniences like having to go downstairs to use the toilet. We weren't in the room much anyway. Breakfast was great and staff is friendly. Parking is tight but it was a safe place in my opinion.

Hampton Inn provides a perfect option for anyone who has an event to attend at the American Airlines Center! The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The room was clean and well-organized and quiet at night. We will be back when we are attending another event!

This property never answers calls from rooms for items. The property also had hair I the shower and seemed to never be cleaned which is questionable. The paint job along with what looked like mold was just painted over which was disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town to take a family member for surgery. The front desk was g f eat and gave us a nice quiet room perfect for our needs. The brrakfast was good and it was just a very goood experience. Celes was wonderful at the desk!

It was a horrible experience! They only had 1 of our 2 rooms on the reservation. The room was dingy and dirty. Hair in the sink. The walls were dirty. The whole feel of the room was gross.

My biggest issue was with a particular front desk attendant, a male, who seemed to be there most of the time (day and night). At check-in, we overhead him describe to the guests in front of us, referring to the $50 hold for incidentals, as "in case you steal something," and he wasn't kidding, straight-faced the whole time. We never observed him being friendly or particularly helpful. During my check-in, he simply gathered the information and credit card that was needed, handed us our room keys and told us where to find the elevator. That was it. Nothing about what hours the breakfast room was open, how to connect to the property's internet, etc. A couple of times during our three-day stay, there was a young woman at the desk, and she was very friendly, very helpful, with appropriate greetings.

I was not too fond of the 1-ply bathroom tissue in the restroom. We always bring our own restroom tissue for that reason. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
