The beds are extremely comfortable... The breakfast was very good. The hallway near the elevator lobby smelled like raid. The smell is like a pest-control smell and if would be nice to be able to log into my netflix account......That wasn't an option..

Room was spacious but i think it needed a vacuum. Some small maintenance needed, leaking ac unit, handle in shower popped off, some mold on top of toilet tank. But it was clean. Next to interstate easy on/off. Next to a Walmart that was the busiest walmart shopping plaza I’ve ever seen(and we’re from Chicago!) Lots of traffic! room quiet though despite the heavy traffic and closeness to hwy.

Location. Indoor pool. Breakfast was ok. No pancakes/waffles. Powder eggs , turkey sausage, and potatoes. Toilet had sludge sitting in the bottom no matter how many times you flush. I think there’s a sewer problem because there was a smell but they attempted to mask. Doors chipping. There were no small wash cloths, so we all bathed with hand towels/big bath towels. And kids over us stomped/wrestled late at night & early in the morning so my toddlers were cranky. I’ll book a much nicer hotel next time.

N/A It was loud. Front lobby music was loud and I could hear it from the hallway on the 3rd floor. Doors slamming all night, no accountability. Breakfast area had soo many lines for food, we just left without breakfast. It was a nice facility, but the experience was bleh.

It was nice and clean. That i had requested 2 bed room, had even called the location to confirm since we were 2 ladies attending a convention the gentlemen said yes its 2 beds. They couldn't change it upon arrival. Was not happy. Also once I checked out was not able to give me a printed receipt.

Multiple small things in the room were broken, light switch, plugs not working ect. The hotel is in a bad area, hoodlums were in the lobby and the desk staff was having a hard time removing them Be careful where you park your vehicle

Amenities close by made this a good choice for my family. Chair was a little tattered. There was a broken tile in the doorway. But really great overall.

We liked the location, it was close to everything As we first got there there were cops due to a domestic dispute. At 3:00am or later daily there were people with super loud music, girls arguing outside our door. The elevator didmt work for two days, with kids and strollers it was so hard to go up and down the stairs a few times a day. Our bathroom didn’t work half of the time and when we requested for it to be fixed nothing was done.

When looking for a hotel I specifically put the location I wanted. Booking.com put hotels, specifically this Holiday Inn on the list. It was not near where we wanted to stay.

The location was good, close to the interstate and restaurants Our shower head was awful and the shower rod was broken

The staff was very accommodating. They allowed me to switch rooms when I couldn't get the thermostat to work and also gave me a late checkout upon request when I needed a little extra time. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

lpcation was really good. A lot of businesses around and eating places. Could walk to many places if wanted to. Went to get breakfast at 6:30. The person in front of me got all the eggs and sausage. There was no one around for me to ask for more so I could eat before I needed to leave to be somewhere. I stood there for 10 minutes. Never saw anyone that worked in the kitchen so I had to leave with no hot breakfast. Was rather disappointed. Paid for a room with 2 queens. Checked in and went to our room and we only had 1 bed. Not sure why they didn’t tell me they were changing my room and still having to pay the full amount. Husband went to get it switched since we had our son with us. They originally told him they had no rooms available. But then gave us a key for a room with the 2 queen beds in it. Bathroom floor was dirty and had hair all on the floor. Where the coffee counter is was dirty with coffee spills on it.

I called front desk 2 differnt times no one called my room or cell number back had to go down next morning and wait for someone to come to front desk to help me .

Courteous staff; clean room; and quiet. Excellent customer experience. Of all the hotels I checked in area, I am pleased I chose this location.

While customer service was great - the floors are sooo thin. I heard every step the family above us made. We even had to call the front desk multiple times for their assistance. I strongly recommend reserving a room on the 4th floor. Food was great each day and the indoor pool was just ok (the kids had fun) and that's all that matters. Will I return- yes!

It looks like someone used it and forgot to flush? But then we went again and the other room was the same issue.. Also the elevator needs some repair.. We thought it was going to breakdown. But the rooms are awesome and the staff was great..👍

There were some issues with making sure I still had a booking even after I notified the property I would be arriving closer to the end of check-in time. They attempted to charge my card before I arrived, which was against what I was notified at booking. Staff was delightful and breakfast was good, but the room had various unidentified stains on multiple surfaces, there was unidentified cheese in the mini fridge, the bathroom made me and my spouse claustrophobic, and there was what I can only explain as an audible party in the 2nd floor hallway the Saturday night we stayed there, with a mess of empty bottles and wrappers the next morning. I don't think we'll be coming back.

Overall the stay was good. I booked this hotel very excited to swim and relax at the pool, but couldn’t do so because the water was really dark and murky. Besides the pools cleanliness it was a good stay.

The staff was the only positive experience. This was the worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at. Breakfast wasn't stocked past 8:00 am, whirlpool water was BLACK, microwave in room didn't work.

The staff was great the hotel was cleaned my only problem is when staying in a hotel that has a sofa bed you should also make sure it's clean the sofa bed was for my kids when pulling it out it had cereal on it and also what looked like blood (not sure) bedding should already be in the room for it!

Very clean room. Staff was polite. I recommend parking in front as it seemed there was more camera in the front. Only downside is the way the showers are positioned, water spreads out and there is water damage to the bathroom door and flooring immediately next to shower.

The room was not ready when we check in and the young lady at the desk took my information and told me to wait in my car until the room was ready. I was very annoyed after driving for 10 hours. When we came in to check in, the hotel had a very un pleasant smell, I think it was the vacuum cleaner being used when we arrived, other than that, this hotel is located in a great location, with nearby shops and restaurants, and is right on the freeway I-30 and cockrell hill exit

When we arrived there was no internet so no TV. 100 degrees outside so wasn’t planning on being outside all day. Hair was all over the bathroom floor. So not sure if they used a dirty mop or what.

The staff was unprofessional. The female manager who was often at the desk seemed to have a bad attitude. I went to purchase some drinks from the shop and stood waiting while she had a long conversation with someone from housekeeping.. it was in Spanish but they were giggling, and when I approached the desk she held up her finger for me to wait (which is fine), but continued to have her long conversation with housekeeping. Comfortable stay for one night. Bed & pillows were very comfy and once we figured out what was going on with the a/c the room stayed nice & cool. The blinds made the room very dark. Breakfast was decent with a pretty good variety of items to choose from. The staff were very nice.

Overall this property has generally been kept up. However here and there were some signs of disrepair. The most glaring example in our room was the tub faucet. The diverter stem on the faucet was very hard to pull up to turn the shower on. The faucet itself was loose and felt like it was going to come off the wall. The inside of the toilet had been cleaned, but still had old stains that had set in. But the employees seemed to do a good job of keeping the property clean. The indoor pool area was nice and my kids enjoyed their time swimming.

Llegamos y la de recepción nos hizo el check in muy amable,,,el lugar esta muy bien y la ubicacion perfecta hay restaurantes cerca puedes ir caminando es muy seguro hay un walmart tambien ,,ademas tiene suficiente parking las camas son muy comodas y el almuerzo es continental,,los biskets estan bien sabrosos nada que pedirle al McDonalds..tiene alberca dentro de las instalaciones,,,100% recomendable....la proxima vez ahi llegaremos primero Dios....

The ladies who put out the breakfast in the morning were so nice. The bed was comfortable, water pressure good. The hot tub was a disappointment. It didn’t even get hot and it had way too much chlorine in the pool area. Definitely needs a little modernization, but not bad.

The over all stay was pleasant.. we had 6 children staying in the room and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is clean and very family friendly.

At first it was fine it was later in the evening when I went to sleep I heard water running got up to see and turn the light switch on which blew so now no light got our stuff packed up mine you it's about mid night and Im getting up at 3am to hit the road. Went down to front desk to have them move us. That person then says so you won't stay in that room? What? Should that even be a question, safety should be of their concern. Finally got a room but onlybto have the party going on next to us so yes I got no sleep.

I really liked how clean the hotel was. They had an amazing breakfast that was actually very fresh and delicious with lots of items to chose from!! I loved the hot tub but wished the pool had been heated!! Overall it was a great place to stay

This property had high ratings so I foolishly went here only to find it was lies. It looks clean at 1st glance, but when you get to your actual room I literally saw left behind hairs in the bathroom area. SO GROSS. it had patch jobs & the worst shower clogged up past my ankles. I let front desk know she just said she could have maintenance check in the AM. As I left in the AM the following day I noticed a toilet plunger so their plumbing issues are throughout the hotel.. 1st night I went to jacuzzi it looked pretty old even though in the pics it didn't look bad. I noticed a family who had young kids diving & swimming around in the jacuzzi. Other places I've stayed they don't normally allow kids (like 4-5) in the jacuzzi so I asked the front desk & they told me there were no restrictions. The breakfast was actually decent & the people working the buffet were friendly. The next night decided to try the jacuzzi again. This time it was only one lady in there & we started chatting. She said she had set the timer for only 15mins, but I don't think timer was working. As we were chatting we noticed a very strong smell of chlorine and it started to burn our throats and she coughed a lot. The whole pool area was smelling of strong chlorine. (The pool door was broken you had to be let in) I let front desk know again about chlorine & door. They didn't seem to concerned just stated they will have pool guy ck it in the AM. Lady in jacuzzi had to go to Urgent care the next day

It looks clean at 1st glance, but when you get to your actual room I literally saw left behind hairs in the bathroom area. SO GROSS. it had patch jobs & the worst shower clogged up past my ankles. I let front desk know she just said she could have maintenance check in the AM. As I left in the AM the following day I noticed a toilet plunger so their plumbing issues are throughout the hotel.. 1st night I went to jacuzzi it looked pretty old even though in the pics it didn't look bad. I noticed a family who had young kids diving & swimming around in the jacuzzi. Other places I've stayed they don't normally allow kids (like 4-5) in the jacuzzi so I asked the front desk & they told me there were no restrictions. The breakfast was actually decent & the people working the buffet were friendly. The next night decided to try the jacuzzi again. This time it was only one lady in there & we started chatting. She said she had set the timer for only 15mins, but I don't think timer was working. As we were chatting we noticed a very strong smell of chlorine and it started to burn our throats and she coughed a lot. The whole pool area was smelling of strong chlorine. (The pool door was broken you had to be let in) I let front desk know again about chlorine & door. They didn't seem to concerned just stated they will have pool guy ck it in the AM. Lady in jacuzzi had to go to Urgent care the next day

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. But what they don't tell you is that there's a $50 deposit, and yet it's been 2 weeks, and they still haven't refunded my $50 that they took out. But my receipt, when I checked out had the proper amount on it. But they still haven't returned my $50 deposit. And it has been 2 weeks since I was there.

Excellent, no issues. Walking distance to many eateries.

People were great. Place was clean. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. If it wasn’t for the bed I would have given this 5 stars.

It’s a decent hotel.. close to multiple places including Walmart. The air conditioner was so loud, the knob to the bathroom was broken we had to open it with scissors issued from the front desk, handle to toilet was broken. We checked out a day early and have not got refunded the $50 deposit.

I called the hotel before booking the room and asked if the TV had YouTube on it. They ensured me that all the TVs had YouTube… they lied. The TVs do not have YouTube

This hotel looks and smell like new, I loved the fact that is kind of secluded, so it was quit and prefect to rest.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and dining area. Pump on shampoo dispenser was broke and I failed to tell staff otherwise they would have taken care of it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good. The staff I did come in contact with were friendly. The Tred mill was stuck in the incline position though.

The check in employee was very nice. The breckfast was very good. The pool was too cold to swim in and the hot tub was closed off "under maintenance ". We had to get linnen for the pull out sofa ourself. They gave us free snacks for the inconvenience.

The first room the tv didn't work then they let me charging the room to a different room for the same price.

Only negative is that they didn’t have enough luggage carts. There were only 2 when we checked in and none available when we checked out.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing! However, there were children running through the lobby from the pool unaccompanied by any supervision. The floor was constantly wet with no wet floor signs. At one point, the two elevators were out of service, which is very inconvenient since my mother just had knee replacement surgery. We were very underwhelmed by our stay and very unimpressed by everything except the lady that checked us in.

Two separate mornings, breakfast was limited. No pancakes, cinnamon rolls, or hot chocolate. I was tood morning 1 these would be there later that day on their food delivery, but morning 2 still did not have the full breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious.

This hotel was close to where our family lives and was very easy to get to. It was quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Newly remodeled was nice, Directv Satellite Dish needs to adjusted. Could not watch weekend Football. Disappointing 😑 Overall good, clean updated rooms.

Was an ok visit but my door looked as if someone had tried to break into the room with a knife. The door plate with a missing screw and was very loose. Door was not secure at all. When I told female at front desk she said ok and didn't even try to change me to another room. Painting was being done on building and my room window was covered with plastic and the entire place smelled like paint and gave me a very bad headache for my stay.

I won’t be renting through Expedia anymore. When I do, I always get the WORST rooms. Always by the laundry room. Not worth it.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and the staff there. I’ve stayed in hotels hundreds of times and this stay will always be remembered. It was only a one-night stay for a funeral we were attending in the area. I want to say hats off to the hotel management because the entire team was very professional, kind, and accommodating. Check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Check out was just as great. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel and whenever I’m in the area again I will most certainly stay here. Bravo for excellent customer service, excellent property, and excellent management!

This hotel is going to be great, when they are done renovating. We only stayed one night, but the rooms were clean, they stayed nice and cood, sheets were clean, no major noises, great neighborhood, lots of food/shopping options near us. Overall great location. Renovations are being done one floor at a time.

This was a great stay and clean also the pool was open.

Reported clogged toilet six times. Could not use our bathroom at night because toilet kept overflowing. Bathroom door was substandard. Loose bathroom fixtures. Fire alarm kept going off for no reason many times. Clerk was never available at the front desk. Expiration date exceeded on the breakfast items. Pool under construction. Website did not declare that the hotel was under construction. No toiletries. No stationary. No pen. Really bad. There was no compensation and I will never stay there again.

I booked the hotel 3 months in advance, I picked that hotel for the location and the indoor pool. When we checked in they informed me that they were under construction and the indoor pool was closed. I was not happy about this and there was no communication. Then they said they had to down grade my room from a 2 bed to a 1 bed. I wanted a 2 bed because there was 2 adults and 1 kid. This was unacceptable. We made it work but it was not comfortable.

I was given a handicap room. The hand held shower would not stay up on the pole.

The customer service is very good but the location was under construction .

Overall, this property was good. They are currently going through renovations. Room was decent. I do think they could have had toiletries in the room such as lotion, makeup wipes, etc. most hotels do have those things in the bathroom with a sign letting guest know that basic toiletries are available to them. Other than that, no major issues.

Hot tub was closed and out of order and it’s is the only reason I booked this hotel
