    What ever you do. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY. This property is disgusting. The carpets are black. There’s caked on dust in the bathrooms that have now started to rust. It’s like a motel 6 with a Hilton sign. That’s why this property is non refundable because they know you will cancel as soon as you see this spot. You won’t feel safe and not want to touch anything when you see it. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!!!!!

    I love Hilton Garden Inn Hotels so much! The staff is always friendly and attentive with all your needs. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. I also like that 12pm is check out time also. The breakfast you have to pay for but it is a good breakfast.

    Check in was quick and straight forward. There were multiple families in our party. Unfortunately one of them had their vehicle stolen right out of the parking lot in the middle of the night. The staff couldn’t care less, which we know theres not much they can do but when asked about looking at the security footage- it was not possible. Other vehicles were stolen while we were there. The rest of the trip was ruined as we did not feel secure. Luckily, it was a quick weekend trip for an event. Will never stay here again.

    Everything was nice. Need to let us know when reservations are made that we will have to pay a security deposit when we arrive and the amount. Need to put on credit or debit card so that we will be prepared.

    With all that said- the staff was AMAZING. They were so kind and lovely. I wish I spoke about it during my stay but I was also unsure if maybe it was a fluke. But I quite literally have been perfectly fine since leaving and already know I'm severely allergic to mold.

    Room smelled terrible. Water wasn’t even working and the staff didn’t let me know upon my check-in that the water would be off for an hour+ during my stay. The tub was cracked with a hole, the walls had water stains. The hallways smelled awful. When the AC kicked on, there was another musty odor expelled. Bartender was nice. Receptionist were nice. Housekeeper was nice but didn’t announce herself when she tried to enter my room at 9am when all previous days no one came to clean until after 12pm. When I told them the water was not working, they just said “oh I’m sorry”.

    The carpets were stained. The hotel wasn’t well maintained. The heat was on in the middle of May. Had to wait for maintenance man to come on duty to switch over to ac. Daughter found ants in bed had us change to another room. There was a low pitched humming noise that never stopped in that room. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Checked out of hotel a day early. Worst stay ever!!!

    When we got there our room was not ready & probably had an issue at the time. BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND. The manager fixed it & gave us complimentary breakfast & she & staff was very kind & very apologetic. All got fixed & they were 100% friendly,kind, & just the sweetest. I will Definitely be back with my family. Loved It

    Parking good. Pillows musty. Shower moldly in crevices. Same breakfast buffet every day. Breakfast staffer cut in front of me while I was standing right in front of the fruits reaching for a bowl and filled her carry-out leaving very little fruit for the rest of the paying customers.They let items run out instead of preparing more. And the hot tub was out of order, which was a major disappointment since I booked that hotel primarily for the hot tub and breakfast.

    Our window faces the freeway it was pretty loud all night. Also did not care for having to have maintenance come in everytime we wanted to switch from heat to air..that was odd. Otherwise clean place. Front staff was super nice.

    Have stayed here numerous times on visits to Dallas and has always been a great place to stay! Main reasons I pick this hotel are 👍clean hot tub 👍 pool open late (10p) & 👍👍 always clean facilities (outside, inside, rooms, gym, pool) 👍welcoming, friendly staff eager to help (both front desk and cleaning crew) 👍 great location nearby many restauraunts, downtown, bars 👍 no charge on parking 👍👍 delicious coffee served almost all day in the lobby! honestly it's one of the big factors for choosing this hotel over others. Love having good coffee first thing early in morning but don't feel like leaving hotel in morning just for that, but front lobby has it ready at around 6:30am!

    Staff was very rude. We stayed for 3 nights. The 2nd day we called front desk to ask if we can have our room cleaned and get fresh towels. The staff rudely replied that they clean the rooms everyday even though they did not clean out room the day before. We left for the day when we returned our room was not touch, I called front desk and asked for new towels at least. They did bring it up, but room did not get cleaned the 3 days we stayed.

    My friend wanted a black coffee and the guy who was taking our order at the bar, said go and serve yourself at the free coffee in the middle. And he said they had just made it an hour ago, but I’ve had been waiting in the lobby for an hour and I didn’t see anybody replaced coffee.

    I appreciated having a bar and restaurant available. I had a burger at the bar that far exceeded my expectations. I had a glass of wine that was a decent brand as well. Breakfast was good. Nothing too great, but better than a continental breakfast. The bartender is quite chatty.

    The room was nice and the bed was comfortable but the room smelled like Marijuana really bad. It was so strong and you could tell they just sprayed something to mask the smell.     The hotel itself was great. Room was clean, always had plenty of fresh coffee available in the lobby. Unfortunately the parking lot was a bit sketchy, we were in town for a show across at Market Hall and had a truck and trailer, as well as many other exhibitors staying at the same property, we were fortunate to not have any issues ourselves but others in our group had vehicles stolen from the parking lot over night. Security could definitely be better.

    The room was alright and staff was alright as well. On the way checking out there was a roach in the hallway on the wall. The hot tub I’m guessing had some white chemicals that was sitting at the bottom of the pool that ended up all over our feet, elbows, and hands which took a while to come off.

    AC was stuck on all night long. In the morning a putrid sulfur smell filled the wing my room was on. I invited the front desk person to come smell it and no one ever showed up. Hot tub was dirty and disgusting. Gym equipment is broken. 0/10.

    Dinner it was so cold in the lobby people were eating with their coats on,, I ask them to give me a hamburger and fries to goto eat in my room, I sat their 37 minutes waiting for my food I asked the waitress and she brought it right out to me, I got to My room and the hamburger was cold the fries were cold. That evening I was going to take a hot bath until I opened the shower curtain there was black mold on the water handle, the same mold was on the facet and there was black slim running into the tub from the drain, it was discusting I called around and could not find a room else were because of the winter storm

    The AC box was not working. In order to turn on the heater maintenance had to personally come and turn it on. If we wanted to switch back to cold air he has to come again. We just chose cold air. The staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

    Nice hotel. Great front desk staff. Our toilet was extremely loud when we flushed. The AC also made a loud clicking sound when it would come on.....Loudon enough to wake us up. We were in a room that ajoined with the next. The neighbors were really loud and the sound come through the adjoining doors. (Neighbors didn't do anything wrong, they just talked and laughed very loud.)

    The room was very clean and filled with beautiful art which I loved. It was my birthday and there were pictures of flowers. I love to see the see through elevator and the Christmas decorations were very sweet. I wish they had phone chargers in the room. I must also say that they did let me use a charger from the customer service desk. It was imperative for my phone to stay charged. Everything else was great!

And breakfast was written about in our key cards and mentioned at check in but no one ever said it cost 18$, till we had a plate and ready to eat. Almost put the plate down and walked away but didn’t want to be rude.

    Unfortunately, there was a sewage leak and we had to switch rooms. There was an older and each one of the rooms that we were in. The best part was the staff member Johnny. He was so helpful and even helped locate some activities in Dallas for us newcomers. I would stay again, but they need to fix the sewage.

    Except at check-in. The desk guy tried to charge me for the room. When I told him I had paid for it already through Hotels.com. After more research on his part, he agreed that it was paid for. He then told me I need to pay a 50 dollar incidental fee which will be refunded if I didn't use any incidentals. Okay fine...no problem. I used my debit card only to find when I checked my bank account today they not only charged the 50 dollars but they also charged me again for the room. I am not too happy about this. I will be calling them tomorrow to request a refund for the additional room charge. If Hotels.com can help with this I will be grateful but I don't really feel it is your problem. One more thing. They also told me that the breakfast buffet would be an additional 18 dollars. I told them my reservation included the buffet. So the desk clerk gave me a voucher for the buffet. That was fair and I was told the buffet was from 6 am til 10 am. When I went down for breakfast at around 6:15 they were in process of setting out a continental breakfast. There was no sign of any cooking (not even coffee) going on so I just left and bought a breakfast sandwich at a fast food on my way home. If they do not refund the room overcharge very quickly I will not be staying with Hilton again.

    The water in the room did not get hot. I tried the faucet and the tub and neither got above luke warm. I could also hear my neighbor flushing the toilet. I did not mention this to staff I just checked out. I only stayed at the hotel an hour.

    The property is conveniently located right off the freeway and just minutes from downtown Dallas. The staff is friendly and they keep the property clean and organized. However, the property has aged quite a bit and could use a fresh coat of paint amongst other things. The rate for staying here is a reasonable so the old carpet in the hallways and appliances in the rooms get a pass.

    The hotel is located in a good location. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bar/restaurant was ok, but really didn’t feel like a restaurant. The room was dated. The tub shower had stains in it. The room was clean, but you could hear the freeway noise all the time. Also the TV in our room didn’t work right. It was stuck scrolling through the guide so you couldn’t pick a channel. We didn’t want to mess with calling maintenance.

    I do not recommend staying here. The front desk staff were not helpful at all. The water pressure is terrible & the water is not really hot. I had to call the front desk but they could not hear me so I then had to call from my cell phone to get them. The young gentleman said he tried to call the room back, but of course it didn’t ring on either of the 2 phones in the room. he never even offered to have someone come and look at either. I mention to him on the call that Our iron had a short in it so it didn’t work properly and no one was sent up for that either. I would not stay here again.

    Check-in was simple and fast. Staff was friendly and informative. I asked for directions to my venue and they helped out alot. American airlines center was just 10 minutes away. Lobby was spacious and clean. Elevators all working and clean. Hallways were well lit and clean. Room was a king suite and it was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and was supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Lots of towels supplied. Bed was great. Lots of pillows. Had your standard amenities. Tv, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer. Temperature was comfortably set at 67. Room was very quiet. The only bad side was the Restaurant was greatly over priced, but i wasnt planning to eat there. 20 dollars for a burger and 18 for a breakfast is not a great deal.

    Upon walking into the hotel, the furnishings that I had seen in the photos was in terrible condition. Chair cushions were completely flattened and stained. The carpets in the halls were stained and filthy. When entering our room, the absolute WORST smell knocked the breath out of you. It was so incredibly disappointing since we had stayed at a Hilton across the street for the first part of our trip and had a wonderful experience.
