This was a worst experience, first the heat in the room didn’t work. The room had a bad odor to it, then the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. After being there only an hour I ended up leaving the pictures on the internet are not the same as in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Location to get places in Dallas is great but the homeless presence in area is abundant. They don't harass you or anything. My room was not made (bed, towels)! There was 1 or 2 roaches and I am not talking about weed.

It was near the hospital we needed to go to. There were bed bugs in room 208 and also cock roaches. Probably the worst room I’ve ever gotten. We had two rooms for 7 people and all ended up in one room that we didn’t find bed bugs in.

Location was okay my door lock never worked, instead of giving me a new room they decided to just make me go to the front desk. Every time I left to ask for them to go reopen it. There are bugs everywhere worse I’ve ever seen hotel, I had bedbugs in my bed, I stayed up all night because people were just hanging out outside my door, and kept pushing my door and pressing my window, security, ended up calling 911 because I was terrified… It truly was not a good experience, and to pay the same price and go across the street to a very clean and well kept facility…. Frustrating

Electric lights in one room kept flickering. Tubs had no plugs. Strange musty smell in both rooms. Cockroaches seen in both rooms. Ominous police notice posted stating we were in a designated high crime area.

Room cleanliness was terrible. We found a cockroach as soon as we turned on the light. The conditions of this hotel are truly deplorable. The hotel has 2 stars but I think they should give -2 due to the conditions.

We actually never got to stay in this hotel because they gave our room away before we arrived. Despite having made a reservation in advance--and produced proof of our reservation--they had no more rooms for us and we were forced to find another hotel. The clerk refused to call the manager so we could talk to the person in charge. The clerk told me our card would not be charged so we should be okay with no getting a room as promised, despite the fact we had just driven 19 hours from Florida and were totally exhausted and ready to sleep. Their service was terrible and they couldn't care less. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a dog.

They r the worst "INN" in the Dallas/garland area! Rude. Snobby somehow yet the place is just shy of needing hazmat gear. Cockroaches cockroaches cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Do t turn off the lights bc that's when they 1st come out. There is no fridge.no microwave. No ice machine. They charged me ANOTHER 40 bucks after I paid 20 for my dog but the rude maid saw a cat n my brother n told them so they charged me another 40.so that's 60bucks for 2 days on top of me paying 70 per night for roaches n dirty floors.i walked barefoot for 10 minutes n my feet were black black. We literally moved out n while waiting for a ride an hour we saw them go in n "clean" the room for 5 minutes hell they didn't even vacuum n bout 15 minutes after that they RErented the room n didn't even change the linens!! I couldn't believe it! Then our ride fell thru n the man who pretends to b a manager told me he would give us a couple more hours to re find a ride but called the police instead!!!! Better luck next time bc we did nothing wrong. We voluntarily left we didn't get kicked out bc their MOTEL should be condemned n wouldn't be caught dead staying another night in PURE FILTH which coincidentally seems to be the same of your manager n staff?!!!

The surrounding neighborhood was horrible. The room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. There were cockroaches everywhere. The conditions of these rooms were so unbearable that I ended up leaving.

Well when i checked in I was immediately looked at by a bunch of males making me very uncomfortable. My room was dirty and smelled of wet dog. I asked for disinfectant spray and the front desk dude said no and that i could check out.. totally rude.... the establishment offers breakfast but thats shut down until furter notice. They don't have any ice machines nor do they have a working elevator... lots of criminal activity and drugs are at this establishment. Not a place for your family

Crackheads all over the place, tv remote didn't work, had to fight with tv buttons and finally gave up. The bed was horrendous. Pillows terrible. And finally the parking is very right for a truck. Oh yeah the walkway reeked of urine.

My stay was NOT great. Two days it was not cleaned. It felt like there was bed bugs or fleas. I requested it to be sprayed and I had to ask twice about it. NEVER once did they seem apologetic, the employees passed the buck from one to the other. The manager/supervisor/owner really needs to be MORE involved this establishment.

The room was very dirty. Housekeeping only came one day out of our 3 night stay, and she left our door open! Upon arriving, we were greeted by signs informing us that they no longer serve breakfast due to health code violations. No employees were available to check us out when it was time to leave. All around awful, avoid at all costs.

The representative who booked my hotel said that it was a nice hotel and that it was recommended by alot of people. When I got there the towels had spots on them. They werent clean. The room was dusty. I went back down at 3am for more towels and sheets and said that Laundry would have to deliver then to me tomorrow.

This was honestly the worst place I have ever been in. Firstly the hotel is a run down place. I asked for a non-smoking room and as soon as I walked in all I could smell was smoke. Then there were cigarrette ashes dumped on the floor so apparantly no one cleaned this room. I called the office and told the guy what was happening and he argued that no now smoked in the room. Mind you I am smelling the smoke and I am seeing ashes dumped all over the place. Finally I was moved, then when I asked for additional towels seeing that I used the few ones in the room I was told they didn't have access to towels since the housekeepers had left for the day. Seems dumb but whatever. Next morning I call about more towels and I was asked "Don't you have towels already"? Ummm really? So after arguing with this guy I FINALLY received additional towels so I could do a simple task, take a shower. All in all do not and I mean DO NOT entertain staying here. Rooms are dirty, haid dryer had hair stuck in it from previous guests, rude front office.

I rented a room for two nights. They are remodeling the section where our room was located. Had tarps on the floor, sanding walls and painting. The workers had been using our bathroom in our room and the sanding was creating dust everywhere. Cant believe they would even consider renting rooms in that area. The dust, smell of paint and the huge mess was crazy!!!! Also AC didnt work very well at all and they had to come and put in a cord on the TV so it would work.

I was truly afraid that I would be mugged going from my room to my car to unload luggage. The phone in room didn't work. There was one towel and 2 washcloths. The sheets were stained and the TV had so much static, I think it must not have been connected to cable. The 'hot' water was lukewarm and there was a loud banging from the pipes whenever another room flushed toilet or ran water. I can't believe that Hotels.com even lists this hotel on their site. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA / HOTELS.COM!!!

It was my husbands B-day. It was supposed to be an excited surprise moment for him. My husband and I are both alergic to cigarrettes. I requested a non smoking room when we get there we get a smoking room. The smell was horrible. I called the front desk and requested a change of room and of course holiday weekend no other room available. I could not get a refund back or another room, so we stood in the room. We both began to cough our lungs out and called the front desk again and asked for a can of lysol. They said they could not provide any lysol because the janitor had left. When we went to take a shower all the towels seemed clean, but had black spots in all of them, horrible. The next morning when we went for breakfast they only had oranges and no coffee. WIFI NO WIFI at all we could not even hear music because WIFI was not available. This is a horrible, terrible hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! It was the worst B-day surprise I gave my husband. WIFI NO WIFI at all we could not even hear music because WIFI was not available. This is a horrible, terrible hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! It was the worst B-day surprise I gave my husband. After 3 days we are still sick from the smoky room.

This met our needs but was nothing special. Can't really say anything was awful either. It was quiet even though the parking lot was full.

Room was decent for the money - clean, comfortable bed & a/c worked well. Only disappointment was the "Continental Breakfast" . Was told hours were 7A to 9A. Arrived at 830A and found a few slices of bread & a toaster. That is NOT a continental breakfast to me! Had been told that there would be waffles, biscuits & gravy, assorted cereals, sweet rolls, etc. But there was only bread & a toaster - NOT a great Easter morning breakfast in anyones book! I'd stay again since the room was good but not if I wanted to eat breakfast.

Upon arrival to the room Room smelled like smoke, there was no iron, microwave,nor fridge. Went to the front desk they said they'd send up as iron, but the other things wouldn't be there until 9. We didn't get the other items until almost 4pm!!! I would DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK HERE

You can see where things were spilled but no one had the gumption to wipe it down. Dirty dirty dirty. A used qtip was left right in the middle of the floor. Shower didn't work right. They need to go thru and do a deep spring cleaning. It would be a decent place of they would do that.

The rooms did have a smell and the housekeeping was not good. There were old chip bags and candy left under bed that my dog found. The staff was friendly and the pet was a good price.

I've stayed a few times and it's been sub par to say the least but the last time I stayed the shower head sprayed everywhere and there were roaches in my room. I couldn't even stay the whole night.

The towels we had were dirty in our room and the room smelled bad. I went to get new towels but they said they could not give us clean towels until the morning because they did not have the key to get to the towels and the house cleaner would get it in the morning...horrible experience. Embarrassing I picked this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for...

Overall okay but wouldn't recommend.The room wasn't very clean; in fact, I am pretty sure our sheets weren't washed because they had things on them and were very itchy.

The room was as nasty as the staff. I did not stay at the hotel. I took the loss and found another place to sleep that night.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. The internet was bad so I couldn't get my email like I wanted. And the breakfast was a joke. But all in all it was cool.

Since i had to down grade from my first pick. I still had high hope's but sure enough i ha to make the best of it. Once i got to the hotel, i had to go back to front desk because i chose a non-smoking and got one. Then once i got to the sec room the wall, the sheet, and bathroom had huge stain worse hotel to check in too.

room had a odd smell to it but not bad the internet was ok not fast found the hotel cuz it was last min had to work out in dallas but the bed was ok clean the bathroom was clean and fast food was with in walking overall if i had to go back i might choose it again

My stay over all was ok...the dresser was missing a drawer there were some stains on the walls...but aside from that it was quiet

I just wanted to rate my stay as unacceptble. When I arrived on Friday midnight the staff charged an extra day. They charged $15.00 for arriving early. I told them that I had a room for 72 hours from midnight friday until sunday morning. They told me that my check in time was Friday 0300 pm so I will not be charged an extra day. They told me that checkout time was Sunday at 1100 am .I told them that it was less than 72 hours. They just told me that it was how the hotel industry worked. Even after I called them over the phone they told me I could check in Friday at midnight. The wi-fi did not work inside the room ,I had to go downstairs in order to use it. I ended up paying for an extra day. I paid for less than 72 hours of service. I will not be coming back to that hotel.

I really think I got everything I wanted out of this hotel considering the price I paid for it. I thought it was very clean and neat and the staff was very polite.

The young girl at the front desk was very nice, but only gave me one key. The room didn't have a refrigerator or freezer. The ice machine on my floor was broken. The room was okay, but everything seemed very old. It was an okay hotel, but not in great shape. The breakfast included was the most disappointing part. There was a waffle machine, bread and biscuits, and juice, but that was it!! They should have at least have fruit and cereal too.

Registration was quick. The location was great and pretty easy to find. Not bad at all for the price. The room was clean, but had an overwhelming smell of the citrus spray that apparently attempted to cover the overwhelming musty smell. I got my money's worth. Breakfast - one cereal choice was my only issue.

It was a very clean and comfortable room. I didnt interact with staff besides of check in. And the location was all that great but it was quite nights rest.

Let's just say I'm glad we brought our pistol. The whole place was just sketchy. Next time we won't stay close to where we need to be..we'll stay where we know isn't such a bad neighborhood. Yikes.

The hotel is no longer as bestwestern so we were unable to collect our bestwestern rewards. Sounds silly but that was the main reason we chose that hotel over our normal one in the same city.

I walked in, and the staff was more than nice and understanding. They over estimated my arrival time so they weren't quite prepared for me, but that didn't bother me much. When I got in the room, everything was fine for the first few hours, until I decided to take a shower. No showers? Just a tub? What is that?! I just can't. I can't.

The hotel is very old and looks like they dont take care of it. elevator smelled like pee and the floor was wet (hopefully it wasnt pee, but i doubt it.). Didnt feel comfortable there was a lot of people (mostly man) drinking outside of the rooms. (maybe i didnt feel comfortable because it was only me my daughter and grandson. but still... is up to you.

The WiFi signal did not penetrate all the way into my room, so I had no internet connectivity unless I put my laptop right next to the window. There is only one ice maker for all three floors and it was not sufficient for the amount of people staying at the hotel. The speed bumps are ridiculously high -- to the point where your car bottoms out and damages things when you go over them even at very slow speeds. The hotel management did not turn the air-conditioning on in the lobby, so it was a bit warm in the morning when I went in there for breakfast. The air-conditioning worked well in the room though. The bed was comfortable enough, I guess, but I sleep in a Coleman flannel sleeping bag instead of using the hotel sheets, so it offers a bit more padding than just the regular mattress. I had some bug bites though, but I don't know for certain if they were bed bugs. It's not a place I would take my wife, but as just a place to sleep for a few hours, it's acceptable. At $40 per night, it was the cheapest thing on hotels.com and my expectations were not that high.

Someone tried to break into our truck. Would not recommend this hotel (more like a motel) to anyone.
