When I arrived on the property, I was unable to check in early due to the night's capacity. I spoke with Marie at Guest Services, and she said the earliest she could try to get me in was 10. She did an extraordinary job and made sure I could get in for early check-in, even though the room I had reserved was not available. She gave me a different room equivalent to what was reserved, and I was not charged an early check-in fee. THANK YOU for your hospitality.

If you are just looking for somewhere to stop and get something quick to eat and sleep then this is it. definitely no complaints about hotel or staff. Just a small bland hotel in a bland area. Dog friendly!

The location was great! lots of places within walking distance to eat dinner. Easy on and off to the property too. We only had coffee but it was delicious. There were a lot of pluses but the two items that detracted from the overall score were of high value to us. 1. The smell. The smell throughout the hotel was a little off, kind of stuffy a little bit, but the smell in the elevator was unpleasant so much so that it left a residual bad taste in the back of the throat. 2. My pet peeve is water pressure in the shower and it was terrible. The pressure was so low that I had to stand for many minutes under the shower head to rinse off the shampoo from my hair then again for the rest of my body. My wife also noticed that the small shampoo bottle had already been opened by a previous occupant but she just mentioned it kind of as a matter-of-fact.

Excellent stay at this Quality Inn. It’s very clean, the room was spacious & comfortable, and they have an indoor swimming pool, which I swam in frequently. The staff was very pleasant, and professional.

I liked the location. It has everything you could want or need near by! Loved this part! The room was filthy. I found 2 dead cockroaches smashed into the carpet. Which tells me the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. There were hand prints on the wall that told me… whom ever had sex in that room and supported them selves against the wall had dirty hands and no one even cared to wipe the wall off. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. It was a filthy room. The lamp was broken. The chair was so dirty I wouldn’t sit on it EVER. Everything is so outdated. This hotel needs a makeover. The breakfast was sub par… everything was microwaved. The people at the front desk were hard to be found. Usually outside smoking. Would I stay here again? Noooo

The convenient location and the young black lady was very polite and even gave me suggestions on good places. Maybe the breakfast options...maybe add a potatoe melody with it and peanut butter packs for the waffles along with better quality plastice ware...real flimsy kind.

Very close to our venue of activity for the weekend. We were woken up in the middle of the night by our neighbors yelling and arguing extremely loud noise.

Stayed 2 nights; the rooms carpet looked new, had a good smell. The rooms were very basic but in accordance with room cost but very clean & good smell as well. Rooms had microwave, fridge, coffe maker, etc. everything worked. Most of all I liked how quiet at night & day it was through the whole hotel & I liked the smell like new.

Loved the location & amenities. I selected traveling with pets when I made this booking. Upon booking, received a notification from booking.com which said “we’ve notified the property that you’re bringing pets and they’re prepared for your arrival.” Perhaps you can understand why I assumed that they knew I was bringing pets, given that I told them I was bringing pets. I stayed at the property for three days, and they were wonderful. But once I had already checked out, and was in the parking lot loading up my car, the manager came out to lecture me for bringing pets without telling them. I… Did tell them though?? And it’s kind of not my fault if your employees aren’t doing their jobs? Maybe read the paperwork? It seemed like he just like the power trip of yelling at a young girl. Once I agreed to pay the fee, he continued to lecture me. I doubt he would’ve done that to a man or to my husband. Completely disrespectful, totally inappropriate, will never stay at a La Quinta again

Amenities were good pool, gym. Clean room fridge microwave. Room was comfortable nearby restaurants too. Definitely not parking for trucker if you have a long trailer. You can’t park in LA fitness parking lot. Staff guided me wrong saying there’s trailer parking.

The new hired lady was really rude, i knew she was new hired because she was being trained. Really bad attitude towards me and my wife. Threw the receipt in my hand and didn’t spoke any.

The only reason I gave it four stars is the room description was wrong.We reserved the Executive Suite which was supposed to have an extra sitting area. The extra sitting area is in the Family Suite. The hotel was booked so we ended up squeezing into the Executive Suite rather than find another hotel. The staff was wonderful giving us extra blankets for the cot we had. I'd stay here again, just in a Family Suite. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a gas station and the area feels safe overall.

I just felt very helpless and no knowledge your help on what to do next.

The room and the attend in the front desk was rude when we got there all the people that work in the front desk it was not a good place to stay the deposit for incidentals I think it was too high I've stayed in others and they're not as high as that not even close the service in the breakfast not good

On arrival the room lacked a chair, TV remote and the fridge was broken. The front desk person for the evening shift made me feel that it was an imposition for her to make her half hearted attempt to assist me with the issues. The maintenance worker did his best to solve the issues but didn’t have the necessary tools to properly fix the problems. Poor maintenance was the big issue.

The room was super dated and old. Had a musty old smell. Sheets are literally so rough like cardboard and sort of cigarette smell. We did the family suite which was the biggest most expensive room, and it was very basic. The carpet was so dirty my daughter’s feet were black walking around barefoot. Easily walking distance to IHop, Brums, Chili's, Golden Corral, Aldi and Walmart. We definitely recommend this location. Also, very family friendly.

Bad service and they gave me a room that smell ugly and I was there with my kids in my room changing and a family walk in in my room they gave them the same room that I had I when to tell the front desk and they get in attitude with me when she had made the mistake. Really bad service

Front door was locked when we arrived at 8pm. Waited outside for 10 minutes before the service desk clerk came back to unlock it. She said she was helping someone with their room. She was polite but it was still an awkward arrival. We won't be staying here again.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite w/sofa bed. The outdated sofa bed had stains all over it. The mattress had holes underneath. Just nasty!! Our son had to sleep with us. We slept very uncomfortable! Not worth the money!! We paid a total $203 with tax for 1 night stay.

The hotel was dated. Our room was a “suite” but really just 2 large rooms. While it met the test for size, its dirty fold out couch and sparse industrial furnishings made it not cozy at all. The water flow in the toilet was terrible, requiring multiple flushes each “visit”. The hotel also used a very powerful cleaning solution which we could smell in the hallways and in our room. On the one hand, we felt good that it was sanitized. On the other, it smelled so strong that it was overpowering. I think we ultimately got used to it, but it wasn’t good. We also made the mistake one day of putting the DND sign on the door when we went down for breakfast. Per the front desk, Apparently housekeeping goes around once in the morning and checks for those. Even though we removed the sign upon leaving for the day around 10:00, our room was not serviced. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. That said, nothing about this place would make me rush back there.

Not in the best of location. Including the Arboretum in the name is deceptive since its not nearby. Emplyees were fine, however we never got our room cleaned and I had to go get soap and clean towels after we came back from being out all day. They ran out of bath towels and they had to give me pool towels. The morning of departure my husband went to get breakfast and they were out of bread and other items he wanted. This was at 7:30 am. On a Tuesday. Very disappointing and we will not be staying at LaQuinta again.

This particular hotel is starting to show it's age along with the customer service is on the decline. I have been staying at this particular one for the past 7 years and I've started to notice the neglect.

The shower floor was slippery

I have stayed there before. I enjoy staying at that LaQuinta it is nice. The staff is pretty kind as well.

Nice new, clean hotel. Area around the hotel is not particularly attractive, but there is a starbucks and golden coral, and La Fitness next door.

Upon arrival, I decided to do an early check in. According to the room that was booked for me, there wasn’t any available. However, manager was able to give a different room from what was booked. That was really nice compared to not being charge for the style of it. However, the room was dirty, walls had stains on them, lamp on desk had food on the fixture, bed sheets were not clean, shower was still dirty from last person stay, someone covered the smoke detectors up with plastic I guess to smoke in the room so I took those off due to not trying to be charge for assuming I smoked in the room, and on top of it all, there were roaches crawling in the wall. I plan on staying until Sunday, but I decided to go to another hotel due to the cleanliness needs improvement. The staff is always nice but there needs to be some changes when it comes management double checking rooms to make sure they’re together before they are booked.

Room was dirty, only trash & bed done by housekeeping. Very low water pressure in shower. Blood, coffee, and dead & live roaches found in room. $100 room deposit. Room next door tv blaringly loud. No channel listings available for guests.

The staff was friendly and hotel was comfortable. However, the door had trouble latching and the faucet was very loose. Reported this to management. Overall, good and will stay here again.

Ironing board was in the closet but the iron was missing. Couldn’t iron our clothes.

Check in took awhile due to computer. Room didn't have toilet paper. But was clean.

Unfriendly staff. Booger trails down the wall. Hair on towels. Hair in bed. Good breakfast, but they put it away before 9 am.

Staff was so very helpful and kind! Everything was very clean and comfortable… Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Every thing went fine after the 100 deposit was paid for security reasons. Definitely did not like that. Paid in cash because of the process of seven day wait for refund on your credit card. Last time we came there was no such policy in place .Quite and convenience of restaurants in walking distance. Would of given 5 stars if not for the hassle of the deposit. No ATM on premises. Let me know ahead of check in if anything else is required besides the itinerary number and id.
