Perfect location, clean, and modern. From my room you could see a bit of the sea :) Bed was way too stiff, it was hurting after a little bit. Also, one receptionist seemed annoyed during the check-in. She just made me read a paper with some guidance and that’s it, not even a smile. It was just one though, the rest of the staff was amazing!

It's cheap, that's all. 1. They lie about the buffet breakfast. There is NO BUFFET BREAKFAST. They closed down the restaurant, and they deliver some small plate of food to your room, where there are no tables, so you have to eat on the edge of the bed like in a refugee camp. 2. Some rooms have no windows. There's no guarantee you can get a room with windows, they can just put you into a dark hole and call it a room. 3. Bed mattrasses are rock hard. It's the same as if you sleep on the floor.

Good location, near beach, shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes,, massage places and a 24/7 grocery store ATM (TP Bank) and telecom shop within 10 minutes walk. Laundry service The rooms are pretty soundproof, area is also quiet (no karaoke bar) I got the wrong room, because apparently the one I booked was already taken. The lady at the reception didn't mention that, I discovered it when I entered the room and went down to tell her. Her answer: wrong booking, you move tomorrow. No sorry, no nothing. I tried to explain that I would have appreciate a little compensation or a sorry, but I got nothing. I got clean towels but the cleaning staff didn't wipe the floor (or maybe they did but not well), so after a few days it was pretty dirty and sandy. Bed linen hadn't been changed for the whole week I stayed here.

Our suitcases were infested with those very small ants , they're everywhere . If you like a cheap dirty infested room it's good value.

They clean every day room +free drink water. It's always wonderful to come back and the room is so comfortable likewise the bed. I enjoy the room so well I could stay here for a lifetime. Hotel cleaners are so lovely funny it is always pleasure meet them ;D. When needed motorbike, taxi, bowl, knife, sticks, iron, chair... I just need to go reception and there was always receptionist smiling and ready to help with challenges. Today I met new "worker" and we became buddies right away

So nice human beings in this hotel (staff) I went to explore town I got sunburn and used all of my mobiledata, luckily keycard has hotel address so I showed it to taxi driver. Staff helped me and went to buy medication for me. I'm so happy to be at Hotel Valencia

Wonderful hotel , I came from long trip and staff was so helpful and smiling. I rested little bit on big couch at the lobby and they helped me to change some money so i can buy something. I was so relieved that I choose this place to be again. It was lovely to see familiar faces :)

Breakfast service was not what I expected. It had limited options, and I had to specify what I wanted every morning. They took the breakfast to the room even though they had a good space in the restaurant. I had to ask if I could eat in the restaurant since the room was smelly after breakfast time. Language issue - only the receptionist was able to speak in English, it was difficult to communicate with cleaning and kitchen staff.
