Maintenance for the Infinity Pool should be done, kinda looks scare when all the paint and walls going off due to the constant water flour outward. apart from that everything was awesome

The staff upgraded our rooms even to a better category though we had suites booked. that was really nice of them. Spacious rooms with a great view of the city. Calm and quiet area with everything in walking distance. Supermarket right next door with everything you want 24Hs. Rooms had all the amenities required. Comfy beds. Kettle was replaced quickly when the one we had was not working initially. Very supportive staff. They over delivered my expectations I would say. Breakfast spread could do better a little. But can't complain for the price we pay. The bathroom shower was a little troublesome as it was on the tub and water would spill all over the floor since it was a little tight space.

Great location, no bar upstairs think they have moved it into the lobby , room are lovely and spacious, breakfast was nice, tho to be honest I only really had jam on toast, my husband had the omelette, staff were friendly and always happy to help

Hotel was conveniently located near the beach, different types of restaurants are fews steps away. Staff are courteous and attentive to our requests. We booked 4 twin sharing but we welcome the 2 rooms upgraded to ocean view.

We stay for a week in this hotel, we bring our 2 infants baby and our 2 kids. its definitely amazing the service from the staff is a 5 star services, they provided everything you need, The room is quiet big, with cold ac and big tv, soundproof of course also clean, bathroom is very nice with complete aminities. The hotel itself also clean with 24 Hours receptionist who willing to help you. The breakfast buffet definitely amazing the menu changes everyday with many variant to choose and the restaurant is the most very recommended they have a very beautiful view to the beach. Special Thanks to Vy the restaurant staff that makes our breakfast perfect, she help alot about the breakfast need for our infant baby. The swimming pool is so beautiful with infinity pool view to the beach. but its located at the higher floor. if you are a family i Definitely for sure recommend you to stay at this Grand Ocean Luxury Boutique Hotel. The service from the staff is beyond our expectations. nothing everything is going well

By points: - We booked 3 rooms 1st Room - We booked a corner view suite and we were changed to a bath suite that was full of mold everywhere (silicone around the bath, bathroom curtains, bedroom curtains), after complaining that we paid for a corner view and we want to have it we were told we will be changed to a corner view. We got a room on a 3rd floor that probably it was a corner view suite many years ago because today that room doesn’t have any corner view and only has a front window. This room was also moldy, dirty bedsheets (stained and hair inside of the bed), painting from the wall was falling apart, windows were not cleaned probably for months. The fact that the room was in the past a corner view suite but it isn’t anymore once they built a building that covered the side window but the booking keeps selling the room as a corner view suite is very bad. Cheating on clients and phishing them to a scam. 2nd room - Deluxe twin room with city view - this room on the 7th floor had the window totally covered by a brick wall from the outside, which made the window even impossible to open. Why does the hotel keep selling rooms as city view when the only view available is a brick wall view? Maybe the view was different when the bricks weren’t there. Also this room was moldy and dirty. 3rd room - corner suite view - this one on the 8th floor really had the corner view but as all the others was dirty and moldy. Hotel in general very dirty, bad management and cleaning. Pool had rusty nails on the deck floor. The Bar-Cafe near the pool is probably closed and abandoned for a long time once there was nothing but a dozen of wine glasses that were left on the shelves full of dust. Hotel with all its potential wasted by a bad management and lack of investment.

The stuff are really nice & helpfull, decent price. For the location Totally dirty, all around inside the room and outside. It is opposite a school and noisy from 7 am with kid shouting !!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to go trough dirty stip staircase to reach pool.
