The room was REALLY small. No bathroom privacy. Partial ocean view is not worth paying an upcharge.

It was a great location. There's a lot of stuff within walking distance. There were several loose tiles in my room on the floor. There's construction going on, which can't really be helped, but it's not a big deal. We also ended up booking an extra night directly with the hotel, but when we tried to check out after informing the staff that we no longer needed the room, we weren't given any sort of partial refund or anything, even though we didn't stay. This was quite disappointing, because it was just a waste of $80.

Had a great stay in the suite, it was beautiful and a great view, overall a really nice bite and the pool bar and pool area was a great place to relax and hangout during the day. We will definitely be coming back in the future! The staff, Quin, Ny, and Oscar were very helpful and accommodating! Nothing

View is amazing, everything else up to the best hotel services possible It is close to the road, so during the nights you can hear superbike lovers roaring their beast, which can disrupt you sleep.

Amazing location with their own beach section and drinks and snacks delivered to you on the beach. Nice pool great breakfast selection. Amazing massage on site. They go out of their way to accommodate you. I can’t in good faith write anything here.

The location of the hotel was great. You are right across from the beach and in the blocks behind the hotel are an array of restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they worked really hard to make sure you had a pleasant stay. They did a lot to arrange transportation needs for our large group. The shower in the bathroom was nice. There is a large pool area with seating to enjoy the outdoors. The hotel is old and there is a large section of the hotel that was once under construction but stopped. The windows in our room were very dirty and almost couldn't be seen through. They do have beachside service; however, the chairs and loungers fill up by mid morning.

Half of The property was not operational like gost building ! Room were old with bed head lights and doors rusted glass of the bathroom dirty same as balcony the so call beach club is a disaster

Very comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very extensive breakfast that had some options for westerners. Afternoon tea had some snacks that was enough for a lite lunch. Decent gym. Friendly staff. You can use the beach chairs across the street and the towels at no charge but some days you have to get out early to get one. There is an underpass in front of the hotel so you don't have to walk across the busy street. Very close to restaurants. One night there was loud music coming from a block away that was bothersome but it happened only one night out of 7. The window film was either dirty or just getting old and it detracted somewhat of the view which was facing the ocean. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it.

Everything was great. Especially wonderful front reception staff members - Ny, Quyen, Long and Hung. Breakfast was very good. The room was a bit small and crowded.

great service, very nice and helpful people, great location, sunbeds on the beach The hotel is old, as is the furniture. The beds are very uncomfortable, very old, and too soft from age. The mattresses are worn out. The breakfasts are always the same – I do not recommend it. I took white clothes to the dry cleaners and got them back – gray.
