View from room was amazing. Large room. Comfy beds. Great location. The spa on the top floor was affordable and great, went twice, would recommend. Pool and seating around it was clean and enjoyable.

I had cold or lukewarm water in the shower. Complained and maintenance came but still did not work.

Location and friendly staff. The shower didn’t have hot water and leaked behind the bathtub. The pool area has sunbeds lined up right behind one another, leaving no room to move, and there is standing water on the neighbouring roof. The “gym” is tiny—you can barely fit inside—and the carpet was dusty. Overall, these issues do not match the price.

Amazing breakfast. Largest selection so far during our one month bouncing around Vietnam. Tip: ask the staff for bacon and they will bring you some... Don't know why they don't set it out but it's delish. The view from our room was awesome. It's been mentioned before but... The way the bathroom is set up just does not work... on so many levels. The bathroom is wonderfully large with a giant glass wall being the only thing that separates it from the main room... with a sliding glass door so you can move between bedroom and bathroom. How do you get any privacy, you ask? Well, I'll tell you how...There are ginormous blinds that you manually roll up and down using a pulley system (it takes some time and effort). Unfortunately, the ginormous blinds completely block the sliding door, so you must pulley them back up to exit the bathroom, then pulley them down again to do your bidness privately. If you're old and wee a lot, and don't appreciate company whilst doing so, this is not the room for you. If this isn't an issue for you, you will enjoy a lovely view of the ocean from your throne! Win! Win!

Good Location, nice and attentive staff. The bathroom set up is odd for foreigners. There is no partition for the shower in the bathroom. This is an old hotel. Spa, gym, bar, roof top pool are small and limited. Breakfast buffet is good.

The room gets very hot from the morning sun. The sounds from bikes cars and bars sound like they are right next ro us even on the 12th floor

Nice rooms nice views right on the ocean close to everything comfortable beds.Room has a bathtub with balcony. Very loud music all night. Multiple clubs across the street. Hear the cars honking all night and day. only quiet time is from 2:30 AM to 4:30 AM if you have a room with a balcony or faces the ocean. Breakfast is 6 out of 10.

Breakfast is really good, 10 out of 10 Thr Hotel is very well clean and organize The Front Desk so friendly and very helpful The Main Bathroom a bit confuse when we used it. Every time we shower the water will get wet all over the floor because the Bathroom did not have the Curtain for shower. I recomented to use the Curtain for the shower to superate it and also the slide door Bathroom should have the differant type of curtain not up and down but should use from left to right, much easier.

Location near the beach Disappointing experience when checking out, incorrect car booked for airport return, I needed to book an additional car, being charged for sparkling water and a towel not being clean due to my sick child, being totally ripped off by hotel laundry costs, I think there's alot of better options in the area, not a great place if you have a sick family member.

Easy beach access and the room has balcony. The option of ordering family style meals. The breakfast options were good with soup menu changed daily. The property is run down with many unsafe features. Inconvenient bathrooms and fixtures in bathrooms slippery floor. Front desk doesn’t exchange money and we had to go through the gift shop which locates in the back of the hotel in an open area.
