Perfect location , friendly staff. Jack and Khue were very helpful and made the stay very welcoming . Lot of food and drink on street, and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The location is really good. A lot of food options/bars around. On the pictures it looks really nice and that’s why we’ve booked it but then in person you can see all the tear and damages. Also didn’t feel very clean, we went up after breakfast and the pool area was absolutely shocking, not clean at all. The shower/toilet situation is awkward as you can literally sit in the toilet while showering if you want. The breakfast buffet was ok, not many options. Would not recommend.

Location

Our room (904) has a beautiful bath tub. But wasn't able to take a bath due to lack of hot water. So that kind kill the vibe. But overall the hotel is beautiful. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Very convenient location. Room waz very clean Bathroom waz not comfortable enough. Specially when traveling with friends. Sink basin fixed next to the bed is not good idea.

Great location, close to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Nice big clean room and comfy bed. The staff were great. Thahn & Duy were very helpful and friendly. This is the second time I stayed at the hotel and will definitely be back next time I'm in Da Nang. N/A

The staff was very nice and helpful (Jack Khoe, from the reception was our favourite!) The view is amazing from the rooftop, and everything is close. The breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary. The noises came through on the wall from the other rooms.

The location is excellent! The hotel is located in a great area for tourists. It is right in the center of the action. It is also close to the beach. We found a number of restaurants just a few blocks away with good food and good prices. The pool at the top of the hotel is a nice feature and offers great views. The breakfast is very good. I did not like the people smoking right at the entrance of the hotel. You need to walk through them to get into the hotel/reception area. Accessing the pool area is okay, but would be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues or young children. You have to go up a steep stairway!

Perfect location for us, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, small bars and supermarkets. It wasn't too noisy considering it's a very lively area for tourists, locals and expats. Short walk to the beach and the esplanade. The room was a good size, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was almost on the top level, so the view was pretty good, it was small in variety but I think it had enough to satisfy majority of people. We didn't use the rooftop pool but view from up there was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, too Nothing

Looks nothing like photos at all. So much dirtier and neglected. No class like the photos look. Pool area look abandoned with old furniture. So so bad. Bar was covered in dust, dirt, old bottles of empty spirits that were rotting on the shelf. Could t order a drink there even if you wanted to. Rooms are small with no room to put luggage and belongings. Paid extra for “Premium sea view with balcony” - can see slight bit of water but mainly nothing old building apartments. A minuscule triangle balcony that couldn’t even fit a chair on it (was not even a chair on it). No space to put toiletries or anything on? So impractical with poor design. Housekeeping would reuses bath mats and bars of soap (after a few days) and only give us 1 roll of toilet paper so we were constantly calling for soaps and toilet paper to be delivered. Hallways, elevators and lobby all not clean like the images. This place looked mint and boutique online, you get there and you feel very the opposite. Terrible breakfast, we ate once. Coffee was horrible even :/ Cleanliness was so average. Hand prints all over walls and light switches when we go there, toothpaste stains on the countertops, dirty glass with hand prints etc. Not properly cleaned. 3 star hotel at best - but the location and staff is all they have going for them. The gym - it’s not a gym. It’s a 2 x 2 room with a treadmill, old broken machine and dumbbells. They didn’t show photos of this either. Jack is an absolute legend and the other were great too, there was some ladies that did come across rude though and never really got a greeting when you would enter or anything. Would maybe recommend staying here for the location, but that’s about it for me. We recently stayed somewhere before for a similar price and it was 5 star extraordinary, could not fault it at all, which didn’t help this experience out. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. And I would save your money.

Staff was excellent as well as the location. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. The size and floor plan of the room were dreadful. The cost of the room was not in line with expectations. Also, the cooler/refrigerator was absolutely unacceptable being that I’m a diabetic and require that my insulin be kept refrigerated.

the view from the the room was nice they flat out refused to allow us an extra room card so when we wanted to go out at separate times we would have to go and beg security to let us back into our room this is a stupid policy and when I complained about this they told me straight they don't care our room was not cleaned each day as such we ran out of towels

Good location with friendly staff. Super loud music at night and couldn’t sleep and the bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it or was coming into the room which smelt the whole room out. Also, the rooftop pool doesn’t look like that, looks run down. Wouldn’t go back.
