The location near beach. Lots of cafe,shops,spa nearby. It is my mom birthday during our stay,the hotel provide free birthday cake and the staff help us to record the whole process,my mom was so touched by this surprise. The breakfast is very good for the price we pay,it is value for money.

Great stay. The staff really went out of their way to make my stay extra comfortable. Provided me with everything I could need and show me to some of the hidden gems for local food in the area. Breakfast is nice with variety of option and amazing tea is served at the lobby.

The hotel was very accessible from the airport. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, massage places and is walking distance to My An and My Khe beach. ?️

size &location of room w/view, friendly staff especially front desk, checked daily for water &towel change, repeat customer. all was good, tv options were a bit thin, as no Netflix

Great hotel, located in the heart of Da Nang. Surrounded by a lot of great restaurants and cafes, spas and walking distance to the beach. The facilities are well maintained, the room was specious with a giant, comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and we were staying at the 7th floor. The stuff was always very polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Would recommend staying there and if I ever return to Vietnam and Da Nang (hopefully during the less rainy season), I’d definitely choose Palazzo Hotel again. Thank you very much for having us.

Great location. Just in the heart of tourist area. Big comfortable bed, good bathroom, great shower. Reception and crew are amazing. Very polite, helpful and professional. There are everything available around, markets, all kind of restaurants, cafes, bars for every budget. I recommend this place. Could be a bit noisy late night but tolarable. I preferred an armchair or at least a chair in the room which make life much comfartable lol

Great location, great shower, room is new. Breakfast buffet is ok. Smoking smell came out of the A/C. The window was really small. Firm mattress (like in most of Vietnam). Lighting in the shower is poor.

Good service, clean room, very central location (multiple Grab cars nearby if you want to go anywhere by taxi) very close to the beach as well as restaurants/bars/24h-supermarkets etc. The breakfast was very diverse (I loved specifically all the fruit they served) The matrass was quite hard

- very hospitable and friendly staff - cozy rooms with nice bathroom - great location close to the beach - very good wifi - outstanding value for money - very nice neighbourhood with restaurants and coffee shops - a little hard mattress - too short time and unlucky situation regarding the weather - The breakfast schedule is a little early for long sleeping people like me (just an opinion)
