Whenever I want to unwind by My Khe Beach. Chu Hotel is always my go-to choice. Its location is simply unbeatable. Literally, I rolled out of bed to the beach. There’s plenty of cafes, restaurants, massage, convenient shops, laundry and local spots within easy walking distance. It truly makes beachside living effortless. The staff at Chu Hotel are consistently warm, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the clean, beach-facing windows in my room. It was such a joy to relax and soak in the view from the comfort of my bed. And not forgetting my daily morning’s breakfast that serves both western and local cuisines. And this round again, they had their scheduled pest-control maintenance work scheduled. In May while I was there, it was the same. I’m glad that the Management takes this as a priority ??. Thank you, Chu Hotel and team, for making each visit feel so special! Overall, the property has great potential. However, the cleanliness is an area that could benefit from more focused attention to truly elevate the guest experience. During my stay, I noticed a few things that, if addressed, could make a big difference: some mold was beginning to develop in the bathroom, and there was a noticeable layer of dust on the ceiling fan, which can impact air quality and comfort. Additionally, guests smoking in the stairways was an issue, with cigarette butts left behind. This detracts from the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. With a bit more attention to these details, the service standard could be significantly improved.

The hotel itself is a little old but it provides everything i need for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the simple breakfast in the morning. The location is great, just a few meters from the beach.

Chu Hotel has become my go-to accommodation whenever I visit Da Nang. Its prime location and high standard of cleanliness consistently meet my top priorities when choosing a place to stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience—special thanks to Suzy, Lisa, and the gentleman who manages the buffet breakfast, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness truly enhance the overall experience. Their friendliness adds a personal touch that makes each stay feel welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast, which offers a delightful mix of local and Western dishes. The rotating menu kept things fresh and interesting, and I found myself genuinely looking forward to breakfast each morning. I’m impressed that they take priority in maintaining the hotel clean and safe for their guests. During my recent stay, notice and i was informed about the pest control services conducted at the hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Da Nang—and to staying at Chu Hotel again! Nil.

Great location, close to the beach. Live music every evening( singers are amazing) Breakfasts were different every day! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cozy and clean, beds are comfortable!

The strategic location to My Khe Beach, f&b, convenient stores, bike rentals, massage and SPAs. The buffet breakfast spread was just nice with local and western cuisine offered. A little old and the windows should be also cleaned (outer side).

Good location, great live music venues in the evenings, nice breakfast by Vietnamese standards, relatively cheap. Dear hotel managers, if we want a double bed, DON'T GIVE US TWO SINGLE BEDS PUSHED NEXT TO EACH OTHER. Very, very annoying, that we can't sleep in the middle of the bed because the 2 mattresses keep sliding away from each other Why are you lying that it's a double bed? It's not a double bed, you liars. When will you stop lying to us in your ad? Also, having no view through the window is disgusting, especially when you are not indicating it on your site. You are using the hotel lobby as a storage room, and keep broken bedframes there, are you kidding me?

The staff and ambience at the hotel were fantastic. I would particularly like to mention (amongst to many other great colleagues): Collin, Hank, Robot and Pham who constantly greeted me with a generous smile! Breakfast was fantastic and my room had a great view. Live music most nice for free was a bonus as a music lover! That i had to leave hah

Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Perfect location just 50 meter from the beach. The rooms and especially the bathroom need some additional cleaning and renovation.

Large and comfortable rooms with huge bed, good sized desk and chair for working, room was quiet with no construction or outside noise. Only two rooms on the level, so not much guest movement. Internet was intermittant. It was only average speed and cut out at times. For working it was just okay but not sure how it differs in other rooms. Just something to consider. Room was a bit dark since my window looked out to the wall of the next building. However, this was good for sleeping as no light was coming in the morning.

The hotel was really well placed, the staff was extremely nice. Two of the 3 rooms we booked had a lot of humidity and the ACs were not functioning properly

Only good thing is location, staff are friendly Rooms have INSECT/ANT infestation!! Tiny ants will cover all your belongings and crawl everywhere!! Hotel is directly opposite loud music! Rooms are very over priced. Cheaper and better rooms close by
