The hotel is located near the beach and many other restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, which makes it very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The food served at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The street can be noisy but they provide earplugs and the bars at street level close quite early.

Nice buffet breakfast with some change of food variety during my 4-night stay. Staff are very polite - standing up for you when you enter or leave the hotel. Special mention to Alana: she is attentive and speaks good English. (Lifted up my rating to 9 from 8 because of her service) Very lively in the street with many food options and just a block away from the beach. Rooftop should have been nice when it does not rain. Facilities are a bit old. Lifts are very small - 4 people at most without luggage. Room is also a bit small though has everything you need.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and markets. But the outstanding staff are what made the stay really memorable. Especially the front desk staff with their warm, caring attitude and interest in their clients. The noise level on weekend nights coming from the street.

the breakfast was very limited. There was Vietnamese food, and it was quite rare to find something we really liked besides the soups. The soups, however, were very tasty and were served every morning. Also, if we came about an hour before breakfast ended, there was almost no food left. Overall, the selection was small and mostly not European or Western-style food.

The hotel is located just 5 min walking distance to the beach. There are a lot of eating places nearby the hotel. The room was clean. Not so many variety of breakfast but it’s still ok. Didn’t use the pool but saw no one swimming in the pool. The pool doesn’t look pleasant.

I experienced an ant infestation in my bed. Naturally, I requested a room change. Initially, the hotel verbally suggested that I downgrade to a smaller room for one night and then move to another room the next day. I declined because I did not want the inconvenience of switching rooms or accepting a downgrade. I repeatedly requested a refund, but the hotel refused, claiming they could not “resell” the room. I pointed out that the room posed a health hazard and should not be offered to anyone else. The staff delayed the process so long that I had to secure another hotel booking elsewhere, as I had no intention of staying there overnight. Only after I had already made other arrangements did the hotel suddenly offer to “upgrade” my room, interestingly, a room that didn’t require a downgrade was available only after I had asked for a refund multiple times. By then, it was far too late to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, Booking.com has not been helpful either. Their responses have been generic and dismissive, stating that they cannot assist with a refund or prevent future guests from booking this property. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. It clearly does not prioritize hygiene or guest safety and seems more concerned with profit than professionalism. As for Booking.com, their lack of accountability in handling this issue has been equally disappointing.

It’s location at tourist road, there are many convenient store nearby and within walking distance to the beach. The room is a little bit smaller for 3 people.
