Good location, good price, room acceptable

Nothing. The area is under construction Arrived at the hotel and we been refused 2 rooms. The staff was rude, barely speaking english, and not collaborative. We have been refused to write a complain on the hotel complaint book, as saying they don't have one. The manager refused to talk to us and resolving the issue. Totally waste of time and money.

Great location, a little noisy but that was due to all the construction done in the area. Helpful staff got of a car to train station.

the room is clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, walking distance to the beach and i really like the neighbourhood.

The owner is so friendly and nice. Love her positive vibes ☺️ She also helped us book our Ba Na Hills tour and let us rent motorbikes. She was also very responsive to our needs. They just need to improve the Wi-Fi connection in the building.

Great location in the tourist area, lots of cafes nearby Enough space for motorbike parking inside the hotel Friendly staff Relatively clean and spacious room Partially enclosed shower with good water pressure Comfy bed and pillows The windows of the room faced the wall Room cleaning/changing of towels upon request (at least we had that) Strange smell in the room (not bad, just strange) Some towels need replacing (with old stains, 1 had to be changed immediately)
