Great stay, clean room and good location They advertise that it has a balcony but you cannot even step outside as it is too small. Think it’s a bit cheeky they say room with balcony

Close to the beach and resturants. Great value Nothing really. The curtain was broke on checkin but they had a new one fitted within the hour.

The staff were very helpful! The location was really really great, especially with children. We had a wonderful stay, the room was exactly as pictured, budget but amazing! The location really was the best so close to many grocery shops and restaurants. We did have a small issue with the toilet - but they were very helpful and changed our room. Staff are always available to help with anything and always so nice too!

Very good place to stay, we stayed here for 12 days while we waited for our apartment to be ready. The staff were really helpful, spoke good English, there is a really nice cafe right across the road that does good food and coffee starting at $1 for a a coffee, a bunch of restaurants and a bar on the street too. The hotel beds were very comfortable, the fridges were cold, the bathrooms were very nice and spacious, hot water never ran out plus there is a fresh water dispenser at the reception guests can refill their water bottles with for free. We would stay here again. This is not the hotels fault but there are atleast 4 construction sites on the street, and they are loud from 7am onwards, they cut steel, drill and hammer pretty much till 6pm most days. Plus the shamrock bar is 24/7 and there are no shortage of people who drink from 6pm - 10am. I don't want to put people off booking but for people who work teaching online or have online meetings, it can really old really fast.

Excellent staff, they were very helpful. Comfortable room. No balcony as advertised on Booking.com, weekend noise from a local bar (not the hotels fault)

Room was good as pictured Location excellent- close to beach, shops, transport Staff very helpful On-site laundry was expensive but there was a cheaper option very near by.

2nd time at the raon would definitely return the shower drainage wasn't too good but was nothing that annoyed me too much for the location and price and helpful staff and great cleaners it's a great little hotel

Location of the property is very near to the beach and staff are well behaving. They have to mention 24Hrs stay only for specific room but not for all rooms, I’ve booked by seeing the picture uploaded by the hotel stating 24hr stay from the time you checkin.

The Staff!! Super friendly, arranged airport pickup, super smooth process. Smiley and welcoming receptionist. Laundry service was great too. Messaging me throughout my first day to ensure everything was ok with my room etc. Very central location, 5 minute walk to the beach and in the middle of the cafes and restaurants. Too noisy for my personal liking. Although it was a very central location but I think when I go back to Danang I would prefer something on the quieter side.
