Breakfast was not very good. Also, we had dinner one night in the hotel and both service and food were lousy. Staff in general were not very welcoming.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful when we need it something. Everything was great

The property was well located. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The beds were confortable. The front desk staff was helpful. We had an issue with the payment and Paola the supervisor was helpful The porperty os a bit outdated, the bathroom worn down, there was a sweage smell in the bathrooms specially at night. I don’t know if there is a club next to the hote but there was loud music sometimes in the morning sometimes at night.

Rooms had thin walls, lack of adequate heating staff was not openly welcoming or helpful. No English speakers on staff

Location is great. It was clean and comfortable. The room was clean but there were a few little things like a toenail on the floor.

Great location. Let us check in early and leave our bags for a day It took a ridiculous number of emails to try to arrange an airport pickup. I couldn’t get anyone to confirm it after over 5-6 requests, and after I had already paid! I even tried calling twice and no one answered the phone. No one met us at the airport and so it ended up costing us some time and a few dollars more. The hotel did refund the price paid for the transfer.

location, but San Dorado is better (same company) Reception staff, there were 3 female staff members, they were rude when i first arrived to enquire about the hotel. No one made it clear if they could speak english, which would have helped. When i started to talk to the receptionist, she started to o something else. They out right refused to talk further because they told me there were no rooms available, but I later booked it online, giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Room was fairly spacious. Beds were comfortable. Our laundry service worked well and on time. Gillette razor with hair on it (from the previous guest) left in the bathroom. Requested a room change. Our new room had three hairs in the shower and a filthy amenities tray, and the power cut out twice for several minutes during the evening. Reception didn't offer anything at all when we told them this, and no one even helped us with our bags at any point. In addition, most of the breakfast food was evidently stale.

I liked everything. Simple and perfect! Beautiful, comfortable. The staff are not really friendly.
