About $40 overpriced for what you actually get size quality of food, etc. I chose because it was pouring rain and I needed a place to stay for the night

The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making the stay very comfortable. What touched me the most was the surprise the hotel prepared for me during breakfast on my birthday — a lovely birthday cake and heartfelt birthday wishes from the staff. It was such a thoughtful and memorable moment that made my trip even more special. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Overcharged by $4 . I send refund request but denied. Booking.com didn't help much, not worth wasting my time over $4.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable, great location, welcoming and helpful staff.

Great staff!! Joseph was the best! They really made our stay memorable. Only negative was the superior rooms windows all face the enclosed courtyard so no fresh air comes in with the window open and you can hear conversations from below. There is a ceiling fan that helped but the stand alone air conditioner if activated blew hot air out the back so it neutralized the cool output.

Great staff. Very professional.

The location is close to all restaurants and sightseeing areas. The staff are amazing. So helpful!

The location cannot be beat. Nothing

The people, the location, the rooms! This was our first hotel on our honeymoon and the people have been outstanding. The staff here are great, listen to you, and recommend great suggestions. The rooms are specious, comfortable, and clean. The shower was the best pressure we have had! The location is a 15 minute walk and ideal for anyone who wants to burn off the overeating you can do in the town centre. Jonathan was an outstanding staff member. No aircon but a fan and heater are provided.

The staff was very helpful. Our first room was very hot, and it was facing the road. After the first night, we asked to move to another room and the staff provided us another room immediately. I had to conduct a business call during our stay and the launch area was quiet enough to do so. Limitless clean water, coco and muna tea (for altitude sickness). No AC unit in the room and the duvets are very heavy (warm). During the night it gets really warm in the room. It could have been perfect if there had been lighter covers in the bed.

location is great and staff is responsive and friendly! the housekeeping is great too! Rooms are smaller than they appear online; the bathroom is tiny and we could barely sit down. The walls are paper thin…you can hear when a neighbor flushes their toilet. Food was just ok

My partner and I booked this hotel on a last-minute notice and it was a great choice! We only stayed one night, but everything was the same as described on booking site. The staff is very friendly, breakfast included was a plus and everything is close by. Airport is not that far, I recommend using Uber services. But by far a great stay in Cusco

But there is a construction works going on in the neighboring building and they drill after 8-9pm which is very inconvenient.

The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is always available to make food to order. I didn't like having to show my physical passport upon check-in.
