Bed looked like it was not made appropriately, I found a hair under the sheet so I dont know.

The breakfast was alright and location was convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff need to know more English to communicate with worldwide customers.

The architecture of the Hotel is beautiful And location great. Front Staff , 29/06 7.30pm wanted to over charge us and keep us 20 mins in stand by, knowing how tired we are. We had to push him to fix it up. There was not hot water preasure when showering Hair dryer did not work

Excellent location in the center of Cusco. Breakfast was ok. Hotel has a creepy 60’s or 70’s decor. Beds are tiny. I thought the single bed was small. It turned out that was a double. In the end they gave us the bridal suite because that’s the only bed we could fit in. Staff was not very happy or cheerful. Looks like the hotel is mostly oriented towards locals and not to international guests.

great location! the breakfast starts at 4am, and it’s a delicious buffet. the room was very clean a bit old, but very comfortable (it had electric kettle with tea and infusions). the common spaces were really nice. we booked a twin bed room, however when we arrived they didn’t have it, but they solved it very quick, and gave us two separated rooms. One of the bathroom tub needed an update

Price - it was okay. Staff - was friendly, even though their English was very basic. Room - was good, clean, with good amount of power outlets. Shower was basic, with hot water. Area - close to the center, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast hours - breakfast starts at 4 am, so for early hikes this is a great option. WiFi - decent. Lobby design - it was nice. Extra facilities - none. View - none. Food - basic breakfast options. Room interior - basic.
