The hotel is nice, with a beautiful patio. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The room was on the side, small and very dark. Compared to other properties in the area, it is not value for money. You can find a similar room in a similar property at half the price.

Location Can be very noisy when the hotel guest gathered at the patio and also in the morning when they are going out for an early excursion. Low water pressure at room 105.

Lovely hotel in the old centre of Cusco, very friendly & helpful staff, nice rooms, great value for money. Highly recommendable.

We loved our stay here. Excellent location, super friendly staff, great breakfast and a gorgeous communal courtyard area. The only downside was the lack of block out blinds on the windows / sky light! Though this seems to be the standard around Peru.

The breakfast was amazing, and the location was great too. My room was a bit tucked away, so noise wasn’t a problem either. My room was really dark, was hard to see with only the little lights turned on. The bathroom also smelled a bit funky after a day.

The breakfast included was excellent with different choices. The look and feel was cosy and authentic. The staff was helpfull and very nice. They always help with any request. The location is central to the historic center so you can do everything by foot. The entire hostel was well kept and clean at all times. There was no mini fridge in the room. The rooms on the first floor around the courtyard are not really sound proof so every conversations outside is lound in the room and can disturb your peace.

The workers are extremely helpful. Amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels etc…) could be improved. We were in a group of 3 and the amenities weren’t sufficient for us.

Location is excellent, 300 m from the Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, different items on different days. WiFi was available everywhere in the hotel and the room, but field strength varied, and sometimes the Internet connection would drop out for several minutes, even when the WiFi connection itself was good - bad when you're in a Teams or any multi-member video call.

Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very good. The location was perfectly located near the main square around a lot of good restaurant, shopping, and tourism options. The central patio was beautiful and comfortable. The paintings on the walls of the rooms were bright and inviting. The overall style and ambiance of the hotel was incredible. Rooms were very clean. The shape of the hotel and the style of the rooms makes for a noisy experience when people start to wake up for early tours. Ear plugs help with this. The beds were hard and not especially comfortable, but weren't very uncomfortable either.

Really nice friendly staff, clean room and amazing architecture, really nice view from the room. Amazing buffet breakfast, with a really nice view on the street of Cusco and a variety choose of food between fruit bread meat and cheese. Really nice It doesn’t have a hairdryer.

Location is perfect, and the staff were fantastic, they really helped us with all of our logistics and laundry and everything in between. The water in the showers did not run hot it was disappointing especially after long days. The rooms on the front side of the property are extremely loud.

Nice authentic boutique hotel, good location, early breakfast box received when leaving for tour, option for luggage storage while on tour (even for 5 days) Our laundry left at the hotel while on tour was not cleaned, simply left in the laundry bag for 5 days - hence no fresh clothes upon our return and additional costs for rapid laundry service

Great location, great rooms, super clean and amazingly nice staff. Breakfast is really good and diverse. Highly recommend. I liked everything.
