    We've stayed at the Hampton Inn Corpus Christi–Northwest I-37 many times when visiting family, and it's always been a solid, dependable choice. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it's consistently quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good; nothing fancy, but reliable and well-stocked. For the price, it's an excellent value, which is why we keep coming back. When we're in Corpus Christi, this is where we stay.

    Needs serious remodeling rooms are old and runs down. AC give room terrible musty smell and was super noisy. Bathroom showed signs of rust and leak stains in several spots. Beds are old and not comfortable. Will not be returning. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous!

    Bed wasn’t very comfortable for the price. Air condition stays running even though it’s on auto. Room smelled like mildew. Bed sheets smelled like if they didn’t get dried all the way. Need an extra drape on window to block light. Receptionist kept sighing. TV channels don’t even match with what station is said it was on, for example I could click on history channel but showed Cartoon Network.

    horrible place to stay, the ladies in the front were so rude not to mention they said they were going to charge my card for a pet fee because someone that i was sharing an elevator with had a dog when i was going to the front desk to check out! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE GUY! she was asking me for the other person information instead of just checking me out of my room. there was roaches on the ceiling when i was sleeping! enough said. disgusting room and people.

    We arrived early in the morning. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Our room was musty and smelled stale. When we arrived to our room there were small roaches crawling on the pillows and the bed sheets had stains. We were moved into another room off of the elavator, which was not better but didn't have roaches.

    Terrible experience. I woke up with multiple bed bug bites all over my legs. When I went to the front desk, they were dismissive and said it was probably mosquito bites. They didn’t have another room available, so I had to leave and find a different hotel. I asked for a refund for the night I couldn’t stay, but the manager wasn’t available and never called me back. Very disappointing customer service and zero empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

    Woman behind desk was obnoxious and made us wait until 3pm on the dot to check in....gave us 3rd floor room which would have been ok except for the old moldy elevator that took 10 minutes each time you needed to use it ..the room was clean and comfortable though the pool was ice cold and dirty and the hot tub was just too hot and dirty...the outside is old and outdated and needs paint bad...the breakfast was sickening with cold powdered eggs and some kink of whitish grey chicken sausage patties...even the OJ was nasty ..won't be returning..oh I forgot the TV...great if you like soccer because that's the only channel that worked...also no water pressure and no hot water...maids are rude and I think that's about it.

    The Night Shift kicked us out for leaving a dog there for 20 min and told us we tried to “sneak them in”, though we were aware of cameras all over and staff in lobby or dining area, napping. We explained, tried to pay, got fined 350 and kicked out

    Front office person was rude we asked about security parking. Her responded was you have insurance? There were two dead bugs in the bathroom. Third floor hallway was hot as hell no AC running and small bad. Room smell like bad mode really bad.

    The property was located near the place where we needed to conduct business. We were Told that there were no rooms available on the first floor due to remodeling but there was no construction going during our stay. The halls were not airconditioned, however, our room was cool but the air conditioner was loud. There was hair (not ours) on the shower mat and bathroom floor. When making our reservations, we were told that there were only two rooms left, however, there were only five cars in the parking lot at our first night's stay. The free breakfast was pitiful. It certainly did not meet the criteria for the cost.

    I like the indoor swimming pool. It would be nice if the water was warmer. Our First room was humid and air conditioner wasn't working right. Moved us to another room. This room was clean and comfortable. We had to reqy them to fill the dispensers in the bathroom. The shampoo and bath soap dispenser were filled, but the conditioner dispenser was left empty. Breakfast was so, so. Not bad not as good as similar competitors. I would stay their again if I can get a room for $99.00. I would not pay more than $104.OO. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

    The beds are so-so for comfort. I had to kill a roach on the second night. It was humid in the hotel despite dehumidifiers in the halls. Our non-smoking room smelled smoky upon arrival. The biggest issue was the gap in the door to the room. The hall is kept lit with light of 1000 burning suns, and the light came in all the way around the door. I had to put a towel at the base and hang one over part of the door the best I could to keep the light a little less bright. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We did not use the pool or gym.

    The beds are so-so for comfort. I had to kill a roach on the second night. It was humid in the hotel despite dehumidifiers in the halls. Our non-smoking room smelled smoky upon arrival.     I arrived around 9 p.m.and the checking in the hotel was an hour wait! Then in the morning, I could not eat breakfast as there was construction occurring from the remodel, so there were not a lot of tables to sit to enjoy my food! So could not get anything to eat!

    It was under reconstruction . There were toilets in hall visible by the elevators. The pool was closed . And we were charged a tourism fee on top of everything . Should not be charged when nothing worked. Bed needs to be replaced . For a Hilton not good.

It is now almost 10 PM and still nothing. We didn’t even see any cable trucks outside fixing anything at all!     I could not stay due to leaving my card at home I called booking.com they called hotel they would not take cash. I was told I could not check in.     I chose the hotel due to the convenient location. I was disappointed that my room was dirty. The bedsheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed. I killed 2 large roaches. Housekeeping came in and left the dead roach in the same place I left it. I addressed the different problems I encountered but nothing was done. Since it is a pet friendly hotel the carpets are very dirty and the hotel doesn’t smell clean.

    This property is much different feel from its partner across the parking lot. The Hotels App makes things a bit easier now days for check in and door keys.     The bedroom was also very clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was unforgiving to someone with lower back issues. And the bedding topper was the kind where you're either have to be buried under all of it where it's a thick layer and you get really hot, or you throw it all off except for the top sheet and get very cold. the room felt very humid, too - everything had sort of an odd sticky damp feel. We didn't use the pool or take advantage of the breakfast so I can't speak to that but the parking is very good - very well lit and easy access to the front of the building so it felt very safe (and it was!).

    I waited about 15 minutes at the front desk yelling hello, hi no one came I went around and knocked on the management door she told me pissed off to hold on. Waiting....then she didn’t greet me or apologize for the long wait, then she said the system was down so no keys to the room she had to go open it every time. The sheets smelled of urine asked her to have them changed for the eye roll and then there was never anyone at front desk. Breakfast was terrible waited in line of about 20 plp with 1 worker running around serving the egg and doing waffles that was it for food. Refills you needed to get in line again. Hot Tub not working. Last but not least I was biten by bedbugs! All over my body so never will I ever stay at that hotel again not 1 friendly employee.

    2. The pool's water needed cleaning. 3. Staff took the dirty towels but didn't replace when it came time to clean, although they were asked to. Had to get them from front desk. 4. AC didnt cool well till the second day of stay. No fans available.

    Absolutely awesome!! Stayed here a couple of weeks ago & decided to come back again. Everything in the room was great, only wished the a/c was on the bed side instead of the sofa bed side.

    Room wasn’t clean!! Front desk man the first night and woman the second night came up to room and saw how dirty it was. Never had housekeeping come re clean.. very very unhappy

    While being in town for our family member’s birthday party we were highly upset with having to switch rooms due to the first room being labeled as dirty (the Lysol sticker was unstuck). Arriving in the second room, the entire carpet was wet as it was almost “dewy” from the ac. It was just uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working & the sauna looked unkept. I wouldn’t stay in this place again. Good thing there are other places near it.
