The property used to be fairly nice after the renovations. Now they’re looking a bit rundown and have many people hanging around that make it feel unsafe. Housekeeping was amazing. The front desk guys were very nice. The owners need to do some work on making it feel like a safer environment and do repairs/updates to the rooms again.

The rooms were not very clean, we found a spider on the bed as soon as we put our bags down. The sofa bed was terribly dirty with blood stains so we were not able to use it which was part of the reason we booked the suite and the manager just advised the worker to "wipe it off". Half the plugs also did not work and guys were outside party with loud music at 5a.m. Wouldn't stay again or recommend. June 12th, 2026.

Property was in close proximity of all the places we wanted to visit and good parking Attitude at the front desk from certain staff members was a bit rude.

Location Mosquitoe infested, air conditioning didn't work, the door would just open. Didn't spend the night, checked out and clerk didn't even try to make it right. Didn't offer another room or anything.

The fact that all night I had to put up with someone walking, dropping items on the floor upstairs , could not sleep well..

Close to Space centre (the reason for our visit), lots of eating around. Our non smoking room smelt of smoke but on request we were moved to another which was fine. Nothing we didn't like but this is a basic motel which doesn't provide shampoo, kettle, fridge (just for your information)

The room was spacious and clean and overall good. The only negatives I had was you can hear all the noise from the highway and the red light constantly made noise that we could hear from our room. The hotel is not in that great of an area and there are homeless people all around there but for the price it was good.

The staff was very courteous and reached out to me the day before my reservation. The A/C was loud and sounded like my dryer and didn't cool well. The price was good for what you got. I like the drive up to your door and entry, no stairs or elevators.

Good clean room close to downtown. Value was excellent (room rate) plus they don’t charge you for parking like many downtown hotels do. If you just need a bed and a shower while you’re in Corpus this place will do the trick.

Bad area but great service

Bed and pillows softer than I'd like. (I am a side sleeper). Gentleman at front was nice, friendly & helpful. Front desk staff when I checked out was same. However, the day before I left, I tried to hand them something to give the mailman and they looked at me confused. I said, "whenever your mailman comes back, please hand this to him" and they said they will have to call the manager to see if that is allowed. Huh?

Omce i asroved they told me $60 ok i paid it but once we got into the room they toilet wouldn't flush properly we called front desk to let thek know we took a shower and water was not draining Once we tried to use the towels provided they had some black brown stains on them which was pretty disgusting I would definetly not be booking here again

It was a quick trip but the Hotel Room was nice & Clean. Definitely one of the better ones we have stayed in. The Lobby was nice and so was the Staff.

The only was the security needs to be better. On the 4th of July weekend property of others needs to respected. Fishing poles were stolen off of the truck. While we were asleep before we were able to check out on Sunday. Stolen on sunday someone that was also staying there checked out before everyone else and took off with our fishing poles. Other than that everything was fine up to that point.

We had to do a late check in (after midnight) and they were so accommodating. Debbie and the guy at that check me in at 2am were so nice and helpful.

However, it is a hospitality industry and the rooms need to walked from a manager or self owner, to make sure that cleaning was a priority. Overall, it was a good stay and parking was a little tight. I will stay for one night next time, not three. Not as comfortable for long stays.

Check in went fine. After being in the room for a little while, I moved one of the pillows on one of the beds and there was a live bed bug crawling on the bottom of the pillow. I captured it in a pill bottle. I went to the desk and the clerk said that he would notify his boss and someone would contact me in the morning. I slept in my vehicle. In the morning nobody came by to check on my room. I went to the morning clerk and she apologized for the inconvenience and called her boss. Her boss said that he could not refund my money because I had booked the room through a 3rd party (you). I was offered a 50 % discount for another night. I told her that I would never stay there again.

For me it was the location. A minute to downtown corpus and 5 minutes to North Beach, exactly where I wanted to be.

Not too clean, the room needed a good deep cleaning. The walls and baseboards were gross. Looks like the bare minimum was clean, but that’s it. Also the blue fuzzy blanket was stained with several random hairs all over. At least no bed bugs!

The TV remote needed new batteries and it felt sticky and very few channels to choose from. Everything else was good.

Not all the front staff spoke english - Debbie and Martha were helpful - a lot of noise at night from other rooms partying and our room was cleaned once in four days

Both night and morning front office ladies were extremely nice and the house keeper in the morning was nice enough to let us know we forgot my daughter’s pj’s. Great convenient location not too far from North Beach. Worth the price for the one night we stayed.

Check-in was great. Debbie was super helpful. Tv did not work at all, just a black screen with streaks across and could not be moved to another room. Bathroom was clean but bedding was lumpy. If you’re looking to stay overnight, it’s okay for the price.

Great check in. Excellent customer service. Had no problems. Was a quick and easy procedure. Staff member made everything easy and comfortable to understand. Went to room. It stunk like a mixture of odor's. Had a strong onion body odor; with a mix of cigarettes smoke. I carry my own spray bottle to cover all odors as bad as this one was. So I sprayed room, having to work to make room have a "pleasant scent"!! Bed was comfortable. Relaxing. VERY clean. Soothing. Sheets were clean & smelled decent. Restroom was clean; tub as well. Trash can and UNDER trash can needed some attending to. They were both dirty. TV remote had an issue; needing me to attend to it, but same staff member at check-in took care of it immediately. Great TV quality. Sound proof from outside noise...including other rooms on both sides. Unfortunately, floors we VERY dirty. Like DIRTY dirty. Went to pool then showered. After 7 minutes of walking around in room, my feet were BLACK dirty. I have pictures of my feet while i was they're, but am unable to upload. HOWEVER, just to reiterate, floors were still disgustingly dirty. Maids ONLY swept. No mopping all at. After having to rewash my feet AND PUT SOCKS ON, I had to place towels thru out rooms walking area. Just to keep my feet clean. Pool was great, clean, comfortable, spacious and tranquil despit the traffic near by. Had speakers having groovy sounds on...making it semi-peaceful. Drowning out nearby construction & traffic.

When I arrived at the hotel about 9 hours later, they informed me that the reservation had been canceled due to the declined payment, which seemed odd since I had specifically selected the "pay later" option. The staff said, "Oh well, we can offer you a different room for the same price," but I’d have to move to a different room the following day. At this point, it was nearly 2 AM, and the man at the front desk was polite and accommodating, so I agreed. When I walked into Room 108, the smell immediately hit me. It was awful—like a mix of stale smoke and mildew, like someone had been chain-smoking in there for days, and the air was thick and suffocating. I tried to look past it, I started to look around and noticed the microwave door was greasy with some orange stuff on it, the sink had hair in it, and the worst part: there was dirt on the bed, and the sheets had brown stains all over them. I went back to the front desk and requested a refund. I’ll never stay at a hotel that can’t even bother to clean their rooms properly. It was hands down the worst hotel I stayed at during my entire trip.

Room was clean, comfy bed, chilly environment, but I didn't like they charged me $60 upfront as a deposit and it was not available upon check out. The Lady told me it will hit my bank after 5-10 business days. I'm a foreigner, first time in America and I will be here in Corpus for around a week. That expense was not considered within my budget, because I thought I was going to get it immediately after check out according to Expedia but it did not happen. It doesn't make the experience enjoyable for first time travelers. I don't even know if I will get the full amount because my bank will charge me a fee for the international transaction. A bummer!

The door did not shutbor lock properly. Had management's look at it and they more or less said to slam the door shut. Seriously??? The room was just ran down looking and u could see theough the door cracks. We could here everyone that stayed there coming and going becaue they were told the same thing. SLAM THE DOOR TO SHUT AND LOCK IT. Awful hard to sleep if your not sure someones gonna just push the door ooen. They offered maintenance man to come but he never showed up. Tbey wouldnt even offer us another room. We were there for a concert. Very disappointed in our stay. Wont be back. Id leave photos but this app wont let me. Imagine that!

This is an older hotel that was a decent value for the room rate. There was a lot of construction in the area that made access difficult. The staff was friendly, but there were ants in the bathroom.

It was 6 minutes from the beach and everywhere my family and I wanted to visit in Corpus. We enjoyed our stay.

It was okay not bad however they security deposit was under $100 which was alright. Tho upon ckn out housekeeping was told to by the ck out lady to do a walk through in the room we stayed in and told her there was a bath towel missing! Now hey the heck would I want to take a hotel towel?!? So I got my deposit back tho I didn’t like that I was being accused of taking it and overall the daytime staff was rude!!!

Hotel was just ok. The room was nice, but no one swept so there was stuff all over the floor. The location was horrible because there was so much construction going on, and it seem to be in a very rough neighborhood. The pictures made things seem a lot better. For instance, the pool online looked a lot bigger but in person it was super tiny. I probably would not stay here again, unless it was my only option.

Everything was clean and tidy. Looked remodeled and modern. There was just a slight musty smell, or moldy smell. IDK, just not fresh. But I could not see any mold or mildew anywhere. Maybe just because of the general humidity? Still, a good value. The neighborhood - not so great.

The pictures posted on Expedia has to be when the hotel was first built lol because it no longer looks this way. The customer service was great but the room had a baddddd stitch! Even the bedding smelt bad. The wood floor wasn’t swept or mopped. However the furniture wasn’t bad for an overnight stay just the smell.

The trip itself was very nice. The interior of the room was great and updated. One complaint would be the lower quality shampoo and soup. My second complaint would be the outside area... parking was congested (especially since a truck with a trailer made parking for some a bit inconvenient. Lastly, there was construction in the area during our stay - NOT horrible, but just factored in. Inside was great and comfortable though. My wife and I were able to watch a movie and enjoyed donuts and coffee she bought in the morning.

Property is only a mile or two from central beach area, much less expensive than "beach" hotels. Had microwave and fridge.

Our room was upstairs. We did not know it was our first time staying there. The overall experience was good. We were down there for business, we took the whole family made a trip out of it and they gave us a nice room with two double beds and a couch. I folded out to bed with a mini fridge a TV with basic channels not a lot of channels though and a microwave nice size restroom nice size area, the restroom was nice and the vanity section was very spacious so overall it was a very great property centrally located to what we needed at that point of time

I don’t recommend staying here. The construction around the property is ridiculous bad. It was VERY DIRTY when arrived and I had a reservation so they had time to clean. Also the tub and sink were clogged and when I complained to the property manager he told me “just keep turning off the water so it can drain”. I was so confused on why he thought that was ok. So when I asked for my money back or at least half to get another hotel he then told me it wasn’t possible because the payment was complete I then told him there was a way for him to refund me my money. He then offered to come inside my hotel to fix it. That made me laugh because why not give me another room. And if there wasn’t any rooms available why not give me my money back? But overall I had to deal with it without my money back so I don’t recommend staying here.
