    The hotel itself was lovely, the staff was excellent, check in was fast and easy, they were able to change our reservation on the fly, and help out with recommendations for dinner and things for teens to do. We had such a lovely stay. Will be coming back.

    When you turned on the shower the water some how still went on the floor. No matter how we moved the curtain. The room was very hot when we first got in. It felt like we had to automatically pay for parking. Didn’t feel like there was a choice to park outside which was a bit annoying.

    when I first got to the property, they told me my reservation had been cancelled. I was very upset. I was told to "hold on, while I ask my manager what to do" so the "manager" came over and told her to "rei-instate" the reservation. I was charged MORE for something that was not my fault. I tried to explain that that is not the price that I booked online. she didn't have anything to say about it. I also was not aware that I had to pay almost $20 A DAY for parking! That is NOT ON THE WEBSITE, and it needs to be. I was a little upset about that. I had come a LONG way to enjoy my vacation. which needleless to say I was very disappointed. I wanted a WATER VIEW room. I did get one HOWEVER it was NOT the room view I originally requested. Then when we get to the room there was STAINS all over the floor. Told the front desk and said that they would "take care of it" and it was NEVER TAKEN CARE OF!! So, we stayed on dirty stained floors for 3 DAYS!! Needless to say, I was VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in my stay! So how are you going to compensate?

    The location was great. Loved the view of the water. The facilities were somewhat run down. There were cracks in the walls of our room, plaster falling, wads of hair behind the bathroom door, a wet spot on the floor we finally figured out was from the air vent dripping, extension cords just hanging beside the mini frig, the bed was hard as a rock and it definitely wasn't a queen.

    We took a room with Bay view only to find out that they had locked al balconies for security and comfort. Something like this would have encouraged me to book in the next door best Western where all balconies looked fine. This should be mentioned on their website when you book a room

    The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper sleep. The air conditioning was also problematic. It would only work when set to 74°F, and if we lowered the temperature, it would stop cooling properly. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable experience. The unpleasant smells, uncomfortable bed, and malfunctioning AC significantly affected our stay. I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

    Around 4:15 PM, I called the front desk and explained the situation. The employee apologized and assured me that someone would come up and take care of it. We left for the game, had a wonderful evening, and returned to the hotel around 10:00 PM. When we got back to our room, nothing had been done. The blood-stained sheets and comforter were exactly as we had left them. I went downstairs and spoke with the front desk again, requesting a room change and a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the room and the lack of response to my earlier complaint. The front desk employee contacted the manager, who instructed her to tell me that she would call me the following day to discuss the issue and determine how to make things right. I am writing this review at the end of the next business day, and I still have not received a call. The replacement room was somewhat better, but it was far from clean. There was debris on the floor, dust covering the table surfaces, and hair in the bathroom. We stayed in two different rooms during one night, and both were dirty. One room contained what was essentially a biohazard on the bedding, and the hotel failed to address the

    Parking fee of $20. to park in an on site parking garage. This hotel has been there for over 30 years. My Previous stays at this hotel in years earlier did not require parking fees. I feel like this is a rip off of retuning and club customers.

    My most recent stay was just as frustrating. The elevator stopped working, forcing me to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs multiple times just to access my room. What made the situation even more concerning was that staff had to unlock multiple doors just for guests to access the emergency stairwell, which I consider to be a serious safety hazard in the event of a real emergency. Once inside the room, I found mold around the sink, enhancement lubricant behind the trash can, visible cracks in the ceiling, and a leaking roof. In addition, the balcony was completely closed off, making it inaccessible. Before booking, I specifically called to confirm whether the hotel had a hot tub and was told that it did. However, upon arrival, I discovered there was no hot tub at all. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when I expressed my concerns. I was essentially told that if I wanted to check out, there was nothing they could do to improve the situation for me or my wife. The level of customer service and overall condition of the property did not reflect the standards I would expect from the Holiday Inn brand.

    All though we’ve stayed here prior to this weekend, it’s always a downside to not have balconies but that wasn’t what bothered us. We were enjoying the SPURS game outside the bar area, since it was a full house. My husband bought a couple of cold drinks& I went for the 2nd round. As I walked up to the bar, the short female loud Bartender did not acknowledge me for at least 4 minutes (at least a “Hi, I’ll be right with you “), nope not even that. When she finally did acknowledge me, I was very nice&said; oh I don’t remember what my husband ordered&her reply was “the short one with a jersey” I replied nicely&said “my husband “ she was just so rude& was non apologetic. She walked away so I asked another bartender who was cashing out someone to assist me&she was super nice. My husband was not happy, but we are good people. when you go to a bar, you should be greeted in a nice manner & assisted without condescending comments. She was lucky I did not say anything because I would have embarrassed her in front of everyone. Why? You ask why, am I adding this to my review.. it’s so she learns to be a people person; not a rude individual. That was very unprofessional of her. Also, all though the elevators were out last night&we had to stand in line to wait our turn because the service one was the only one working, we waited patiently&enjoyed our evening. There is a nice Gentleman with glasses who is also so sweet, but I don’t think we will returning.

    First room 2016 wasn’t even ready sheets were throwing on the floor. So we had to go back down so they can change are room. Room 2018 toilet wasn’t working after 2 flushes the float or pump went out. So I had go down stair to tell receptionist we were stepping out for the night if they can have it fixed they never attended to it. When we had to flush we had to fill up the trash can and poor water into the toilet so it can flush it self. Most ghetto hotel ever.

The room said it had a view and the view was a corner of the roof that the pool is on with a building block the rest of the view. The balcony was inaccessible for "safety of the residents" even though it had a railing. The price would've been acceptable if the view was actually a view worth looking at and the balcony was accessible. Also, I grew up traveling alot and have stayed in many hotels and motels and have NEVER heard of paying for parking tell I moved to Texas but I cant really say I am surprised with the way the world is going...

    Staff were excellent, very helpful, and always smiling or happy to help. The rooms were in clean condition and the pool/other amenities were well maintained and clean. They had events going on in the bar with happy hour drinks bringing great energy to the lobby. Great location as well, only about a 25 minutes drive to Padre, but if you aren’t wanting to drive it is very walkable to go to the sandy/beach parts of the marina which are beautiful as well. Honestly couldn’t have had a better stay!

    My original reservation was canceled because the charge that was not suppose to happened happend even though I checked the box saying pay on site. The young woman at the counter did not know what she was doing therfore I did not receive my military discount. There were NO nightmanagers on the evening shift to fix mine or others peoblems. The room was nice, however the balcony door was screwed shut.

    The room was sub par. They obviously spend their time and effort on the lobby. In our room, the curtains would not close letting light in all night. Bathroom faucet damaged, handles just spun around, shower bar broken letting water out on floor, shower drained so slow I was standing in ankle deep water by the end of my shower, moldy substance on the floor around sink and shower, toilet is tiny and sits so close to the floor I heard my knees crack when I sat on it, I’m not an Oompa Loompa, spring for a higher toilet, some of us are old! There is no fan in the bathroom, so it fogs up like the Amazon rainforest, the hinges on the door were so rusted we had to force the door closed when you use the bathroom. It’s very loud, we were on the 16th floor and we could hear the traffic going by below us all night. Unlike every other holiday Inn, I’ve stayed at, this one had no complementary coffee downstairs, they charge you $12.99 for breakfast, which is the same breakfast that I’ve always gotten free at every other Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at. You get paper plates and plastic silverware and walk through the line buffet style getting your own food, coffee and other drinks. And then they have the audacity to give you your receipt to sign and it asks for a tip on it, which they do nothing for. Seriously? The last thing I will say, if you’re going to have a coffee shop downstairs that says it opens at six then open at six not 630. Never again.

So my 11 year old had to sleep on the floor with cushions. The bed in the suite was horrible there were huge dips in the bed that it hurt or backs and the pillows extremely flat even coming then in half didn't help, so we were up at 5am. In the shower the nob was broken out leaked all night and the temperatures weren't correct as shown in the temperature scale displayed.

    Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. There was a lot of street noise with cars and motorcycles revving their engines.

    The bathroom had wallpaper coming off, the mirrors were streaking, the room with the ice machine was littered with dirty linens- even under the machine, the elevator doors were so dirty, the pool was like ice cubes. The Lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly. It just felt like once you leave the lobby it’s a completely different hotel- more like a motel where you pay by the hour.

    To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into a $494.91 charge for 2 days. You have to pay $36 per vehicle per day for the parking garage. Plus a $75 security deposit when there’s nothing about either of these charges when you initially reserve the room but you can’t cancel the room without paying the price you reserved. Then after paying that much and waiting for ages for the worlds slowest elevator (where only 2 out of 3 elevators even work) we walked into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the floor and a filthy shower with hair all over the shower walls. Plus housekeeping knocking on our door at 8am Saturday morning despite our do not disturb sign being on the door.

    Staff is very kind! The pool area was very well kept. Our room was very clean. Restroom could use a bit of a touch up but still very clean. Bar had great bartender with a great attitude towards everyone. The only negative, which still wasn’t too bad, was the elevators. It would take a good 20mins! I’m assuming it was just a busy weekend because it was faster taking the stairs from the 12th floor to the lobby than waiting on an elevator. Location of hotel is great. There were several restaurant options. Recommend Landrys Seafood at walking distance. Pricey but worth it. The Selena statue is at a walking distance. Overall, great stay.

    I stayed a wednesday, i went in at 2:53pm and the guy at the front desk said "early check ins wont start till 3pm today" so i left. Came back at 3:15pm and was hit with a long line, (fine) but the same gentleman who didnt check me in walked by leaving for the day and said "see theres plently of people who can take care of you now" witch in my oppinion was was extrememly rude. He could have just said have a nice stay. Even then i felt like he just didnt want to check anyone in and leave the load of ppl to the incoming staff. Other than him. Everything was great! Looking

    I booked two suites - each room was suppose to have its own bedroom and living room. I did this because I have a 17 year old autistic son and an 18 year old daughter and a 72 year old mother. Each person needed their own space. Instead we got two rooms - with only one king size bed. They brought in roller beds. Those roller beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on - I had to sleep on it because the roller bed was small and my son is 6 ft. They overcharged me for parking - woke me up with a call about some sort of breakfast we did not order. I am requesting my money back. I know I paid for a suite not for a room with a king size bed.

    We did not use the pool. The room was not clean, the halls were dirty, and the room we were in had scratches in the tables and sticky tops. The pool was right outside our room but the doors would not open to this area. There was water dripping from the ac just outside the bathroom. A regular size room is what we thought we were staying in and this room was very large, as if it had been 2 rooms and converted into one. We were very disappointed.

Very old fashioned and barley clean , the toilet was nasty , they had nets flying in the room , I know it’s safer to keep the balcony’s shut closed but keep in mind that fresh air is the best air !     The request was completed. My room layout had a separate living area that leads to the bedroom. Housekeeping took a while with the request so my partner and I were in the bedroom and I was disrobed when all a sudden a housekeeper walks into the bedroom area. It was very awkward, and I am disappointed that there was no knock or announcement of room entry on their part. Saw the housekeeping manager in the hallway and advised them of the situation they apologized and said they would speak to the attendant. The night shift staff was by far very hospitable and kind. The day shift individuals need some guidance, when asked about amenities or any questions about the area they were very dismissive. Pool towels were lacking and when I called to let FD know they said, “use your room towels.” Very unpleasant experience

    Make sure you don’t park at the hotel during any even they may have..,,your stuff will get stolen!!! They will allow anyone without a key card to enter the parking garage and their cameras are not operational so you will never get a chance to see who broke into your vehicle!!!     Listen, it's Corpus. IDK what I expected. I was with a group. My room seemed fairly clean, although the couch (it was a suite) should have been replaced at least 2-3 years ago, the cushions were so sunken in. One of the people in my group arrived to a toilet seat with blood on it. Another had pubic hairs in their towels. My tp roll was all gone and instead of replacing it, they just set a new one on top of the used roll. We were on the 10th and 12th floors. Most mornings around 7-8 the elevator (there were only 2 working, sometimes just 1) took 15 minutes, making me late to my meeting. It's so clear that the staff is overworked, even though they are easily the best part of the property. I had a bay view, and that was also very nice, even though the balcony doors don't actually open. But it is in fact right on the shoreline, and that's great. It's within easy walking distance of some really good nightlife. And the Vietnam restaurant just across the street is outstanding. Also, I did the hotel parking ($18 additional per night), and found the parking garage had plenty of spaces and felt very safe.

    Internet was ridiculous….hardly worked at all some of the time and didn’t work at all most of the time. Room service was a farce…answering machine telling you no one available and to leave a message, but no room available in voice mail for any additional messages. Tried calling back for an hour and finally gave up with no dinner…again, absurd and beneath the quality of the holiday inn brand. Lastly, when for breakfast and signed the bill which only gave me the option to charge to the room vs putting it on a credit card and then went to check out and was told they couldn’t check me out until the bill was input from the restaurant. The front desk clerk called the restaurant to get them to put the charge on the bill and they didn’t respond. I told the front desk I needed to leave and they tried again…anyway, seemed odd I couldn’t check out seamlessly. Also I had no car and the front desk person asked me if I needed to pick up the car from the garage I assume to try to trick me into saying yes…when I said I didn’t have a car, he said yes, he could see I didn’t on the bill….so I wondered why he asked me about whether I needed to pull the car out of the garage other than to try to catch a customer in a lie…other than the above, the property is nice.

    I stayed here the weekend of January 30th. The main lobby of the hotel looked nice and clean but upon checking in my room was 1523. The view was nice but I wish we had access to the balcony. They keep them locked. The room was decent but the carpet was very dirty. Like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few days. The bathroom needs some updating. The ceiling and walls looked disgusting but all the I could have looked past until later that evening I got out of bed to grab some water and as I was going back to bed there it was….A BED BUG CRAWLING ON MY PILLOW!! I immediately called front desk and told them I needed a new room away from the first one. They moved me to the 17th floor and I never saw another bed bug but the room was no cleaner than the first one. It was so uncomfortable!! And on top of all of that I never received my $75 deposit after check out. I called them and they said it was Released and to call my bank. I kinda already knew they were going to say that. I’m done with them!! This place is not worth it!! I’ll stick to the double tree Hilton by Lexington!!

    Paid 20$ a day to park in their parking garage and overnight on Saturday night my truck was broken into and almost 1500$ worth of equipment and cooler etc stolen. Holiday inn didn’t seem to care and told me file a police report before they would do anything. They didn’t even offer to comp my parking when my stuff got stolen in Their garage. Absolute joke of a hotel and an embarrassment. I will never stay there again

    The room was extremely hot…. As was the one below because you could feel the heat on the carpet and the tile. Maintenance came the next morning an hour before checkout. He advised “this sometimes happens.” He opened the vent and fixed whatever needed to be fixed. Sadly, we had to leave already on 3 hours of sleep due to the uncomfortable night.

    I’m gonna first talk about the pros of the hotel visit greeted exceptionally well by the front desk. The bar downstairs is awesome. Great service by destiny. The food was great the next morning for breakfast I was greeted exceptionally well. The service was great. Food was good. the only downside about this hotel visit was my bed and the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the AC was not working no matter how low I said it, it was not blowing cold air. It was hot and the bed was not comfortable. That’s it. I meant to tell the front desk, but I didn’t get a chance to.

    Front desk staff seems to be bothered when asked questions. Doesn’t explain where room access or garage access is. Doesn’t give wifi access code and when you call they seem irritated. TVs don’t have streaming services or option to stream cable channels are boring.

    I was very disappointed with our stay I had never encountered a problem like this in any other holiday inn. Our bathtub was clogged all our stay they never went to fix it. Out heater was broken and It was very cold the two nights we stayed. The breakfast situation was very unorganized we went out to get food instead.

    The room was in poor condition had an awful smell And there was parts of the drywall coming down from the ceiling the bathroom had lay in ceiling, which was missing pieces or broken pieces. Kind of made you feel like someone was watching you. The balconies are locked so you can’t go out and enjoy it.

    Sorry no. The ceiling paint was appeared to have bubbles indicating moisture at some time. The next morning the room smelled like sewer. My guess a leak in the sewer drains and as people woke up and begin to flush...stink-ville. However, the staff was great and relocated me to another room.

    The staff was polite, and check-in went smoothly, but our room (1807) had several maintenance issues. The AC was leaking, leaving the carpet under the vent wet and musty. There was visible rust on the faucets and plumbing in the restroom, which made it feel unclean. We also could’ve used more towels. The pool was freezing, and the sauna had a mildew-like odor. The location is great, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and maintenance.

    The AC did not work properly. It ran full blast unless turned completely off. If someone was showering next door, the toilet would not flush. No exhaust in the bathroom. Mildew/Mold in corner of bathtub. Room smelled like sewage sometimes. Bedding smelled sour. We won't stay there again.

    First and foremost the pool is completely closed and “under construction”. Wasn’t aware of this or wouldn’t have booked. The parking situation is horrible. The parking garage is on the other side of the hotel and you must walk through the lobby to get to the elevators to go up to your room. There are very limited cards if any available so we took multiple trips, walking back-and-forth in order to get all of our stuff. Not to mention that it cost $18 per night to park in their garage on site. Rooms and entire hotel could really use some TLC and fixing up. It’s old dated and musty.

    Very dissapointed in this property. I reserved the room for use of the pool and access to balcony. Got there, pool was UNDER CONSTRUCTION, which was not mentioned in the details before booking, all the balconies are locked shut so you cant go outside. Wasted trip 100 percent.

    I have been booked this hotel multiple times in the past with not regrets, up to now, we checked in and we got assigned a room with a water leak in the toilet tank, I tried to contact the front desk multiple times over the phone from the room to let them know with no luck, I had to go down from the 17th floor to the front desk, the lady was busy on her own phone, after I explained the situation she gave another room on the 18 floor, no the issue was the A/C was not working properly, we couldn’t control the temperature, it was freezing!!! We end up just turning the A/C unit off, is unbelievable they not knowing about these issues

    Need to pay 18$ per day for parking even if you book with them. Decide to pick this location due to the location it is located downtown area , and for the pool , upon arrive we would told pool with closed due to construction. Kids were really sad. I wish communication would have been more better on letting customers know pool would be closed before booking. Asked for a manager was told no manger available and that they would pass the message . Never got a call or nothing . Rooms have balcony but are shut and not allowed to open. Rooms have microwave and fridge. Beds are comfortable. Good stay other then kids not having pool.

    Pool was close and that was one of the main reason i picked this hotel then there was a leak in the roof also restrooms had no bar of soap or anything.. then someone tryied coming in our room 5am then when i went to down to reported at the lobby there was nobody to be found.     I loved this Hotel. Everything is convenient, only downfall, no private balcony access but on the 3rd floor you have a full blown balcony area that has viewing to the Bay to have your morning coffee, a swim or just relaxation. I loved the Balcony, because it’s huge!! You can even have your dinner out there. Plenty of seating. The pool is huge and runs under into an inside pool area; pretty awesome! Restaurants near. They have a large bar area with Bar top and seating area& lounging area(loved it) breakfast was DELICIOUS!!!!! We paid the $11 each to add to our room for it; everything was fresh!! Bacon, delicious eggs (normally you get powdered ones), fresh potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, cereal, cold milk etc.. and you have a bay view while you eat. I’m sad we only stayed one night but definitely staying longer next time. Fresh towels, comfortable bed. Parking garage is private to the guests and hotel access from it. We’ve stayed at the OMNI next door ($350 a night!) and no comparison, aside from OMNI has private balconies but they don’t offer breakfast which sucks with the amount you pay even though they have the restaurant we paid a lot. We will definitely be coming back here … this is our go to from now on!! High Five Holiday Inn! You made our stay perfect, too bad Holiday Inn, in Rockport was not like this. We are Hotel hoppers and reviewers and this was by far the best stay ever! Ohhh and best part. They have a WONDERFUL COFFEE SHOP INSIDE;delicious!

    A very old run down building. No free breakfast, lack luster pool, no hot tub, filthy room, ruined and run down interior. Bad plumbing, trim and paint looked 30 years old, balconies are all locked shut for guests. Nothing advertised was available. Terrible, don’t book. Staff was nice, that was the only good thing. Hotel owner should close and rebuild.

    While the staff we encountered during our stay were courteous, the facilities are out dated and in need of repair. There were NO USB charging ports in the room. The majority of the 100V receptacles did not work. Housekeeping was basically non-existent. We had to ask for cups and coffee both days of our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and caused us both back pain. The list goes on, and then there's the $13.00 breakfast buffet. The same items on this buffet are on every "included" buffet at every Holiday Inn Express in the USA.

    Our room had no cold water. Then when i requested to change the room they wanted to go fix it while my husband slept. You could hear everything from the room next to us also no privacy at all. After i got a new room later that day i went to the restroom and from the toilet sink you can see the bottom of the sink and the tube was full of mold. They do not clean the carpets because as soon as i walked into the room i started sneezing and got all congested and when we went outside i was fine but inside the hotel yeah big NO. Will never stay there again.

    I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. This visit was a little different but still good. Payment was made and I was asked to pay $100 deposit for each room I booked. I was told it was refundable after check out and would receive it 5-7 business days. Now I’ve received an email of $100 worth of accommodations for each room just to keep my $200. The only I used the deposit for was the parking in the garage. So I won’t be staying at this hotel again

    On August 8th our stay was wonderful. Everything was perfect, my daugher was two doors down she said it was very noisy kids were running up and down the hall. Fast forward a few days we went back for two nights. It was horrible as soon as we walked in the room there was a nasty smell, we think it's the carpet. I didnt notice a metal piece still out of the bed frame and hurt my leg. Maintenance was sent up and fixed the bed.We were offered a different room on the 20th floor but we refused because our daughter was staying across from us and we just didn't feel comfortable with her staying on a different floor away from us. The first night was okay, not much noise . In the morning it got crazy noisy. Housekeeping banged on our door even though the don't disturb sign was on the door. I'm not sure how many ladies were on the floor cleaning , it sounded like a few and they were so loud. I believe families are up super early for the breakfast because once 6:30 came we heard people talking slamming doors abd kids running down the hall.     I bought the package that was a $352 upcharge for a suite on a balcony high floor. I got a meager outdated small room with old fixtures, furniture, and an inaccessible balcony with a less than wonderful view from a 5th floor when there are 20 floors. I had to wait 1 1/2 days to move up to the 16th floor which was worse inside than the 16th floor. Carpet was old, light fixture was falling out of the ceiling and the tub needed refinished. It was not the stay in which I had planned for my 60th birthday. Plus the pool was a kiddie pool in which my knees hit the bottom when I swam (3 ft). Holiday Inn should be ashamed to still have the place open. The only good thing was the breakfast and parking. They did give me that after I complained. They sure did not offer this. I should have gotten a regular room and not done the $352 upcharge. The size was no different and it was not a "real" Suite. Holiday Inn you must do better. I could not invite anybody to the hotel room because it was shameful and I would have been embarrassed. I deserve an Expedia $300 credit and an apology! I was duped by the pics and the promise of a bay view and pool. Hogwash.....it was a 1970's room with no balcony because it was sealed off due to safety of the railing and the concrete. UPGRADES SHOULD BE ON THE 2026 agenda. Poor accomodations!!! Motel 6, really.

    The restroom was very small, no queen size beds. There was rust, restroom was dirty. The ac did not work properly. The pool was not enjoyable. The view was nice but the balcony was sealed shut. It was my first and last time here.

    Our carpet felt sticky, and we’re not able to open the balcony door, and that too was a little dirty, but that’s okay, not the worst. Their elevators had issues and had to wait for roughly 20 mins for the elevators to open. Only 1 worked out of 4 We can’t blame the whole hotel conditions based on our room itself. The hotel was beautiful in general. The bartender at the bar was very unprofessional. I understand, it is a bar, but she was definitely inciting vulgar behavior while passing by to get to our room. There were definitely food options with a fee, and the hotel has a little store inside in case you have left any personal belongings behind. Considering where the hotel is located, we loved that the parking was free. Looking past those other things, we would stay again! We love Corpus Christi!!

    The bartender was awesome and the gentleman was super informative at the entrance as soon as you drove up. He even assisted in helping clean up some debris in the pool when asked. Great team work!

    We were disappointed only because we’ve stayed here many times and were shocked on the conditions of the pool, the room and the lack of regulated water it was only hot or hotter for the shower and sink? Even the toilet water was hot! The toilet seat was literally sweating.. disappointing

    Everything else is dingy, old, dusty and dirty. The pool water was murky, cloudy. Patio furniture was all rusty and old. Definitely would never stay here again

    The only things I did not like were that Expedia sent me a message that I would need to have a $75 dollar incedental hold that would be release a few days after checkout. It ended up being $100. The other item that I was slightly upset about was that I paid an additonal $30 while booking for parking. I found out that parking at the hotel was $17. It would have been nice to know that it was cheaper to pay at the hotel than on Expedia.

    Overall our experience was great the staff is exceptionally friendly the hotel itself is beautiful the pool weight room and sauna was amazing. The only downfall is there maid service it has a lot to be desired.

    Housekeeping slammed doors starting at 8 am , room very noise with outside traffic motorcycles loud, hard to sleep, pool area has roaches, room had dirty wash clothes from previous guest, the box of tissue almost empty and was not replace on the second day. Bed was comfortable however the outside noise made it difficult to sleep.
