Nothing No hot water. AC Didn't work. Extremely small. Run down and unsafe Balcony dry blood on the sheets and blankets

The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast, they didn't offer different drinks and only two types of cereal but nothing else.

Terrible Stay Our room was on the third floor no elevators, breakfast was only coffee no creamer 2 kinds of cereal, apples. If we needed towel we had to go downstairs to get them and give them the use ones. The didn't make our beds not worth the money you pay for. I had emergency with family member thank God it was not too serious with our family they wouldn't let me cancel they said we would lose our money because we had got a discount on holiday but I look it up it was the same price. so we stayed 2 more days because we got 3 days then took off with our family members.

I didn’t eat at the hotel. The smell in the room smell like mold and mildew. The owner brought up some spray but it didn’t help. The faucet in bath tub was broken the wall had been replaced the keyhole had a napkin shutting it out.

We walked in to check into our room and 1st thing we noticed was the terrible smell, we were bringing our 95 year old grandmother to see the ocean for the first time, they had us on the 2nd and 3rd floors with no elevator. I ask about breakfast and he said that they have grab and go. They have granola bars and some fruit. Needless to say my husband wasn't happy at all and went on to voice goods opinion. The man told him we did not book handicap we told him it wasn't an option. He said our grandmother would be fine going up 3 flights of stairs out side. We ended up not staying at this place, my husband told him what he thought and he didn't like it and said they will refund our money but I needed to contact the place we booked through. I'm sure we won't see the refund. We did end up staying at the Hilton Inn on the beach and it was perfect and they put nano on a corner room with the best view. Don't stay here under any circumstances. I don't do reviews but I was really upset and do not want anyone else to have a bad experience

The property was not clean at all its very outdated looks as if it's been abandoned for quite some time, the property was not as described online and over priced for the condition it was in

Property in bad condition. Breakfast? Coffee, yogurt, granola, apple cereal. Not a piece of bread! This ia not a continental breakfast. The property seems to be uninhabited.

The view was nice the room was nice The elevator was out of service and looked like it has been out of service for along period of time. Being in early 70s having to go up 3 flight of stairs everytime really plaid a toll.

This place was filthy.. i asked for a refund and they told me to contact bookings.. i have reached out and have got no costumer service response…

The location. Door was difficult to open. Fridge would not cool. Sheets were not clean, stains and loose hairs. Floors sticky and dirty. Towels had loose hairs. The stairs to 3rd floor not clean and walk ways were slanted. Didn’t look safe. Complimentary breakfast was not good.

The 3 story building is a little aged, and has no working elevator. That said, the room was perfect for my overnight stay. As an added bonus, this has to be one of the last hotels to offer smoking rooms. Being one block from the beach was very nice, and the view for sun rise was beautiful.

Actually when I got there I knew this was not going to be the place for me lobby had a bad smell elevator was broken when ask if I would be able to see the ocean the person in front replied so so the stairs to get up the 2nd floor were wooden and wobbly did not even go into the room went back downstairs and left the property even though I had already checked in and paid

Location was excellent for beach access and not far from the Lexington Beds were said to be queen and they were more like full size beds. Very tiny pasce , no dresser, hangers fell apart, not enough towels for 5 people.

The hotel is older so it isn't fancy. The elevator wasn't working so it took me a very long time to get to and from my room as I have a heart condition and not supposed to climb stairs.

I had 2 rooms 1 for me and one for my daughter's both of them was horribly and dirty the room i stay in had a holes in the wall the rooms had dirty floors the bathroom was dirty. The rooms don't match the photo online.

Room was very clean however the outside of the building is very weathered and dated. Elevator is broken, seemed no urgency to get repaired when asked about it. Poor breakfast selection. No bedspread on the bed. Only some lights worked in the room. Bed is squeaky and metal in and around the building is very rusty.

Nothing The ac didn't work good,the beds r so small probably got them from tick tock shop these thing r so cheap...I will never come back here TV is locked at 35 volume which is crazy for a hotel

The location was perfect! Just 3 min walk to the beach. Breakfast could have been better if there was hot food and on day 2 there was no milk for cereal.. More towels.

Looked nothing like the pictures!!! It smelled so awful hair in the tub the blankets had cigarette holes and smelled looked and felt like cheap hospital blankets and the walkway on the third floor to get to your room feels like it’s going to fall down.

Clean rooms with nice decor, friendly staff, felt safe. Working fridge, microwave, and ice machine. Yogurt, cereal, fruit, and coffee for breakfast. Right by the beach, plus a clean outdoor swimming pool. Great value for price! No elevator - had to haul suitcases up the stairs.

The bed broke while sleeping. There was nail clippings and it was mold in each room and I had 4 for my family.

So the staff could park their cars in front of the door in the shade blocking any costumer from parking to check in. The two cars stayed there all night (4pm 08-02 to 7pm 08-03). Wyndham bought this property and they need to invest in getting the front desk people customer service training and they need to check on how the remodel is going because a lot of the rooms are not done and not done properly. Will not go back to this hotel the front desk people are very rude when telling there’s a problem with hot water.

Breakfast was terrible. Cereal, small pitcher of milk, granola bars, a few yogurts in the fridge. A family walked in saw slim choices they had and walked back out. The building is very old and smelled. It definitely needs some updates. They never informed us before checking in the city was shutting the water off. I strongly recommend that everyone search for other lodging.

Only rooms on the third floor with no elevator. Had to literally beg for towels for a day and a half to get clean towels. There was standing water and the mosquitos were big as flies. Limited parking available, the rooms are in need of repair. The ceiling falling down in some areas. While it was acceptable for two nights, I would not stay there again.

The elevator is permanently out of order. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. The room was very small, but fairly clean. Our kids are 6, 8 and 11. It was a very tight fit for them in a full size bed. Knowing we had 5 people checking in, our room only had 2 bath towels. They did not offer us more. On day 3 of our 4 day stay housekeeping came by and asked if we needed clean towels. We had to give our dirty towels, and were given 2 fresh bath towels. We were told the hand towels and washrags were still bring laundered and they would bring them by one they were done. They did not. We had to ask for toilet paper... because 5 people in a room and only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. Housekeeping never made our beds or took out trash. Breakfast is a joke. The bathtub was filthy and the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. The paint was peeling and the walls were cracked. I only stayed one night and moved to a different hotel the next day. My first stay there. I was a bit taken aback by the outside appearance, but being right next to salt-water you can expect some "wear" on the exterior surfaces. The landings and stairs need a good paint job as they are bare wood showing. However, the staff was very pleasant, engaging, and accomodating. Although the exterior looked a bit tired, the inside of my room as well as my family's was an 8/10! Very nice and clean except for the floor which had some grit (maybe sand blew in at some point) but was very nice surprised by the room. Beds were very comfortable and all was crisp and clean. We will stay again.

Location was far away from restaurants. Breakfast was a granola bar and a bad coffee. The floor in the room was on such a tilt the chair rolled across the room.

Location was far away from restaurants. Breakfast was a granola bar and a bad coffee. The floor in the room was on such a tilt the chair rolled across the room.

Building is old. Elevator not working. Outside stairs need replaced or stripped and repainted. Breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast. Juice and coffee and the coffee was not good at all.

Only thing I didn’t like that the lobby smelled funny. also didn’t like that they couldn’t give you more towels, even if you were willing to swap them out. But overall, the stay was amazing.

Floor around shower was very weak. Room for the price was extremely small and water pressure was weak. Refrigerator smelled and not cold and elevator out of service.

They was cigarette burns on the cover and bed bugs and there was a splat roach on the wall and one on the floor. The toilet was kid size and there was low pressure water when arrival. The balcony look like it was slanted so it felt unsafe for me and my kids to walk. There was no towels available in the room and I was having trouble with the key card.

Area was great 3 min walk to beach and convenient to the places I planed . Hotel was not what pictures showed. Needs to be remodeled asap!

Pretty gross. Reserved late because it was a last-minute thing, but this hotel was recommended highly to me so I thought I’d give it a try. Don’t know if it was just a bad room, but the door jammed a lot, it smelled funny, there were stains on the sheets, and old m&ms in the bed (none of us had m&ms, by the way.) First things first, the bathroom door didn't shut at all, much less all the way. The toilet paper roll was about out when we got there, the bathroom light didn’t work, the blow dryer wasn’t hung up and when we hung it up, it fell off about ten minutes later, which I can only assume is why it didn’t work in the first place. The lamps were disheveled and one didn’t work, there was a hole in the carpet of the closet, the microwave didn’t work unless you held it shut, the fridge didn’t keep anything cold, and everything was pretty much rusted, including the hangers. We only stayed a night, but I don’t think we’ll be back. My boyfriend and I broke out in rashes, and it was then that we saw multiple bites on our necks and arms that we’re only really hoping are mosquitos and not bed bugs. All this being said, the man at the front desk was very kind and helpful in getting us checked in, and I’m glad we had a place to stay, I just wish it was worth the $200.

Had room on 3rd floor and walking up several times a day gets to you. Cleaning staff and room staff made the stay bearable and helped me decide to stay.

Well, we booked a smoking room as to not always step outside, but i guess a smoking room is set to lower standards of cleanliness and overall appearance. Smudged mirrors damaged furniture burnholes and carpet stains poor caulking and nonadjusted level of water in toilet could not connect to wifi then we noticed the non smoking rooms looked well maintained and clean nice location but seems the owner/managers have lost their desire to upgrade their property.

Most importantly, the advertise that they have an elevator, but upon arriving we were told it was not working, and we would have to take the stairs - which luckily for us was ok to do but this is definitely not ADA compliant and would be impossible for a handicapped person.

The owner/management was great; super friendly and helpful. We loved the ocean view and the convenience of the location. We had a great stay; slept good. The only drawback is three flights of stairs, slanted walkway and no working elevator if you have vertigo and a baby like I do, heads up.

The hotel was not the best it was really bad the walls were disgusting and the bathroom door was turning yellow like they don’t clean it. And the lights didn’t work have the time especially in the bathroom. And all there outlets didn’t work so we couldn’t charge our phones. The area it self was okay not the best but not the worst but it was dirty and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here by yourself or with anyone for that matter cause this place is horrible and disgusting nothing was cleaned. I would not recommend this place at all.

Easy walk to the beach, decent service. The bathroom had brown stains on the shower curtain and on the wall in the shower. Couple yellow stains on the comforter as well. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very clean. The employees were all helplful and nice. The hotel was run down. The room was run down. Things that were "fixed" were not fixed well, or even decently (ie. walls and ceiling were flexible/without support). There were many issues surrounding for sure. It wasn't an atmosphere that was relaxing so we sought places to hang out elsewhere when we just wanted to relax. It was an ok place, but we would not probably choose this place again if something else was available.

Quaint hotel very close to North Beach, Lexington, and Aquarium, so location was definitely a plus. Outdoor pool open until 10pm. Continental breakfast included yogurt and cereal. Family had a good time here.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a nice little stay for the price. If you are a family or couple on a budget, this is the place for you. For the price you paid, it exceeds my expectations. The hotel needs a little TLC, but it was a struggle I saw among many hotels and businesses in Corpus Christi. The room service lady was very friendly, and we loved the fact that we were staying about 100 steps from the beach. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.

We always would stay at this motel but its been a while and it has gone down hill. The beds were comfy but the rooms need to be updated. Asap! My son was trying to plug in his phone charger and almost shocked himself. There was no outlet cover and the outlets we found were loose. There was also loose tile in the restroom area, holes in the walls and lampshade are dingy and dirty. Everytime we opened our door flies would come in. Later i saw a trash can on ground levels with alot of flies our room was right above the trash can. Our tv in the room had a crack i think cause it had black lines. But we were too tired to complain. Oh and the continental breakfast was just cereal, yogurt, and granola bars and juice and some weird coffee. No more waffles. They need majo upgrades in ALL areas. Corpus in general needs upgrades it seemed dirty and alot of places were closed boarded up out of business.

The staff was rude. Nothing for breakfast, stale cereal and the yogurt that was offered was warm. Hotel outside was very run down. The elevator didn’t work so loyalist g a suitcase up 3 flights of stairs was rough. The room was clean enough but very small and smelled dusty and like mildew, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

This hotel is in terrible shape. Elevator not working, exterior has horrible curb appeal. Breakfast included was a joke. Staff was friendly, housekeeping was good. Our room had been remodeled but some of the work is not good. Not worth the price we paid of $124 a night. I can't believe Wyndam has their name attached to this. Pictures on website do not show how run down this place is.

Didn't stay. We got to the room & it was dirty. Floor was also coming up. Checked out as fast as we checked in.

We where very disappointed there roaches,blinds broke, mold on in shower . My family's Armando Garcia room door to enter room was stuck n next door room came them awake lady fighting till 3 . They gave them another room smoking. There in there 70 n didn't need that kind of room . Elevators weren't working had to walk up three stories to get to my room and my parents are 70 years old. We are very disappointed with this hotel we should ask for our money back.

Hotel put us on the third floor w/ no elevator, so we had to get it changed. Next room we were locked out of due to inside safety latch. Overall it was ok, wished they had a decent breakfast.

The drawers were broken. And on the website it said that they had a refrigerator, but it was a lie and what they had was a cooler, which is not very effective like a refrigerator.

The elevator did not work. Small things like no coffee pot, no coffee. The ceiling was broken and falling away. Multiple cracks in several places in the walls. Seemed more like a by the hour motel. Then somewhere I would want to take my family

Located near the beach, our room had an ocean view as requested. Those were the two positives. Elevator was broken, room was in third floor. Mattress was horrible, shower was questionable. Door was very hard to open. It was pricey and not worth it.

The conditions of the hotel were deplorable!!! They did not inform us that a storm had hit the hotel a week prior. The elevator was not working due to water damage, the room and main lobby smelled of musty mildew. Our room was filthy and the overhead lights did not work over the vanity and sink. There was mold in the bathtub. I cancelled out stay and said I wanted a refund, was told I had to go through Expedia. Expedia called the hotel and keeps getting the run around from management and will not give me a refund. I DID NOT stay at your property so there is no reason I should not get a refund because of the awful condition of your property. Never will I stay at a Wyndham property again!!!

Always read reviews !!! I booked this motel based on it being by the water and the pictures . That was a mistake !! The motel smelled moldy, the whole place seemed to be falling apart, the elevator was sketchy etc.. we checked out the same night .

This was a very rundown motel, for the price. Although clean, everything seemed rundown. It was close to the Beach of the Bay. The pictures on Expedia, made it look much nicer than it really is.
