The staff was great but the elevators not work to go down and at one point to go up was somewhat inconvenient. Guess it helped me get my steps in. Other than that the stay was good!

The room was okay Whiling staying with them we tried the restaurant in the hotel and I got food poisoning STAY WAY FROM THE CHICKEN FAJITA QUESADILLA

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by Gary at the front desk. He went out of his way to help my sister and I with printing boarding passes for our flight. He stayed past his shift to help us. He was also cheerful and professional.

1. We didn’t receive fresh towels or coffee (i.e., cleaning service) on our second day. 2. We were placed in a room that was directly across from a meeting room where a prayer service was held early on Sunday morning. We were awoken by loud voices and singing. 3. I had to ask for breakfast vouchers ( they were not offered) even though they were included in our weekend package. My brother who was in a separate room was not told about nor did he ever receive the vouchers.
